TGI Friday's - Aberdeen in Aberdeen City

Came with my other half and we enjoyed two delicious burgers as well as the cheesey donuts and a few cocktails. Staff were all very pleasant and accomodating. Glad to see things improving under new owners.

Came in with the kids for a meal fresh out of Codonas. Food was served quickly and was great value. Kids meals were just £7.80 which I really appreciated (after spending £50 at the arcade) Server was a young girl who was really good with my kids and gave them both balloon animals. Will definitely come back in the New Year once the kids are back at school :D

We visited on a Saturday afternoon 30th November - the place was very quiet we were seated promptly on a very cramped table, we asked to move and were moved to a booth which was filthy the floor was covered in food and the seats were also covered in crumbs and food debris! We waited ages to order drinks and when we did the waitress soon came back to say they only had 2 bottles of wine off the whole menu!! So we ended up with a juice a cocktail and glass of wine.. we then waited another while before they came to take a food order to which i witnessed a table leave as they had sat there at least 15 minutes with no drinks order let alone food. Once we had ordered I think we awaited around 30 minutes for the food to which when it came was just average - there were 3 adults and a child in our party I was charged £11 for a cocktail that came in the smallest glass I’ve ever seen and if it had any alcohol I would have pleated my own poop! £7.50 for a small wine which was warm and vile and the best yet £4.05 for a j2o! No wonder the pace was dead food average drinks overpriced and place filthy will never return! If I could give zero stars I would

Too expensive and portion size disappointingly small. Burgers were tasty enough but £20-25 for a main that was very small was not something I will go back for. And £6+ for onion rings Staff were friendly, but food is overpriced.

Popped in for an early dinner, was very quiet even though the beach was busy. Thoroughly enjoyed my meal though, had the Fridays glazed burger and a bottomless coke, worth going in!

Very slow service. Reservation at 7, was seated straight away. Took over 35 mins to get some drinks. And meal took 50 minutes.

Lovely, value for money, lunch. Great food and really excellent friendly service. Would recommend for a nice meal near the beach

My server, Nathan was very attentive and clearly answered all of our queries. When he served us he always had a smile. 😊 . The positive vibes rubbed off on everyone , we were buzzing after Nathan’s great service! Service from Isla M was speedy and couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. Food was great and came out quickly. Really good menu with lots of choice.

What a disappointment, after my son took us there for my birthday dinner a few years ago. There was only 3 couples in the premises, so you would think quick service? But no , we put in our order, 38 mins later it arrived we were just about to walk out. Food was not to the same standard, and well over priced. Won’t be back

My wife and I have visited TGI Friday at Aberdeen beach many times over the years but it’s been a while since our last visit. It was a Thursday afternoon and not really busy. We were stunned at how much it has gone downhill! There used to be a whole team visible on the floor serving people, but not now. The chain is obviously going for maximum profit, running with as few staff as possible and they’ve really hiked up the prices. All part of the orchestrated so-called ‘cost of living crisis.’ We waited a few minutes just to be summoned to a seat, a few tables remained uncleared the whole time we were there and our starters arrived 40 minutes after we ordered at the same time as the main meals - none of which was hot! There was nothing wrong with the quality of the food and we would have eaten the main if it was hot! I refuse to criticise the staff either as they were polite and understanding when we complained and we were only charged for the drinks because we insisted upon it. They are just overstretched and the place is in chaos and needs more staff!

Had the chicken with the salad, it was very nice but there was far too much, would have preferred a small plate and not wasted so much food. Our server Jenna was lovely.

Went for a Friday night dinner, after a long week and was very impressed with result. Great food, lovely helpful service from Ella, will definitely be returning.

It was terrible. Unbelievably expensive for burnt fajitas with less than half an inch of filling in the middle and nothing around the edges. But service from a nice bubbly waitress trying her hardest was nice.

Sadly all very unimpressive. Servers very pleasant. But the service was very slow. We waited ages for our order to be taken, and then ages between the starters and main. Food was very expensive (I will say what we got was mostly very tasty) for small portions, and tough steak. The music was stupidly loud so we could hardly speak to each other on top of that and the rest of the people in the restaurant. All in all, very disappointing. Unless you have no alternative, I wouldn’t bother going. We all left disappointed after looking forward to going as we live somewhere that doesn’t have a TGIs.

Pathetic service, awful food only a matter of time before the doors shut! Wait 5 mins to be seated at the front door while being ignored Cubatão as they clear tables, only 2 tables imbues so not too busy too greet us, wait 15 mins to be offered a drink and o my after I called the waiter, ordered food and it was cold, they took my wife’s pasta back and stuck it in the microwave. All in all an absolute disgrace, cold restaurant, cold food, poor quality, poor service. Just shut the doors now and board the place up like the rest of the beach area.

Disgusting . Food was luke warm , coffee was disgusting , we were put by the window , near the door , it was freezing .no heating on . We had to keep our jackets on . Coffee came out after 15 mins , pasta took 30 mins , and it was luke warm . Won't be back , won't recommend . £17.50 for a luke warm pasta dish .

Door greeter was pleasant. I had to go and ask someone to come and take order which isn't a good start. Majority of the tables were filled with young families (not sure if there was a promo deal on for them on a Saturday afternoon) our order came food was decent enough, even though we had to remind the server that part of our order was missing. I read that someone says the toilets were untidy, I agree with that, also quite a-lot of dust and cobwebs around the pictures on the walls.
