Popped in around 1:30pm for two hot dogs. Were told the kitchen was shut and they were only selling ice cream. Why would you shut the kitchen at 1:30pm when there’s lots of people milling about who might want something other than ice cream? Not the first time either we were told the same thing last time we visited but at an earlier time in the day. Won’t be going near this place again and given what others have said about it I won’t be sad about it. I’d rather go to the restaurant just across from them since they’re much more hospitable.

The food was okay, not worth the money but okay and I feel like the staff were rushing me and I panicked and ordered things that I did not want. I have social anxiety. The staff seemed rude and weird too. Did not feel comfortable at all.

Went with my partner were greeted straight away at the door could pick wherever we wanted to go sit lunch hour during weekend and we had the most amazing service everyone was over to us instantly checked on us regularly food came out straight after starter we had the most pleasant experience so much better than the union square Nando’s we felt like they properly wanted us to be here and treated us amazing will definitely be back food cooked perfectly!!

I have been to Sizzle Grill twice now for their pizza, and it’s been fantastic both times! The flavours are spot on, and the crust is perfect. Suresh was friendly and welcoming, adding to the great experience

We were served by Billy this morning for breakfast. Hubby had classic breakfast and I had pancakes with fresh fruit. Both were first class. Would highly recommend and will be back again next time we visit.

Fajitas were less than sizzling. Hottest thing I had was the habanero sauce. Margarita was classily tasteless. Sadly I can make a better one and it would be a lot cheaper. Service good. If you want good service and mediocre food it’s the place to...

lady has problem with english i said 3 burger she put two. i say i want burger souse she ask 2min later chilli and garlic?? lol .. taste getting worse last time when i been there. it was very tasty van when old people worked now new are working and its bad:)

Unfortunately had a terrible experience here for breakfast this morning. The pub was fairly busy, but my friends who had been here before when busy said that the service was not as poor as we experienced today. We ordered cooked breakfasts and some drinks. It look half an hour for my pint to arrive, and my friend who ordered a cup of tea still hadn’t received it by the time I left an hour and a quarter later. The food took 75 minutes to arrive, and when it finally arrived I had only 5 minutes to eat before having to go and catch a train. I consulted a member of staff about the wait time, but he was fairly unhelpful and advised me that there was no way he could check on the progress of our orders. This was very disappointing. Furthermore, when the food finally did arrive, the eggs were cold, with solid yolks, and they looked hugely unappetising (see image). Normally I love a spoons breakfast, but regrettably the service on this occasion was simply unacceptable.

My daughter and I had dinner before going to the theatre. The service was excellent and the food was good too. The waiter could not have been more attentive without being intrusive. Top marks to him. Sorry I did not get his name otherwise I could have given him a personal mention.

A very busy McDonald's, but service is still fast, not sacrificing quality either. Still, expect to wait maybe 5 - 10 minutes or so. The staff are very friendly and spirited as well. Oh, but probably don't come if it's too busy and you're in a rush, but that's just good advice for any fast food chain.
