Restaurant Review - service was great feel sorry for them having to serve up a dogs dinner though. Had better stuff served up in the slammer. £14 for a Mac and cheese which is straight out of icelands 3 meals for £5 aisle. Honestly, chips so hard they could knock out Tyson Fury. Bar/Restaurant staff 10/10

Great helpful and friendly staff. Always good on the location front, however, there is a "but" here. Even though Premier Inn endorses the fact the rooms are non smoking, an ex guest seems of took it upon themselves to smoke in the bathroom in my room. It really smell terrible of stale smoke. Really dreadful. However, I spoke with the front desk staff and they changed my room straight away with no fuss - thank you guys

It’s a premier inn, if you been in one you’d have pretty much been in all. Rooms were very warm even with the AC turned off. Windows are fixed shut.

Apart from the temperature of the heating being locked on a very cold night, the rooms are good. Second visit here and the restaurant isn't fully functional. Also pricey

I stayed here for two nights in the middle of December, and it's one of the nicest hotels I've been to, partially down to how lovely all the staff working there was. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, I stayed in a double room on the ground floor and didn't have any issues. To access the rooms you need your room key which adds a nice layer of security. Parking is free which was a big bonus as well. Breakfast both mornings was lovely, everything was hot and tasty, and the restaurant it was in was clean, well decorated, and peaceful (I had breakfast about 7:30am on a Saturday and a Sunday, so maybe that was why). All staff I spoke to were very kind, both the ladies on reception and the lady working in the restaurant at breakfast were all exceptional. I do find that having friendly staff helps a lot to make a hotel welcoming and a good stay, and I can definitely say that this hotels staff fit that bill. I'll definitely stay in this hotel again when I'm next visiting the area.

In the first room I was put, the air con was stuck on 17C (cooling) and could not be adjusted from the room. The second room I could adjust the heating, but there was mould around the window.

Ms. Charlene provided exceptional service, exceeding expectations. Despite our young children's fatigue and irritability, she remained patient and attentive, providing coloring supplies to keep them occupied while we checked in. Her warm demeanor and positive attitude ensured a smooth and hassle-free experience. Further demonstrating her dedication, she accepted our children's drawings, briefly excused herself, and returned with thoughtful gifts—chocolates for the children, and wine and beer for the adults. This generous gesture significantly enhanced our stay. We highly recommend Premier Inn and hope to experience this level of service again in the future. Thank you again, Ms. Charlene, for making a challenging day so much more pleasant.

Staff is really good, however restaraunt, is a disgrace limited microwave dishes st the best , been told pulling pub down rooms downstairs been converted for microwave dishes again , Rip off prices in the summer up to 200 pound per 1 night , think Premier inns need to take a look at themselves, Greed will kill them

The bathroom smells of urine something black and sticky on the floor, and yes I stood on it in my bare feet 🤢. Had to go out and buy disinfectant spray. One bath towel between two adults, the one hand towel was dirty.

Typical Premier inn , Decent location , friendly staff , comfortable room , good shower , reasonable price . The only thing that let it down was the WiFi was really poor , could have been the fact that we we're almost the furthest away room in the hotel ( room 138 ) but aside from that no complaints at all.

A perfect place to stop on your way to the Highlands or to Oban and Mallaig to take a ferry to the islands. You can eat next door . The breakfast evening meal offer is excellent . If you just want a coffee and a snack then it is easy to walk to Costa , Subway or Starbucks . They are all on site . You are straight onto the road to Loch Lomond if heading North.

Rooms a bit tatty and not the best staff, who refused to let me take a mini cooler for baby food into our room, insisting that t&c's don't allow this (this is not the case, only electronics that may set off a fire alarm) and some nonsense about PAT testing, which is irrelevant unless your going to ban every phone / laptop charger. That stay was ok just the staff and the room took the shine off seeing the amazing loch lomond.

The wifi is absolutely useless in the hotel and in the brewers fayre. The phone signal also sucks, its a pain in the arse when your here on business and need it. Same if you want to contact people/family. 1 star for this part. As a stay, the rooms are great, free parking and very helpful friendly staff, 5 stars for this part. Location... cant get much better for access to all things great about scotland / loch lomond. 5 stars for this part. Brewers fayre. Food 2 stars, exact same menu as a table table, nuked food. Bar staff 5 stars. As a chain, this company needs to brush up and try and make sure they get 5 stars in all areas not just rooms, location and service.

Convenient location just off A82 close to Loch Lomond. Free parking - remember to log your reg at reception. Free WiFi too. Room was comfortable, bright modern bathroom with shower, very comfortable bad. Automated check-in appeared to be down but greeted by a friendly team member. Real plus was the free cancellation, which we needed to use when our plans changed. If this review was helpful please give it a like below.

Classic Prem Inn. Handy for loch Lomond (10 mins) or Glasgow airport (20 mins). It's an older style hotel with a new extension to the side. Located on the commercial park with Starbucks, Brewers Fayre & Petrol station with Greggs and Asda shop. Only issue on this visit is the smell of weed by the fire exit ground floor new wing !! I suspect a member of staff was the culprit as I smelt it first at reception when I checked in. Nothing worse than the smell of 420 wafting through the corridors.

Been here countless times and it was always great however, had a terrible experience today. We were sat at the door and it was freezing, had to ask to be moved. We waited for a waitress to take our order for half an hour to be told to order at the bar. The food was absolutely awful. One of us had Chilli, it tasted like passata with zero flavour and I ordered a peppercorn steak ciabatta, I got a pesto steak wrap which was overcooked and vile. Nobody came near us to find out if the food was ok and we sat for 30 mins waiting on someone to come and take our 3/4 full plates to let them know it was disgusting but nobody came near. Save your money and go elsewhere. Didn't want to cause a scene as it was busy but wish I had asked for my money back. Horrendous.

Had to phone twice to chase my order ... took approx 1hr 10 mins to get it. When it arrived it was all cold and stodgy .. had to reheat in microwave which is not ideal when there was 2 hungry children waiting. I won't be ordering from this place again ... very poor service and lack lustre food 🤮
