Paco's Tacos in Aberdeen City

Ordered online through a delivery service and received a message stating they were not accepting deliveries. Tried calling the number on the website and it's not a working number.

This is my go-to Mexican takeaway place as an Aberdeen local and it beats all the others by a country mile. Everything I've ever had from here has been fresh, juicy/crunchy (as appropriate), piping hot, and above all bursting with delicious flavour - just stunning. I can especially recommend the chicken tinga nachos (with all the toppings - their guac converted me to guac!), the chicken fajita chimichangas, and the chipotle pulled beef burritos.

This is some of the best food I've ever had. No joke. Every time I got the pulled pork nachos and a burrito and it was out of this world. I'm back in Canada now and I'm craving it every day...when I fly back this is the first place I'm going!!!!!

We visited this place on 26th March evening with rush to catch a train.These 5 star is for service and the chef. He just made our day. As indian we were expecting some spicy food and it was perfectly what we can look for in Aberdeen. Thank you chef for making an eve perfect.

Hi I’m from California and I’ve been traveling all over Europe for the last two years and This place has the best burrito since I left home! Perfectly cooked tortilla and diced onions, the cheese was melted and the meat seasoned to exactly how I remember! This meal made my day and made me feel less homesick. 10/10!

We ordered the chicken nachos and two half and half burrito’s. Everything from start to finish was great. Delivery was quick. Food was piping hot and the food was full of flavour and tasted amazing. Definitely the best mexican Takeaway I’ve tasted in Aberdeen.

Macaroni & cheese is great just wish they would add ketchup to the burgers so they are not so dry. No option to add ketchup & no way to buy sauces separately. Can't tip drivers by card as they use their own drivers. No bottles or coke and don't order chip because you will get chips with your chips 😆

If you don't like Mexican food and keep asking your family to get Italian instead while they ignore you, get any of the enchiladas, as they are actually lasagna. Sorry. Two stars for hot food though and polite service

Terrible service. Charged multiple times and then the server hung up the phone on us twice. Use Tex Mex instead, excellent food and service to match.

Tried this place for a change from Muchacho's... Really wish I hadn't. The delivery in my case, unlike many others was super quick, the main was hot but the nacho starter was cold...covered in so much extra mature cheddar, which had only partially melted as it just been chucked on top after the nachos were heated to sweat in the box, had glued the lot together in a rubbery mess that tasted of feet. The beef chilli enchilada main? The chilli was actually ok, but again was topped with and surrounded in so much cheese it was barely discernable as anything but fondu, there were about 4 forkfulls of chilli inside, including one single semblance of a cooked tomato, which at this point, starving and dehydrated from all the salt content in the various cheeses I relished as a victory! The nicest part of this meal was the boiled rice. Don't waste your money!

Order came in good time, food was tasty and plentiful. Got a great deal £39.99 for 4 starters, mains and sides and juice. Definitely order again, if I get same quality will bump up to 5 star

Ordered through Just Eat, arrived early, still hot and very tasty. Only thing was we both ordered burritos with jalapeños and salsa and neither of us got the salsa...But all in all we really enjoyed it 👍

Good food (mostly) but terrible customer service. I've had a vegetarian chimichanga with meat in it and a large sharp piece of plastic in another. Paco's tacos promised free meals on both occasions but neither were ever received. All communication is being ignored now. Not worth the risk. I would recommend taking your custom elsewhere.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered my food and waited over an hour and a half for it to be made and delivered. When I tried to call the restaurant they were closed. I’ve tried to get a refund through the app but because the restaurant has not updated the system from their side, my delivery has been on its way to me for over an hour now. I would have been fine if they had refused my order and not taken my money, but now I’m just angry that someone has accepted it and cannot be bothered to deliver it or contact me in any way. Avoid this place, it’s not worth the grief for hassle.

I am amazed health and safety have not closed this place down. I had possible the worst most digusting excuse for a take-away in the history of take-aways. Even my lovely mutt could not manage more than a sniff before turning his nose up. Please do not waste your money. Just dreadful.

Ordered from here the other evening and I was not disappointed the food was well presented, delicious and the Delivery was prompt which ment our food was still hot on arrival, and as a wee bonus the driver was very friendly, would definitely recommend to a friend. 👍

A friend had ordered over £30 worth of food, it wasn't delivered and then was refused a refund. Police and trading standards being involved employees were then being abusive on the phone in threatening manner and still refusing her refund for the order that was never delivered. Absolutely horrendous, not professional at all. Won't be ordering from here . Save your money , go elsewhere

Absolutely disgraceful. Ordered £30 of items to get a call to say they cant deliver at this time so tasked to cancel order to which they agreed and assured I would not be charged. I was charged. Tried multiple times to contact restaurant to be told several times that their manager would call me. He never did and was told today I will not get a refund! They are liars and thieves!!!!

Scammed for £37, never showed up and on the phone tried convincing us they delivered the order at god knows where. Obviously didn't. AVOID

Ordered via Just Eat. Ordered a pulled pork burger with chips and a BBQ pulled pork burrito. The burrito was good but the burger was anything but. It was extremely soggy and the chips were cold and bland. This was a shame as the bits of filling in the burger was quite nice. I couldn't eat it so phoned for a refund on the burger. The woman was rude and condescending. Said that because we have eaten a part of it we couldn't get a refund for the burger! Of course I'm going to eat the food I ordered before realising it's terrible! Do not order from here!

Really low quality food, no flavour, tasted more like stories than a burrito. Wouldn't order again. It's an offence to call this stuff "mexican" or for that matter "food". Only reason it got 2 stars and not one is because I ate it all, proving it wasn't inedible. Huge disappointment

I ordered the Hot, hot, hot burger with fries via the Uber eats app. The food was delivered cold, cold cold! It arrived 25 mins after the stated delivery time and the food was freezing. Will not order again which is a shame as the burger could have been real,y good if it arrived hot. It was clearly made with quality meat. So disappointed. I called to let them know but was basically told tough luck.

Great food and massive portions, all with reasonable prices. Ordered burritos for takeaway (chicken, pork, kids) with some natchoes and sides. Thumbs up for current offer: if you order over £ 20 you could get free churros; so my daughter admired (memories from Spain came back).

Absolutely awful. delivered off Deliveroo, food took over an hour later than delivery time given. Food was Luke warm and very stodgy was absolutely disgusting and very expensive!!! was also missing items, that was a nightmare to get that refunded. not a very pleasant experience.

Chicken quesadillas were not the greatest but the burrito was good - awesome portion size if you go for the large. Chips were not great but I would try it again and perhaps order different.

This takeaway started out so good when first opened and was very impressed. Now they have gone downhill drastically!!!!AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!!!! We work hard for our money and it is just wasted on poor food. Certainly not worth the money. Such a shame when they had an ideal opportunity to impress us here in Banchory in these uncertain times. Back to Rangoli and Famous house for us, excellent food, always consistent and a reasonable price. We gave you a chance but you failed to impress.

Was charged for food that never arrived, Ordered food and was given a delivery time, This time past so asked for an update, was given a new time and an update saying it was out for delivery, The new time passed still with nothing, tried to call for an update but constantly got a busy line so assuming the phone was off the hook, After an hour and a half of trying to call I got an update saying the food had been delivered and got charged the full amount, no food had arrived and still no way to contact the restaurant, Now waiting for Uber Eats to hopefully get a refund.

Me and my partner ordered the cowboy rodeos burger , and the ground beef chimichanga, the burger was cooked to perfection , was juicy and filling , presented well, the chimichanga was soft with a bit of crunch , full of flavour , we also tried the smoked chilli and cheese garlic bread and it was delicious , with just the right amount of chilli , with a nice soft cheese that melts in your mouth . The food came 30 minutes early and was still popping hot . Would highly recommend!!!

Ordered on line and arrived quickly and was really hot. The portions are massive as I have burrito. The reason I didn’t score higher was everyone’s meal was bland and not the flavours you would expect with Mexican food. The churros for desert were also disappointing and lacked any flavour or sugar.

Really pleased with my Mums order yesterday, everything perfect and safely delivered given our current problems with Covid19. The Nachos so fresh and loved the home made salsa. Fresh chunks of veg and lovely chicken. Burger was massive. Thank you pacos tacos. One happy family.

Utterly terrible service. Ordered their meal deal for two and whether order arrived it was missing one of the main meals and the side. When I called the restaurant to raise the issue the restaurant did not care at all, and I was told I'd just have to place another order if I wanted the missing items. So, I basically spent £30 for 4 tacos, one toastada and a bottle of coke. Avoid this place and order form ANYWHERE else.

read the reviews and was really excited to try their burritos, so ordered a meal for 2 from UberEats around 21.45 last night - delivery time was 22.45 although i had read on Pacos Tacos fb page that delivery times might be slightly delayed, which is understandable given the circumstances plus they use their own staff to deliver. it was 23.30 that i became worried and tried calling them but the phone was ‘user busy’ at all times. then, i got a notification a little after midnight saying that my order had been delivered, although it had not been. i received no phone calls (i added ‘call when outside’ to the delivery notes) but didn’t receive any sort of communication. i tried fb messaging them to get more info at 01.00 and again at 02.19 since the phone wasn’t working, which my messages still only say ‘sent’ and not ‘delivered’. overall i tried to call them over 30 times across 23.30-02.00. ended up ordering from somewhere else and didn’t eat until 03.30. i contacted UberEats as soon as it happened and received a refund this morning for not receiving any food. i’ll just stick to Muchacho instead for mexican food.

Family decided on our first takeaway of the lockdown, I chose chicken nachos, sooooo yummy. One son had chicken fajita enchilladas and the other had a rodeo cowboy burger, everyone’s plates were clean by the end, no waste at all. NEVER EVER ORDER FROM PACOS TACOS, while the food is great the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Was told missing items from the order would be redelivered and after an hour a half wait, called again multiple times to say the mistake was not with them and they would refuse to redeliver the items, after calling back was hung up on multiple times. Also told no manager or duty manager currently is running the store posing an extreme health and safety risk. Just a let down for such quality food. Paco's you've just lost a regular and I hope anyone else who reads this follows suit. Disgusting customer service, never again.

Was in work on a Friday and fancied a burrito. Decided to try this place. The odd thing about it is that it's inside a pub. I thought it was a standalone burrito joint. You put your order in at the bar just like you would when ordering pub grub so it's not like other burrito joints where you can see everything available to put in your burrito. Anyway, it was a very tasty burrito. I had the chilli beef. The only negative I'd say is that they don't offer their own hot sauces. Pretty sure they used Encona which you can pick up in any shop.

Raw chicken in burger, sent photo to restaurant and got told “it doesn’t look raw” offered a free chicken burger with next order???!!!! Poor customer service, terrible cooking.

Only ordered through just eat, but everytime food has been warm and very tasty. Sometimes delivery time can change but it's worth the wait plus i live about 20min drive from centre and it's always still hot.

Ordered food through the phone, waited 1 and half hours before phoning up to see where the food was to be told it won’t be long, i then waited another 30 mins before phoning up again and then being told that my food hadn’t left, that they made a mistake. When the food arrived it was freezing cold and absolutely horrid. Do not remcocmed!!!

I ordered a meal through Just Eat at 6.45 pm on 27/1/18 . At the time of ordering the time for delivery was 7.45 pm and changed to 8.15 pm which I accepted. However no food arrived till 8.30 pm. I was unable to get the restaurant on phone as the phone was constantly busy . Being fed up waiting I called Just Eat. They checked with the restaurant and told me food would take an hour to come from now. I was livid and got my order cancelled by Just Eat . In the meantime I had cooked a meal and eaten. Interestingly the bell rings at 9.20 pm and the food arrived. The delivery man had no idea that the order had been cancelled. My advice please don't order from this place and ruin your evening. It is run by very unprofessional people.
