Can not get a order right always something missing

Card machine was down. So had to order online. But staff were efficient in picking up and processing our order for us.

I was in here yesterday and the server David was rude and had no manners ruined the whole experience won’t be back

My order was incorrect, one sub a Classic BMT only had meats no cheese or salad as requested and the wrong sauce and both subs were burnt. Very disappointing indeed.

We had a very lovely conversation with the new manager Matt good charming lad will be back to see him good customer service

both sandwiches are very nice cookie was a lot smaller than expected all in all very enjoyable thank you.

Bread was stale definitely was not fresh made and no way to contact the shop absolute waste of money

Subs not toasted and no waffle fries delivered as ordered.

Missing a coke and wrap was supposed to be a Philly cheese, no idea what it was but it was horrible, ended up in the bin. £30 order disappointed.

Was really nice good portion size and the churros taste like Americans ones so good only thing was it was cold but just heat it up in the oven 8/10 would order again definitely

We were served by the lovely Jack, who was very patient with our large order. Excellent quality of food in a quiet atmosphere.

Order completely wrong, food missing ask for no cheese when I have a dairy allergy yet cheese on everything. Do no use this subway, use any other subway than this subway. Workers need to go back to school to learn to read an order.

my sandwich had no sauce or salad when i had ordered both

The service was absolutely shocking, the wee girl who served us had nothing but attitude and ignorance to customers and staff. The food was flung together she never took our order properly and when we asked for our food she gave me a vile look and moaned.

This order has not came, but says delivered!

Food was disgusting and freezing cold. Nachos were soggy as if they had been sitting with the salsa on them for hours, the subMELT was absolutely freezing and tasted disgusting

Wrong toppings and sauce on one of the subs (had to scrape them off at home, didn’t have time to travel back to have it remade). No clear collection point means customers who have preordered have to wait in the queue while walk-ins give their orders and have them made up. Not a great experience, unlikely to use again.

The entire order was wrong. Never ordering again. No cookie, no side, drink was wrong. Totally wrong. So disappointed

Ordered large waffle fries and got 6 absolutely shocking that it's a large ? Pizza slice was freezing . Few times have ordered from here this time it's last always something wrong .

Honestly, just disappointed in this store. I made an order via UberEats, it arrived and wasn’t what I wanted. Firstly, since there is no option on the app to ask for the sub to be toasted, and the number listed on Google wouldn’t connect, they just didn’t toast it. This particularly annoys me since for previous orders they have reached out to me to ask. So the sun itself was disappointing. Then I ordered 3 rainbow cookies, and I get that they were out, but again, no contact to myself to discuss alternatives, they just substituted for some rubbish cheap crisps, that if they had called to let me know ahead, would have learned I actively dislike them, and would have at least gone for something else, or more likely cancel the cookies and just have the sub. Frankly the only thing they didn’t mess up was the bottle of Fanta, but unfortunately since the delivery put me in such a bad mood I just didn’t want any of it and the whole lot was binned. I tried again to call the store, but the number still soundly work. It’s not directly their fault, but this was the first day in a few weeks I actually had a good morning, and wanted to treat myself to a Subway lunch that I’d been craving for days, and it’s just made the whole thing suck for me and ruined my mood again.

U guys forgot half of my order

Absolutely shocking got a delivery was supposed to be loads of meats on it and salad had one meat on it and no salad absolute joke of a place!!!!

I had ordered a tuna MELT when I received my order my bread was so soggy it wasn’t edible and I had two blocks of mozzarella cheese on my sandwich that hadn’t been melted making it even more disgusting. I took pictures but I can’t upload them. Really disappointed and a complete waste of my money

order arrived minus the sub melt. Its not much of a sub melt meal without an actual sub melt. However, just eat refunded me no problem. probably wouldn't order from here again to be honest

Possibly the worst subway ever, they never get an order correct. My nachos were literally just Doritos thrown into a box, no cheese and no salsa. Subs are freezing cold, not toasted when asked, barely any fillings. Better going to the one in St James Retail Park and give this one a miss.

No extras and cheese in my sub even I paid extra! Food came absolutely freezing!

Delivery was fine but the food wasn’t great

Ordered 2 Philly submelts , both of them were completely inedible and soggy and cold, we didn’t get the crisps we asked for or ordered (which wasn’t told to myself beforehand, and also didn’t get the juice we ordered) waste of money and won’t be ordering from there again

The food was horrendous, the bread was old and stale and none of the ingredients were fresh. The tables were filthy, as well as the fridges and every surface behind the counter. Steer clear.

Food was not warm. Had to heat up which made it taste not as good as it should have.

The second time subway completely screwed my order, instead of a meatless sub I got a meatball sub , instead of a orange juice I got a tango

we ordered a sandwich and a meatball sub and 2 cookies, Doritos and cheese and onion walkers, gatorade and cherry Pepsi, we got: sandwiches (asked for fillings), the meatball sub, 2 cookies, 2 CHEESE AND ONION CRISPS, PEPSI MAX, gatorade, and a weird meatball thing with lettuce and cheese and sweetcorn... oh and our sub we ordered we asked for the bread to be toasted and it wasnt but oh well

He dropped my food and when I opened it my juice fizzed up and went all over my carpet and now my mum going to try and sue yous for 2m squares of carpet xx

Chicken bites were cold, footlong sub wasn't cut, just poor.

You get what you pay for. Attentive staff, easy all round take away. No hanging around or queue.

The food wasn't made the way it should have been ordered toasted subs and got un-toasted subs instead, ordered pepsi original and got diet pepsi really need to get orders correct wont be ordering again second time ordering from here and both times order has been wrong!!

Tracked the delivery to my address. No delivery received, but app showed as delivered. 1st time of using this particular franchise, guess it’s going to be my last. (1 star awarded to allow me to complete the review)

The gluten free bread in my sandwich is in pieces and my wedges are not cooked properly and are soggy. Disgusting!

My meatball sub wasn’t warm, and also had a funny taste to it. I ordered chicken nacho bites and I never got my sauce with it either.

Convenient Subway just off the loch Lomond rd there is a garage, charging points and Costa and Starbucks all on the same site.

Bread was solid, you could actually use it to knock on the table, paid for double meat, didn't know that meant that my daughter was getting two slices of ham rather than the one, next to no cheese on it, don't understand anyone who would let that leave the shop!

Phone number to restaurant not in service, accepted order with no avaliable driver, food cold and at least 4/5 things on my sub which were wrong. Veg I didn't ask for, veg I did ask for I didn't get and wrong sauce. 100% won't be using this branch again
