Failed to deliver one item i paid for, requested for refund and they outrightly said they cant refund.

Driver left bag open without doing anything

After 3 hours I had the meal I thowed up, I’m still feeling nauseous and I have flux,I didn’t even manage to go at work,I think I will have to leave in the bathroom for the next 2 days

Delivery was nearly 2 hours late. The app advised this was down to drivers in the area being busy. Unfortunately the food was cold when it arrived.

the chios was cold and soggy. driver went the wrong way to my house he was like 6 or 7 streets away.

gravey was thick cold and old looking. chips weren't cooked enough quite hard

I have ordered from here twice and it has been wrong, the first time the order never even showed up and i got hung up on by restaurant and the second time (today) the delivery driver gave me the bag with the correct receipt on it, only the order inside was completely wrong. When i phoned to correct this hoping that the delivery driver still had the other bag I got told to contact just eat for a refund, no help what so ever, I am stuck with somebody else’s food and no way of contact for driver

The food was good today I thought the chicken fillets seem to be getting smaller but apart from that what do I expect from snack box and a mini wrap...

even after clearly stating before ordering that one fillet burger had to have NO mayo both burgers had mayo on them. when I tried to call the restaurant there was no reply. very disappointed as I have an intolerance to mayo

Pretty much got all off my order wrong bar the chips, food wasn’t particularly warm either. Very disappointed, won’t be rushing back.

Shows online 15-30 minute delivery. Ordered at 16:50 and didn’t arrive until 17:52, so not quite a 15-30 minute delivery time! Wouldn’t have been as bad if it showed an hour delivery time before ordering.

No fries were delivered! Not happy!

Food was stone cold and barely cooked ie. Soft batter etc. all food was poorly packaged or mishandled by the driver as all food was basically out its packaging and loose in the bag.

Hot wings tasted and looked like they’d been sat in the heated area for hours. The bucket was below par but the hotwings got me bad. The chips had lackluster flavour like someone just sneezed on some seasoning. Delivery was fine :)

chips was hard and under cook. wasn't the nicest ot chips . chicken burger was so lovely though. but they need to make sure the chips are cooked correctly. or not leave them.laying still the driver is there as soggy chips that have been sitting around is horrible

Can't go wrong with a good bit of KFC chicken skin is crunchy and delicious, staff were patient with an irate customer so well done for that. Food came quickly even with that previous customer being a nuisance. No complaints on my half - keep doing a good job with this delicious food.

Sporadic estimated times, order in 18.20 arrived 19.40 and all cold!☹️

20 mins late on delivery - which I can accept. But my daughter’s meal was missing and when I called KFC I was told to contact just eat for a refund or come in and collect a meal. A refund won’t feed my daughter and collection is not possible - that’s the whole reason for placing a delivery. Was told that it was out of KFCs control when passed to a driver - totally unhelpful and dismissive. Won’t be using KFC again.

Average food. Missed out chips in one meal. Extra gravy instead of bean. Disappointed

Nice layout in the KFC. The chips still aren't great but the chicken was nice. The Pepsi we got was a little flat and was room temperature but otherwise the meal was nice.

KFC is great, and this location is no different. However, this location is a bit small. BEWARE: NEVER GO HERE ON A WORKWEEK LUNCHTIME, as it will be chock full of people and you will never get your meal.

look what im about to say is going to sound really bizzar, i ordered a chicken bundle bucket thing and found a chicken crop organ in the chicken, it took me a little while to find out what it was. the first answer to "can you eat a chicken crop" is no its not safe

I ordered chicken legs, instead they gave me some waste, breaded breast the size of half a bucket, wings. Too bad I didn’t take a picture, I was too disappointed and threw it in the trash

Feels the order sat too long before delivery food cold batter on chicken soggy

Had the most dreadful experience today when I ordered the wings meal for £7. The wings were ridiculously tiny, definitely the smallest I've ever seen. Felt like a total rip off, especially from KFC union square where I'm a regular customer. When I brought it up with the manager, he showed no concern at all. It was a truly terrible and heartless experience. It's not just about the food being wrong, mistakes happen, but it's not okay to ignore and disregard people like that. Absolutely dreadful.

fries we're a bit cold. they had salt on them. I like to choose if I want salt. the christmas burger is excellent

Este lugar solía ser bueno, pero cuando caminamos por el suelo estaba resbaladizo de grasa, sentía y parecía que lo habían limpiado con la grasa de patatas fritas. El tamaño de la porción no era tan grande y el pollo era muy masticable. Ha ido cuesta abajo y dudo mucho que volvamos allí. En realidad me limpié los pies en la colchoneta al salir. Mis zapatos todavía se deslizaban por el suelo de los centros comerciales cercanos.

Got a good deal, staff is great food not so. Ordered hot wings, too much oil. Fries for kids, not good.

it's football day. it was always gonna be late however the driver was very apologetic, moved mountains to get a parking space and our food was still hot and very tasty...nice guy nice food

ordered a mighty bucket meal, finally delivered after over an hour and a half. Once delivered, was missing chips and drink, and chicken was cold. Do not recommend

Unfortunately the Gravy container had no lid and it spilled over the order during delivery. The driver was very upset and it wasn’t his fault so we made best of it.

The food we got there was very lovely, we got a small burger with a box that came with it which had chicken poppers and fries in it. I like the way it was decorated and the food was nice. I do wish tho that the place would be looked after better as some sodas had rips in them quite big ones, tables were not the cleanest. Hygiene could be worked on and the place could receive some extra love on new furniture or at least polishing it.

Ordered from this restaurant as it said 15-20 minutes delivery time… it took an hour and a 1/2 to come after ordering. The food was cold so i’m assuming he had another delivery on route, i ordered a kids box for my daughter - did not arrive? The sticker that sealed my bag shut was hanging off, can’t say for sure anything was touched but does not provide me with confidence.

Went into kfc union street at around 5.30pm on October 3rd, walked into a manager shouting at a staff member on till, very unprofessional this manager shouldnt have the managerial role if they act like this, absolutely shocking felt so sorry for the female staff member on front

watching the driver via the map and saw the he decided to stop at co-op first rather than making a delivery of hot food.

Place is very dirty and quiet not busy at all good service though. Roof is currently leaking minimal effort to keep dry but the part is cornered off.
