Food was fresh and tasted great, especially the pizzas. They do a great pizza at Mr Kebab!

Decent take away right by the station. Had some great pakora while I waited for my train and the prices were really good. Really nice group of guys running it too.

I got a delivery tonight and it was up there with one of the worst takeaways I’ve had in Dumbarton, chicken donner chips and cheese was not chicken donner, rubbery chunks of chicken. Gash, pizza was also poor won’t use the place again

Ordered food from JustEat, waited over an hour and then received a text message from JustEat saying the order was cancelled! Called them twice no answer, fully understand they may be busy but to wait over an hour to cancel is just ridiculous. Will be going to another takeaway from now on.

Ordered at 5.25 pm phoned shop at 6.50 pm order hasn't left the shop

My food arrived pretty much cold so disappointed spent £25 for cold food

Food was nearly 2 hours late , every item , pizza, chips & pakora was soggy and inedible went in bin an absolute disaster of a meal, def do not recommend

Donner meat and chips with a drop sauce, got this about 11.30 not long before they closed and it was delicious.

The 'large' kebab is definitely on the medium side of things, and the meat on the shish was pretty dry.

Very tasty, never get the order wrong but sauces could be bigger.

Ordered food at 20.00 pm and waited nearly 2 HOURS. Asked for order to be cancelled and a refund and the person ended the call !! Won’t be ordering again. Disgusting service

Good food but pizza order wrong (again). Didn’t include some of the toppings we paid for.

Meal was beautiful. Tender barbecue chicken was perfect and the pakora was fresh and tasty. Spot on yet again Mr Kebab.

I ordered food from Mr kebab to collect, they took my money but on arrival they said they didn't do collections from just eat so I paid cash and was told the money wouldn't be taken out my account. This is obviously a just eat problem, however the website is set up so that issues can not be resolved. It's only £15 however I will pursue this with the ombudsman as I feel scamers like just eat shouldn't be allowed to get away with it. I won't use the site again.

well that was delicious!! delivered super fast. well within estimated ETA and piping hot and really tasty. so good. definitely order again and recommend. Donner kebab , mixed kebab with pakora and chips 👌

Had chips missing from the order and the food didn’t seem that fresh it was early but it wasn’t that hot.

The arrogance of the owner is next level, he got our order wrong and was extremely rude on the phone, horrible man, you should spend your hard earned cash elsewhere because if they make a mistake it will be your fault!

Found staff to be very pleasant however was disappointed with what I got, large kebab looked well packed but half filled with salad chicken pakora best I have had for a while, veg pakora was quite dry, overall not very good value for money

Service is absolutely shocking. First and last time ordering from here. They delivered the wrong order, and when phoning back to they were saying ‘what do you want me to do’ disgusting customer service. If you want nice food, the right order and not late then stay away from this place.

Chicken pakora here is the best for miles

Disappointed with the service I got two days ago I was told that just eat had barred me as I had ordered over £50 worth of food which is a lie could they not say they was busy but even a drunken order would be £30 max basicalky it was too late to take the order but to say I was banned from just eat why I have just ordered a meal from Aladdin on just eat no problem. Really no impressed with this In the current situation why do this?

Was just visiting a friend and grabbed some food. I regard myself to be pretty fussy but the mixed kebab and the chicken pakora with both very good

Arrived slightly early and was told to come back. I did so. When I arrived food was waiting getting cold in a carrier bag. Got a munchy box to share which had one chicken wing in it and no pitta bread although it said there should be 2.

Not amused by the standards, ordered at 6pm, got to 750pm still nothing, called up they weren't even aware of my order, rushed the order to us, they other steamed or under cooked the chips, shabbyest pizza I've ever seen, asdas own brand is better quality! 16" I definitely don't think it was! And it was cold which I can't understand, potions weren't great. Oh and When I asked about compensation they hung up on me WE Will NEVER order from here again, absolute diagrace!

We had chicken kebabs beautifully cooked however the separate chilli sauce was way too spicy and hot which wasn’t enjoyable at all Apart from that the salad was lovely and the chicken kebabs was beautifully cooked It’s the first time it’s ever happened to us from Mr Kebab

We ordered a Turkish kebab and a chicken kebab with chips. Sauce and salad was to be separate but the sauce had been added to the kebabs, other wise this was a very good meal.

I placed an order at 6:40pm. My order was due to be delivered at 7:55pm. At 7:05pm I received a call from an unknown number, after calling it back I realised it was the restaurant. A man answered and began shouting at me and being very rude over the phone stating that noone had answered the door to his delivery driver. He became more angry when I explained my confusion about this as the door entry was open, although it was 50 minutes before the time slot I had. The man became more agitated and raised his voice again over the phone. He was then very abrupt in telling me he had sent the driver out again. Food was cold and bland. Shaken up from my experience as I did nothing to deserve being shouted at by a man at the other end of the phone.

Food we got was good, however no salad or sauce on our burgers, no pitta bread with our kebab. Went back to the shop, guys attitude was shocking and refused to correct issues.

Excellent as usual. Cannot fault. Brilliant food.

The food was delicious, the only thing is I specifically ordered from here because they said they did chicken doner kebabs (which I ordered) but was delivered a chicken tikka kebab (which was delicious) but I really wanted a chicken doner kebab.

I don’t mind food being late but the quality was very poor. Haven’t eaten here for a while & considering the prices have gone up the food certainly didn’t reflect that. Chips cold and no salt Cabbage / lettuce soggy and off colour Chicken like rubber and not much flavour Probably just an off day but really disappointed

Food was delivered within the "estimated time" window (just over an hour) but it must have been ready to go at least 30 minutes before it arrived and just been sat under a heat lamp. Pizza cheese was congealed, chicken (from kebab) and chips were like rubber. All went in the bin and we ordered elsewhere. Hate to leave the bad review as we usually have no problems here but as it was a complete waste of money... here I am :(

Ordered a mixed donner kebab and chicken pakora as I usually do , lots of lamb donner meat but very little chicken , really disappointing to be fair as I usually only order at the weekends for the chicken donner kebab . Disappointed.

Didn’t get my food and the guy was really cheeky on the phone he said it had been left outside, asked for food to be sent again as it wasn’t outside and he told me no, first time ordering from here and definitely won’t be ordering again.

Food was super enjoyable, and the driver foudn his way around the slightly erroneous address i accidently gave. All my stars are belong to Mr Kebab ;)

2hrs to receive our order and that was only after hastened it, that was after being told Just Eat was shut! Not even so much as an apology. When it did finally arrive it was the wrong order! I will definitely not be ordering From Mr Kebab again, save your time and money and order elsewhere.

I ordered the mixed Turkish Kebab (£9.50) , it was missing the chicken donner meat and replaced with an alternate and I was due a sarbeni with it and instead I was given 2 pitta breads , a bit disappointing, mozzarella sticks were good .

Asked for my chips to be cooked as they were pale the last time . Guess what they were undercooked and cold even know the delivery was early

Ordered it and it said 60-75 min, was here within 15-20 mins. Food was lovely. I have ordered from other kebab shops because Mr Kebab doesn’t normally take orders in just eat they are always off line but I won’t order from another one again after trying their food tonight.
