Ordered food at 7:40 pm but 5 hours later and a few phone calls about my food it still didn’t arrive very disappointed.

Calzone can dropping with grease and was soggy wasn’t even able to pick it up without it falling apart in my hand

Great service I highly recommended

Only delivered 4/8 of the items we did not get potato fritters, chicken chatt,salad and onion rings but the rest of the food was good

doesn't deliver what was ordered items missing then keeps your money . restaurant steals your money no refund for missing items or items delivered even after you speak to them

Hi food was good but never got the right stuff asked for a chicken chasni and only got the chasni sauce

Chicken Tikka, Chicken Pakora and Empire State pizza are great. Let you know more when I eat them.

Use this place for a tandoori mix grill and kebabs, which are generally good and of good quality. The curry sauce that accompanies the mix grill was nice thick gravy sauce full of flavour. So thought we would try a curry, how wrong were we, the 2 curry’s we ordered were watery and tasteless & for a curry you think would be hard! 2nd curry wasn’t even a bunah, it was bright red and was a watered down rogan josh we think? The defrosted chicken bits were chucked in, not fried & tasteless. Disappointed

Usual Friday order from here & for the first time was really disappointed. ordered the mixed tandoori, extra garlic nan and an extra tray of kebab meat. garlic nan & nan arrived doughy and burnt, as if the grill was too hot to cook it properly before turning it black. tandoori chicken looks to be from a small chicken where the breast was mainly bone, had one chicken tikka piece instead of the usual 2 and the donner meat was dripping with grease, athe extra tray it was po

Unreal food, hurt my arse the next day but can't really complain. If they washed there hands then it would be the best place in Johnstone.

Used here often as food was always good with great portions, But recently there has been issues with orders. This time round was the last for me ordered a donner hoggie as anyone knows this is chips cheese and donner i even added salad to keep healthy 😂, I received dry chips topped with donner which had been scared with the sight of sauce, I called the shop to say that the cheese and salad was missing the guy on the phone pretty much told me i was lying after offering to return the hoggie to the shop he hung up, I will now never use them again waste of money and support to this local business.

Get Nicos quite a lot usually really nice but who ever made this one had caked it in cheese where it’s really thick and tastes bad , the driver also left it on the floor .

food cold on delivery. waited 1hr and 5 mins for the other fresh one to arrive. a hoagie is meant to be hot cheese is to be melted within the chips and kebab meat. I am not happy about this and will never order again standards have slipped badly

Not my favourite meal tbh missing all 3 sauces as well kebab meat a bit rubbery pakora a bit over cooked. Wont be ordering that again. Should have stuck to my tried and tested.

Food is really nice , but the portions tonight were terrible. £8.50 for a “large” hoagie that came with about 7 strips of donner & a very small handful of chips. Also missing sauces.

Great Food, Great Portion Size and freshly cooked. Had the traditional curry sauce and had loads of flavour. Would buy again

No attempt to ring door bell, no call to advise deliver was outside, opened door to find it dropped on the driveway.

Usually order from here with no issues but tonight I had the wrong items delivered, food was stone cold and covered in grease. Called the shop to be told they would send replacements straight away. an hour and 2 calls later still nothing, now not answering calls or sorting this issue, I stay 5 minutes away from here. The customer service skills from the owner and staff are atrocious! I'm not one to complain but this was a joke! I will never order from here again.

My problem last night wasnt the food it was my order I ordered chips n cheese paid extra as it was part of meal deal but only got chips in a bag. Thats a few of my orders been wrong recently Pizza was lovely and early just the chips issue

missing items on my order on more than 1 occasion, staff saying to order naan bread first as they can't see it on my order. I would like a full refund as my food was cold as had to wait for the nan bread to be delivered.

Got a buffet from Nicos as it’s my favourite Indian for pizza and donner meat. All the guests at our party enjoyed it too. Great service throughout ordering and good communication from the restaurant regarding our delivery, payment ect.

Pizza order was wrong i was given chicken tikka and green peppers when i ordered SPICY MINCE AND GREEN CHLLIES Not a fan of chicken tikka on my pizza. chips cheese and spicy mince was nice.

Best donner meat about. Moved away from Johnstone over a year ago and I still can’t find a kebab anywhere that isn’t too spicy or greasy. Always find myself detouring to Johnstone if I’m in the mood for a hoagie. Guys in the shop are friendly too.

Paprika@Nicos food is delicious every time,we order from there every family night or celebration get together. Cooked great,pizza and munchy box being a firm favourite. Fast delivery and easy ordering. Delivery drivers are friendly. Good value for your money.

called to state it was the hotel right after placing order. told that was noted on order. was told order was on route. called again 20 minutes later to be told the driver was at wrong address and would be right with us. another 15 minutes and no delivery. called again to be told it was on route. arrived 15 minutes later and was very cold and inedible it sadly had to go in the bin

Went to get food, food was alright as usual. But what surprised me was the time it took for the food to actually be ready. Normally I’d be waiting for time but the staff are superb! The person at the till was very nice and helpful to me. Overall the best experience at paprika nicos jhonstone!

Highly recommend this place, my go-to take away. Never had an issue with an order, the food is always fantastic (they have the best Pizzas!) and delivery is very fast even on weekends

Had lovely dinners but tonight phoned for mixed kebab sauce separately was told on phone it will be 10 pound ok no problem it was 8.50 online but still OK when I went to collect was asked for 10.50 I told them no paid them 10 was disappointed only a few bits of chicken cubes halfed and loads of donner to make it up two bits of pita soggy even when I had sauce separately thus was the first time I've had a bad meal from here recommended to my friends won't again I would not get anything again really disappointed

Don't buy the munchie box £13 with the chicken pakora all you get is doner meat, chips and chicken pakora.. Even though a ton if other stuff is advertised.
