KFC in Aberdeen City

COLD .. Not ordering again ,, fed up of it always cold

My order came early and the meal was very hot.

the chicken fillets and the chicken pieces was extremely salty and everything from "original recipe" is saltier that the salt itself.

The food was freezing by the time it arrived.

fricken disaster delivery guys spilt my meal all over the place £20 pounds worth of food on the ground

Waiting time a lot more than usual was on verge of cancellation.. don’t know if busy or not ,, but ALL customers should matter NOT just in restaurant ones .. really disappointed

Order was never delivered, needed a refund

Driver lost hadn’t a clue where he was , had to go down to see where he was . He was rude and swearing hopefully don’t get this guy again .

Stone cold and late, also don't bother with the new loaded fries, just som bbq sauce, mayo and charger sauce with a couple pop chicken.

One of my meals had the top of the bun missing and on another hardly any lettuce

Order did not arrive and no way to contact anyone

My meal from kfc Aberdeen was frozen in the middle and I was unable to eat it, I requested a refund but been told because my meal was delivered on time I am not eligible for a refund even though it was frozen, shocking customer service

it was the expected delivery and this my first time trying this app

food was cold and was looking forward to the new loaded fries but they were stale so not enjoyable

The courier cancelled my order. The order didn’t get to me I need my order or refund

I feel unhappy my order was not correct and my children was sad . Can it be sent to us now?

I order from here often yet the location on the map is constantly wrong, sending the poor drivers all over the place trying to deliver. needs fixed ASAP

they brought us different order from burger king

The time of the order and quality of food was great. The problem I had with this was the fact that it was missing 2 out of 2 drinks I have ordered… Shouldn’t the venue staff check the bags before they send them to a customer?

Horrible food. Raised a compliant. Chicken was soo salty that it was not edible and was stone cold. Have asked for a full refund. Shame. Kids were really looking forward to it and was a great disappointment.

Disappointed that my order was delivered late and was cold.

Everything was lukewarm the chips were cold £35 for cold food, suspect my food was ready on time and the driver waited for another order before leaving, l included a tip on the order never again. Not happy

RECIEVED SOME ELSE ORDER - I ORDERED A KFC AND WAS A BURGER KING DELIVERED AND SOME GUY THAT HAD MY ORDER PHONED ME THAT'S GPR MY INFORMATION SHOULD BE KEPT PRIVATE !!

Ordered a boneless banquet, the chips & popcorn chicken was ok but the chicken fillets were absolutely disgusting, chicken was really bouncy, grey in colour & gave me food poisoning. It wasn't cooked properly at all. Shocking, I won't step foot back in there again, really bad.

We're so sorry to have kept the delivery driver waiting by not getting to our door sooner and would like to drop a tip for the gentleman if that's possible

The fries not fresh i mean they are not good at all

time get getting pushed back and back, and screen wasn updated so it was still showing an ETA of five minutes earlier when the food finally showed up. Courier was surly and seemed annoyed to be asked to come to the door. Waste of a tip.

Food was cold but yet it was meant to come straight from kfc and over an hour late from delivery time which is an estimate, tried to cancel order which is near impossible to do, but in my case impossible 🤨

Was missing a can of Pepsi max. And even with the £8 off, when you add on service and delivery charge it works out to to quiet expensive. 😳

6 pc variety bucket we got 1 wing 1 thigh and 4 drumsticks. Not happy that is not variety

I ordered a cola with it and it didn’t come also i ordered unseasoned fries but it was all seasoned fries

tenders were a bit dry but other than that it was amazing driver was really friendly and cool give him a pay raise 👍

Our order was the wrong order!!!! HOW!!!! They have codes set up so it cant be wrong!!! And then wanted us to reorder a £50 order and wait for a refund!!!! Erm a £100 on KFC i think not!!! And the staffs attitude was stinking!!!

The order was marked as in preparation a long time before the driver was at the restaurant because KFC doesn't take nearly an hour to prepare. The chicken was freezing and the salad was hot thanks to the packing. Had to heat it up in the oven!!!

Food cold probably due to it taking almost 2 hours to get delivered.

Lovely driver and food is great

Only liked the zinger stacker and popcorn chicken but now if I want a stacker I can only order as meal at least on the ordering apps (Justeat and Ubereats). I am not that fond of chips in general as it is and I think kfc along with mcdonalds have the worst chips. Since I must order the stacker as meal I am going elsewhere tonight and unless this is rectified I won't be going back.

They said 10-35 mins, took an hour and arrived cold. KFC said not their problem, speak to UBER, UBER said not their problem speak to KFC. so much for fast food…

items missing. refund refused due to giving delivery code but driver would not release the bag without the code. don't have x-ray vision so can't see what's missing until I open the bag which can't do until you give the code. Corporate process induced theft

Great place to grab some brunch. Courteous staff and neat environment.

Failed to deliver one item i paid for, requested for refund and they outrightly said they cant refund.

After 3 hours I had the meal I thowed up, I’m still feeling nauseous and I have flux,I didn’t even manage to go at work,I think I will have to leave in the bathroom for the next 2 days
