Costa Coffee in Renfrewshire

Very slow, lots of tables with dirty dishes not cleared away. Some of the chairs are filthy and stained. Also, why have 2 tills when you only use 1 even though it's busy.

If you want to be shivering while trying to relax and have a coffee then this is the place for you! Coffee goes cold so quickly due to the blasting AC in the cafe IN AUTUMN. You know that way where it’s ice cold outside and you just want to sit in a nice warm cafe and heat up with a hot drink? Yeh, you can’t do that here. You’ll be even colder after sitting in. I know it’s probably a way to get customers to leave quicker, making more seats available but this place is usually filled with old people and mums with babies, they all usually have to keep their jackets on because it’s so cold in this costa. OH! Bonus! The one girl that works mainly morning shifts apparently doesn’t know how to communicate or talk to people. She talks to the elderly fine but anyone younger and she’s immediately cold. Anyway, it is the Piazza so I should have expected the worst LMAO.

Google won't tell me if this is the place in Paisley but if it is go to the place at the retail park. You know where the Dunelm and the wren this place is just depressing

Egg mayo sandwich was missing from order.

They always seem to lack the vegan food options. When you ask for soya milk or the vegan spread they've usually run out so you have to then pay extra for the oat and jam to use instead which cost more. Availability of the vegan stuff is always really low and they don't even have as good of a plant based range as the Costas in the center of Glasgow. They also changed their soya milk supplier from Alpro to something that doesn't taste nice at all and stopped doing discounts for those working in the shopping centre. The vegan food is also very overpriced. The only reason I go in at all is that is the only place close to my work. The staff are lovely though and it's a nice enough place so probably fine if you are not vegan/plant based but wouldn't recommend if you are vegan. Kettle Black is much better for vegan stuff but it's not open before work starts.

Staff are all really nice and helpful. Store is clean and modern with a range of seating options. 2023 update - staff are all still fantastic but the interior is well past due a deep clean, time has taken it's toll. The owners of Costa should be providing clean stores that project the same values as their prices do.

Order was outside the property. Noone rang the bell.

I like this Costa caffee, I like the atmosphere there, the staff is very nice, it is a wide range of refreshments to choose from. I also like to have lunch there. The lemon muffin with cappuccino - my favourite.

Delivered to the wrong address

Driver got lost as he only had part of my address

Order late and never even sent what I ordered ? Waited ages for this as it is and to receive nothing happily take peoples money but don’t send what they order! Idiots

No bubbles in the bubble frappe which was really disappointing as that’s the part I ordered it for. Lids on both frappes were also off making the bag soggy and we nearly lost them which would have been soul destroying.

The next best thing to a getting good coffee and lovely helpful staff too.

I paid for a coconut latte, unfortunately I received coffee with regular milk, which I am allergic to. I am disappointed with the service. I didn't have time to go back and ask for an exchange as I was in a hurry to catch the bus.

Over an hour wait for a coffee and a toastie that were both cold on arrival.

This was the my first time at this Costa, the staff were friendly and chatted to everyone that came in. I felt welcome.

I was super stoked to find this new location. It's so quiet and very condusive to working. The only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is because dogs aren't allowed.

Hi I would like to put in a complaint. I ordered two drinks and a toastie and I have only been delivered two drinks. I asked the driver about this and he said he was only given the drinks. But the toastie is on the receipt and I have been charged for the toastie.

Food didn't have cheese n tomato toasties.Staff are super quick very friendly.Clear tables quickly.That is why I go they are so nice.

5 stars for the staff every visit is pleasurable because of them.

I am in here regularly at least twice a week always with Wee Skye my guide dog. The girls here are lovely and always have a smile and are always helpful by bringing over my drink and a bowl of water for Wee Skye Wee Skye loves to come in here as well

Lovely staff as always, it's difficult to work with the public and remain cheerful and pleasant I regard it as a skill which all the staff here possess.

Ordered for hot chocolate and food and order came without the hot chocolate what else do you order a costa for ? Bad service all the time

Costa has varieties of milk including Coconut and Oat milk which is good for me as I have allergies. They also have a variety of teas. Staff are helpful and friendly. Always busy with families on a Sunday.

I came in for my coffee and was greeted by a lovely girl called Lauren who served me with the biggest smile ever and she was so polite and went extra lengths to ensure I had a great experience, there was a girl Rachael inn there too working and she was fantastic and so polite what a lovely place to sit in get a coffee and the staff make the place !xx

Tasted good but no cream left on top of cold drinks. Perhaps better without. Hot drink was only lukewarm.

Always enjoy a visit to Costa, shame they were a bit slow at clearing the tables.

Visited here on Thursday Morning 11am-12pm 14/07/22 I ordered twice with my friend a large Hot chocolate & cold brew. The Barrista whom made it the first time was so sweet & lovely. Such a polite talented members of staff in this branch. Also very fast, quick & delicious drinks. Highly recommend.

Ran out of product. , so received no substitute or ref overcharged £2.35 Very annoying will no use Costa again

I'm a regular customer and enjoy a Costa a latte most days. I found their usual raspberry and almond slice (which I usually enjoy) very dry, heavy and stogey. Have you changed supplier?? The shop itself recently has been untidy and not clean.

Ordered a wrap never received it now I have nothing to eat so thanks very much Costa AVOID!

I'm a fan of Costa, love their coffee, can always find something I enjoy from their selection of sandwiches and cakes.

Order was missing food items so ruined whole order, didn’t just order for a drink you know, sitting here starving and no food arrived, requested full refund immediately since the number for the restaurant online takes you to a costa in Oxford and couldn’t contact them

Staff helpfull. Cinnamon Bun was dried up and borderline stale and expensive.

I noticed driver was carrying bag. Containing coffee tipped to one side when I took coffee from bag I removed lid snd coffee exploded everywhere sll over my carpet snd my gif snd my coffee table. Do mu for my relaxing coffee. Still cleaning up mess

Ordered a vegan toastie, when it came it was not what I ordered. Delivery guy did not tell me it was the wrong order whereas if he had mentioned it was a different food order that I wanted I would not have took it and asked for an immediate refund. I did not know what was in the food as the receipt just said “not in stock” so I had to bin the food. I would like a refund as I paid for something I did not order.

Today, the 18th of April, 2022 was my fourth visit to Costa in the Piazza Shopping Centre. The staff were very helpful and the layout of the seating and tables is very good.

I enjoy Costa Coffee it is right in the middle of the town centre.There are pastries cakes and toasts available too.
