Popped in for a coffee and sandwich, staff very friendly and service excellent. Would highly recommend a visit. If your looking for quality food an coffee at a great price then it’s worth dropping by.

Lovely stay here after New Year 2025, right in the heart of everything, shops, cruises, Lomond Shores. Nice atmosphere in the bar in the evenings, with holiday makers and locals coming in with their dogs. Lovely sign at the front welcoming dogs 🐕

Cracking local pub. Great atmosphere; drink’s cheap, staff’s a laugh and the regulars are friendly. Cannae beat it

Just had a carry out meal. I was charged full price although every item was in the 'tea time' menu. Food was bland and cold. Chicken chat tasteless and nan bread a blob of uncooked dough. I've been going here for years but not been for 6 months or so because of the same thing. I hoped it would be better, a new chief of whatever was needed, but no. It was just as bad as before. I won't be back. The decline of what once was a local institution.

Chicken balls were disgusting, no chicken in them, no colour, and really soggy, Bin.

Excellent food for lunch and breakfast. The lentil soup is the best I’ve tasted. They also do lovely coffee and burgers.

Id asked for no lettuce, peppers, onions or cucumber and the sandwixh is loaded with all of them

Restaurant Review - service was great feel sorry for them having to serve up a dogs dinner though. Had better stuff served up in the slammer. £14 for a Mac and cheese which is straight out of icelands 3 meals for £5 aisle. Honestly, chips so hard they could knock out Tyson Fury. Bar/Restaurant staff 10/10

The bar lol is welcoming enough with a pool table. There is a lot to choose from in the bar and can. Overall I would recommend the bar but it does seem a bar for locals!

The food was mediocre, and the atmosphere felt really cold. Unfortunately, the service was lacking as well, which was surprising for a 5-star hotel.

Lovely setting; very good food and service

I think this is the service in Alexandria,food was nice, was a lot, was super tasty. These guys do takeaway only, but they outshine all the other places in Balloch and Alexandria, I've been to almost all of them. So if you want something tasty, this is the place for you. I put a lot of emphasis on service, everything is clear and concise. Keep it up guys, thanks.

The room was clean and tidy great bed slept well In the restaurant Faith and the team had a friendly Can do attitude clearly happy to help very refreshing in a time of bad service and over priced living I had the chicken goujon starter and fish and chips for main fresh tasty succulent and well priced Overall I’m giving this place a refreshing 10/10
