Got dinner delivered when it came it was cold and the servings were small sent me a couple of small donuts telling me they were free but noticed they charged me for them overall not impressed overpriced won't get from here again

i went a while back. i got cookie dough (something like that) which was nice but i also got chicken wings which was a huge disaster, i do love me some chicken wings! but oh my lord whatever they served me wasnt chicken wings just pure sauce and terrible chicken. please for the love of god change something in that kitchen i am begging or honestly just close down. better off just going to subway and getting cookies if ur in for a sweet treat

Arguably some of the best food ive ever had, for a place called desert kings the highlight is really their burgers and fries. The deserts are equally as good but im not a desert person, i have ordered from here for 2 years and never once actually visited the location so cant put anything above a 3 for atmosphere, as for delivery service 8/10 times it arrives in perfect condition and on the rare occasion it doesn't the service is inadequate, but it isnt too big of an issue as you will eventually get your food. They chuck in free stuff, generous portions, bit pricey but for the taste it really is worth it. Introduced my partner to it and we are both fully addicted. Would definitely recommend . Avoid ordering sides online as they generally arrive cold (not the restaurants fault) but they're still very tasty after a quick blast in the microwave.

First time eating from here couple of nights back. Wife ordered me a triple burger as a takeaway. Really good. Will use again. Keep up the good work.

Beautiful desserts with generous portions. Freshly made pancakes soft and fluffy - absolutely delicious! Ice cream sundaes great too! Highly recommended.

1st time I ordered, everything was lovely, even the way the meals were delivered in the packaging. (place was not long open). This time.,, Food was COLD, chips were soggy, free donut gift was missing and delivered 15 min late. A £50 order for 2 burgers and some wings, £9 for 5 chicken wings and a drizzle of bbq sauce, could hardly see the wings, they were that small! ***NEVER ORDERING AGAIN!*** Don’t imagine this place will be open for much longer with the way the food has gone down hill.

Each time I ordered fae this place they mess it up. This time I bought a kinder bueno crepe and they forgot a main ingredient - the ice cream. How difficult is it to get a dessert order correctly?! The girls behind the counter were just chatting and laughing away. They didn’t even say sorry when I went back in. You can surely laugh less and get more orders correct? People would appreciate that.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE I placed a just eat order which was cancelled 30 minutes later nearly. When I phoned they said they had tried to contact me which they hadn't I recorded over the phone and was told 45 minutes I then had to phone back after 1 hour 10 minutes then again 5 minutes later to get an update Food finally arrived and the hot dogs where cold as was the rest of the food Sent it back with delivery driver Save yourself £25 and order somewhere else

No doubt the food here is nice, but the service means we will never return! 25 minutes to be served…in an empty premises!! Being given the wrong item because what I requested wasn’t available…possibly advise the customer the item they want is t available and allow them to choose a replacement themselves? Staff with a worse than terrible attitude who stare through you as though you don’t exist… Honestly beggars belief how this place is still operating!

Disappointed with this order, food was not as described on the menu. I ordered salted cheese fries there was no cheese, I ordered a loaded curry hot dog the description states that it’s a hot dog loaded with chicken cheese and curry sauce what I received was a hot dog with curry sauce.

Bought lunch for my daughter and I today, just a bit shy of £30 for 2 burger meals, take out. The burger order was wrong (we discovered when we got back home). The chips were like really cheap frozen one which had been cooked, left to go cold and then reheated - cold, tasteless and mushy. The burger meat itself did seem to be good quality but it was running with fat and the bun was burnt. Won't be back, that's for sure

hi ordered 2 burgers and chips as a meal deal , got charged £6 for 2 cans of coke then charged £3-50 for a slush that was suppose to be free 🙃 £30 with the delivery just a bit steep , food was ok

Burger and wings were fine, but the curry box was inedible. Tasted bitter like burnt/old oil. Delivery later than stated on the app but was still an okay time and the driver was friendly.

Had high hopes based on the reviews however, the wife's hotdog bun was burnt, there was no ketchup or mustard provided despite it being requested, the chocoholic sundae had zero chocolate ice cream, chocolate sauce or even chocolate bits. The sorbet sensation was absolutely drowned in raspberry sauce, which was wrong, and had none of the strawberry slices included. Both sundaes were almost completely melted. Our order also took quite a long time to arrive. Sorry to say, but really disappointing.

Food was disgusting, burnt 1cm burgers that were clearly yesterday's. Overdosed with Chipotle sauce to mask the burnt burgers. Chip were also yesterday's no way any reasonable person would sell either of them and expect a five star review

Order arrived late. Hotdogs was a garage bought rollover hotdog with some Chipotle sauce and a handful of mince and arrived lukewarm. Smash burger was just horrible tasting. And like the hotdog was lukewarm. The chips were if low quality too. All in I won't be returning.

Brilliant wee place, food is very tasty, kids love it and prices are very good.

While the food is good I am always disappointed because everytime I place the order via just eat the mess something up! A note to the owners/managers kindly make sure that the stuff pays attention to the order as they come in and read them carefully, well aware that the restaurant can be busy at times but it only takes a few seconds to pay attention to the order. The last time I ordered loaded fries the fries were stale and old and reheated, and this time I requested in the notes to be sent Coke instead of Iron bru as the app doesnt let me choose that and was instead sent Diet Iron Bru.

90 mins wait for a delivery order arrives comes the order is wrong another the taken it back to the shop 60mins later still no food obviously hi rate at this point ring the shop after waiting 3 hours to be told a refund has been issued and they wont be bring the food Avoid at all cost rude staff !!!!

Chips and chicken were chewy and cold. Double burger was inedible as I have an allergy to onions. There was also a note for no veg or salad on either burger and the double burger had salad and onions. Normally, food and service are excellent, tonight, bitterly disappointing.

Pizza was delicious, tomato base packed with flavour, nice thick layer of mozzarella. Onion rings were good. Didn't get my milkshake and stores phone went straight to voicemail so lost a star there. Would definitely order again though

The food delivered was cold and the box was soggy and falling apart. The Cheese on the loaded fries was solid and chicken nuggets cold. The icing on the donuts were runny as well.

Me and my friends went to get some food here, I ordered the smallest portion of chicken wings and my friends initially ordered pepperoni pizzas and milkshakes. I went up to the till to take my order and everything was fine until they said there was no pepperoni left? (I thought this was odd, seeing it was a Friday night) My friends changed to another pizza and we gave them the money. Then after I paid they told me that one of their pizza stoves wasn’t working and that it’d take 10 minutes between every pizza and I was thinking “why didn’t you tell us that at the till?”. We would’ve changed our order or went somewhere else happily. Then it took 30 mins for the first pizza to arrive and my small portion of wings and it took another 20 for the other pizzas. Not to mention, we also found plastic in one of the milkshakes. None of the food tastes that good.
