Usually good but ordered a mint Sundae and received a Sundae with all vanilla ice cream with a bit of mint sauce, called them and they said they ran out of mint choc chop ice cream so sent that instead, if they had called n checked I would definitely not wanted that and cancelled my order as the mint ice cream is the whole point of the sundae, terrible service

Always good food, good drink, great atmosphere, and wonderful host and hostess. Susan, Tony and all the staff provide a welcoming place to gather in the village. They open their rooms for small business/social groups to meet. They are always ready to pitch in and help support local and national charities through onsite and offsite events. They are a valued gem in our community. My Wife is from Texas and she agrees, they welcome all with a big HOWDY!

Staff were very helpful and polite. Went with friends and visit this particular subway regularly. Much better than other stores in the area.

Ordered food at 7:40 pm but 5 hours later and a few phone calls about my food it still didn’t arrive very disappointed.

We went for breakfast and were looking forward to a relaxing meal. Unfortunately the customer service lets the restaurant down. After being shown to our table, we sat for 20 minutes waiting for someone to come and take our order. My husband ended up going to look for someone. We ordered our breakfasts, asking to leave out a couple of items we don’t like and to replace them with other items. The order was taken and when it arrived my husband’s meal was missing mushrooms. When we pointed this out he was brought some. The problem came when we went to pay the bill. We were charged an extra £8 on top of our breakfasts. Apparently you can request to have items removed (and they’ll still charge you full price)- but what they don’t tell you is that they charge two pounds extra per item for whatever you ask to replace them with. When we questioned this, the waiter said they don’t allow substitutions. This was NOT pointed out when we were ordering. We’ve never had any problems asking to change an item on a breakfast anywhere else. I think this is a big mistake and poor customer service. And it leaves a very bad impression.

We had a voucher, so their attitude was that we were getting a low price so they would make sure they gave us as little as possible. £4.95 supplement to change chicken to lamb, seen more meat on a butchers pencil

I love this place. Super tasty food! Pizza was slightly sloppy but still very tasty! The taleggio was absolutely brilliant!

My girlfriend & I got crispy fried mozzarella with spicy calabrese ketchup (£8) to share for our starter - I personally didn’t like the taste of the sauce, thought it tasted smoky. My girlfriend got the chicken, mushroom & garlic rigatoni (£16) for her main and I got rigatoni arrabbiata (£13). We also got a portion of house fries (£4.75) to share. We both thought the food tasted average and the only reason we ate here, was because I had a 25% off blue light card offer. As the soft drinks were £3.75 for 330ml, we didn’t bother and just had iced tap water with our meal instead. Overall, we wouldn’t be in any rush to return.

Two medium pizzas and wedges £23 not great value but good quality pizzas, delivered quickly and hot, does what it says on the tin I guess

Im not sure why I went, it's a chain! Maybe it was the fact I booked a table for 9 and they took £10 a head deposit!? Anyway, surroundings are nice and staff are nice if a little unattentive - but I can cope with that. The Calamari starter was all greasy batter, little calamari, the tandoori lamb chops (3 chops on a plate of veg) were Chuck as old boots (£24). Other guests faired a bit better. £194 with only 2 people having 1 drink and had no puddings. Very disappointing. Feel utterly ripped off.

Very enjoyable meal in nice relaxed surroundings. Large portions and very reasonably priced. Waitress who greeted us on arrival was friendly and professional. Spoke to the young chef (Calum) as we were we leaving. Very impressionable young man who wished us well and hoped we enjoyed our meal. We will be back.
