Subway in West Dunbartonshire

Id asked for no lettuce, peppers, onions or cucumber and the sandwixh is loaded with all of them

No wrap, substituded with 6 Inch sub with wrong items on it

I put the wrong address in and i thought i had changed it but alas it wasnt changed Well done to the delivery driver he went above and beyond to make sure i got my order

item states was delivered but it wasn't. absolutely terrible service.

order was made at 13:15pm it got delivered at 14:20 pm that's 65 minutes not between 20 and 35 minutes like it stated on your site as for the sandwich it's meant to be 6" the one you sent was 5" and barely much in the way of ingredients day light robbery is a good word for it.

bacon tasted funny and had a green tinge to it and the sauce was sour. Also forgot my sauce with waffle fries.

The order was proper messed up, no salad on one of them, and the salad that was meant to be on the second sub, was on the first.

Placed an Uber order at 11.45 driver arrived at store at 12.10 order still hadent been made 12.30 comes and driver still hadent left store contact the driver and he told me the order had not even been made yet and that they were doing mine right there the fact it’s took 50 mins to make a sandwich is a joke if u can’t handle wait times on delivery turn ur Uber eats off till it’s under control don’t make ur customers wait an hour for an overpriced sandwich absolute joke to add to this my order is completely wrong and missing items asked for waffle fries none sent asked for a chicken tikka sub with cheese lettuce cucumber and mayo and this is what I received a foot long sub not chicken tikka roast chicken with cheese but with lettuce jalapeños and red onion oh and also red pepper don’t know where that was on the receipt as I would like a call from a manager as ur number online dosent connect u could kill someone sending out wrong food as I’m sure ur aware

I have had a bit of bread delivered and wrapped up - nothing inside it! Very unhappy!!

I never received my drink i ordered with the meal, tried to contact subway tolet them know but their phone hadd been turned off

only got the subs didnt get any drinks sides or sweeta

2nd time I’ve ordered a salad both times came without the sauce I asked for .. disappointing

asked for a BMT with tomato cucumber lettuce shredded mozzarella and cheddar mix with poached egg delivery arrived on time without the tomato very little cheese and half a poached egg on the sandwich very sad and pathetic looking not what i expected from lomondgate shop.

Can not get a order right always something missing

Card machine was down. So had to order online. But staff were efficient in picking up and processing our order for us.

I was in here yesterday and the server David was rude and had no manners ruined the whole experience won’t be back

My order was incorrect, one sub a Classic BMT only had meats no cheese or salad as requested and the wrong sauce and both subs were burnt. Very disappointing indeed.

We had a very lovely conversation with the new manager Matt good charming lad will be back to see him good customer service

both sandwiches are very nice cookie was a lot smaller than expected all in all very enjoyable thank you.

Missing a coke and wrap was supposed to be a Philly cheese, no idea what it was but it was horrible, ended up in the bin. £30 order disappointed.

Was really nice good portion size and the churros taste like Americans ones so good only thing was it was cold but just heat it up in the oven 8/10 would order again definitely

Order completely wrong, food missing ask for no cheese when I have a dairy allergy yet cheese on everything. Do no use this subway, use any other subway than this subway. Workers need to go back to school to learn to read an order.

my sandwich had no sauce or salad when i had ordered both

The service was absolutely shocking, the wee girl who served us had nothing but attitude and ignorance to customers and staff. The food was flung together she never took our order properly and when we asked for our food she gave me a vile look and moaned.

This order has not came, but says delivered!

Food was disgusting and freezing cold. Nachos were soggy as if they had been sitting with the salsa on them for hours, the subMELT was absolutely freezing and tasted disgusting

Wrong toppings and sauce on one of the subs (had to scrape them off at home, didn’t have time to travel back to have it remade). No clear collection point means customers who have preordered have to wait in the queue while walk-ins give their orders and have them made up. Not a great experience, unlikely to use again.

The entire order was wrong. Never ordering again. No cookie, no side, drink was wrong. Totally wrong. So disappointed

Honestly, just disappointed in this store. I made an order via UberEats, it arrived and wasn’t what I wanted. Firstly, since there is no option on the app to ask for the sub to be toasted, and the number listed on Google wouldn’t connect, they just didn’t toast it. This particularly annoys me since for previous orders they have reached out to me to ask. So the sun itself was disappointing. Then I ordered 3 rainbow cookies, and I get that they were out, but again, no contact to myself to discuss alternatives, they just substituted for some rubbish cheap crisps, that if they had called to let me know ahead, would have learned I actively dislike them, and would have at least gone for something else, or more likely cancel the cookies and just have the sub. Frankly the only thing they didn’t mess up was the bottle of Fanta, but unfortunately since the delivery put me in such a bad mood I just didn’t want any of it and the whole lot was binned. I tried again to call the store, but the number still soundly work. It’s not directly their fault, but this was the first day in a few weeks I actually had a good morning, and wanted to treat myself to a Subway lunch that I’d been craving for days, and it’s just made the whole thing suck for me and ruined my mood again.

Ordered large waffle fries and got 6 absolutely shocking that it's a large ? Pizza slice was freezing . Few times have ordered from here this time it's last always something wrong .

Absolutely shocking got a delivery was supposed to be loads of meats on it and salad had one meat on it and no salad absolute joke of a place!!!!

I had ordered a tuna MELT when I received my order my bread was so soggy it wasn’t edible and I had two blocks of mozzarella cheese on my sandwich that hadn’t been melted making it even more disgusting. I took pictures but I can’t upload them. Really disappointed and a complete waste of my money

order arrived minus the sub melt. Its not much of a sub melt meal without an actual sub melt. However, just eat refunded me no problem. probably wouldn't order from here again to be honest

Possibly the worst subway ever, they never get an order correct. My nachos were literally just Doritos thrown into a box, no cheese and no salsa. Subs are freezing cold, not toasted when asked, barely any fillings. Better going to the one in St James Retail Park and give this one a miss.

The food was horrendous, the bread was old and stale and none of the ingredients were fresh. The tables were filthy, as well as the fridges and every surface behind the counter. Steer clear.

we ordered a sandwich and a meatball sub and 2 cookies, Doritos and cheese and onion walkers, gatorade and cherry Pepsi, we got: sandwiches (asked for fillings), the meatball sub, 2 cookies, 2 CHEESE AND ONION CRISPS, PEPSI MAX, gatorade, and a weird meatball thing with lettuce and cheese and sweetcorn... oh and our sub we ordered we asked for the bread to be toasted and it wasnt but oh well

You get what you pay for. Attentive staff, easy all round take away. No hanging around or queue.
