Sundaes are class! Though the place hasn't opened in a week, wonder what's going on?

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE I placed a just eat order which was cancelled 30 minutes later nearly. When I phoned they said they had tried to contact me which they hadn't I recorded over the phone and was told 45 minutes I then had to phone back after 1 hour 10 minutes then again 5 minutes later to get an update Food finally arrived and the hot dogs where cold as was the rest of the food Sent it back with delivery driver Save yourself £25 and order somewhere else

Waiting over 30 mins for desserts to take away. Food was also barely warm, and the shop wasn’t busy.

Place is going downhill quality and delivery times wise so stop using as was fed up phoning taking 2-3 hours

burger was chewy. The chips were horrendous for the price, cold, stringy lots of bad chips for the price £3.49 certainly not worth having, went in the bin along with half my burger. My partner liked the wrap, but won't order again. wish I had read the reviews

No doubt the food here is nice, but the service means we will never return! 25 minutes to be served…in an empty premises!! Being given the wrong item because what I requested wasn’t available…possibly advise the customer the item they want is t available and allow them to choose a replacement themselves? Staff with a worse than terrible attitude who stare through you as though you don’t exist… Honestly beggars belief how this place is still operating!

Disappointed with this order, food was not as described on the menu. I ordered salted cheese fries there was no cheese, I ordered a loaded curry hot dog the description states that it’s a hot dog loaded with chicken cheese and curry sauce what I received was a hot dog with curry sauce.

took over an hour to arrive and when it finally arrived my food came wrong so we phone and they said they will send out new food which never arrived

Bought lunch for my daughter and I today, just a bit shy of £30 for 2 burger meals, take out. The burger order was wrong (we discovered when we got back home). The chips were like really cheap frozen one which had been cooked, left to go cold and then reheated - cold, tasteless and mushy. The burger meat itself did seem to be good quality but it was running with fat and the bun was burnt. Won't be back, that's for sure

for the money that's charged for a burger I would expect minimally it to be hot & within the times stated

Chips were soggy and cold. Chicken was very chewy and over cooked. Burgers were tasteless. Didn’t enjoy it at all, given the price.

Ordered salt and chilli chips which arrived without the salt and chilli... Our order always gets messed up whenever we get it delivered. Not likely to order again.

hi ordered 2 burgers and chips as a meal deal , got charged £6 for 2 cans of coke then charged £3-50 for a slush that was suppose to be free 🙃 £30 with the delivery just a bit steep , food was ok

Burger and wings were fine, but the curry box was inedible. Tasted bitter like burnt/old oil. Delivery later than stated on the app but was still an okay time and the driver was friendly.

Ordered at 10 pm on a Saturday where the site states open till 11pm....my food never arrived and the money was taken out of my account....

Had high hopes based on the reviews however, the wife's hotdog bun was burnt, there was no ketchup or mustard provided despite it being requested, the chocoholic sundae had zero chocolate ice cream, chocolate sauce or even chocolate bits. The sorbet sensation was absolutely drowned in raspberry sauce, which was wrong, and had none of the strawberry slices included. Both sundaes were almost completely melted. Our order also took quite a long time to arrive. Sorry to say, but really disappointing.

Hotdog burned to a crisp chips tasteless food used to be really good too

Food was disgusting, burnt 1cm burgers that were clearly yesterday's. Overdosed with Chipotle sauce to mask the burnt burgers. Chip were also yesterday's no way any reasonable person would sell either of them and expect a five star review

Order arrived late. Hotdogs was a garage bought rollover hotdog with some Chipotle sauce and a handful of mince and arrived lukewarm. Smash burger was just horrible tasting. And like the hotdog was lukewarm. The chips were if low quality too. All in I won't be returning.

Ordered from here multiple times and the food and desserts are just amazing. Placed an order for meals and desserts tonight, delivered in 35 minutes, fantastic.

Brilliant wee place, food is very tasty, kids love it and prices are very good.

While the food is good I am always disappointed because everytime I place the order via just eat the mess something up! A note to the owners/managers kindly make sure that the stuff pays attention to the order as they come in and read them carefully, well aware that the restaurant can be busy at times but it only takes a few seconds to pay attention to the order. The last time I ordered loaded fries the fries were stale and old and reheated, and this time I requested in the notes to be sent Coke instead of Iron bru as the app doesnt let me choose that and was instead sent Diet Iron Bru.

90 mins wait for a delivery order arrives comes the order is wrong another the taken it back to the shop 60mins later still no food obviously hi rate at this point ring the shop after waiting 3 hours to be told a refund has been issued and they wont be bring the food Avoid at all cost rude staff !!!!

excellent burgers halloumi fries are not halloumi they where mozzarella sticks which was disappointing

2 standard party's and called it a smash burger , both party's and the chips drier than the Sahara

Food arrived an hour late. Marked delivered on the app before it even arrived. No updates. Packaging looked like someone had sat on it. Food was not great at all. Not worth it for that price. Never ordering here again.

Chips and chicken were chewy and cold. Double burger was inedible as I have an allergy to onions. There was also a note for no veg or salad on either burger and the double burger had salad and onions. Normally, food and service are excellent, tonight, bitterly disappointing.

Great food, the Mac 'n cheese fingers especially. Fully recommended. Quick delivery as well.

The pancakes and the bubblegum ice cream that I've had both times I've been were amazing. Canny fault them at all.

Delivery fine Recyclable containers are a great choice Burger was ACE!! Chips and onion rings soso. For the price was ok. Was yummy but wouldn't order again 6.5/10 (burger was saving grace)

Pizza was delicious, tomato base packed with flavour, nice thick layer of mozzarella. Onion rings were good. Didn't get my milkshake and stores phone went straight to voicemail so lost a star there. Would definitely order again though

Paid £5.50 for delivery for it to be late.

The food delivered was cold and the box was soggy and falling apart. The Cheese on the loaded fries was solid and chicken nuggets cold. The icing on the donuts were runny as well.

Ordered from justeat on my partners account. The order was confirmed by them but we never received pur order. Tried calling multiple times but no answer then restaurant appeared as closed. Food is usually nice but won't bother ordering again as out of pocket from last order.

Order was cold, half of the order was missing, the pizza was burnt to a crisp, chilli cheese bites were hollow, when we tried to phone and complain goes straight onto voicemail! Avoid this place

The only negative; delivery fee. Positives; quick delivery, more importantly the burger was exceptionally good. By far the best I’ve had in a long time, maybe best one I’ve had ever. Will order again.

Order came quick and was friendly. However my garlic dip was missing, pizza tastes excessively salty and vinegary, burger tasted like a cheap kebab shop burger and food was pretty cold on arrival

Me and my friends went to get some food here, I ordered the smallest portion of chicken wings and my friends initially ordered pepperoni pizzas and milkshakes. I went up to the till to take my order and everything was fine until they said there was no pepperoni left? (I thought this was odd, seeing it was a Friday night) My friends changed to another pizza and we gave them the money. Then after I paid they told me that one of their pizza stoves wasn’t working and that it’d take 10 minutes between every pizza and I was thinking “why didn’t you tell us that at the till?”. We would’ve changed our order or went somewhere else happily. Then it took 30 mins for the first pizza to arrive and my small portion of wings and it took another 20 for the other pizzas. Not to mention, we also found plastic in one of the milkshakes. None of the food tastes that good.

I ordered crepes and I got given the wrong order, and the food looked absolutely terrible. The bananas were not on the crepes and the sauce was just poured very carelessly. Plus the order was late. Won’t be ordering ever again

Very cheerful staff, nice looking place and great choice of food. Went in because we had a disappointing meal in a restaurant close by, so had a bit of a laugh with the staff about still being hungry, they promised us we won't be hungry when we leave there! I chose banoffee waffles and he chose Knickerbocker glory. Didn't have to wait long, portions were more than decent and my waffle was delicious, fluffy with a nice crunch round the edges, the sauce was lovely and a good amount of ice cream and squirty cream too. The glory was huge and of course I had to help out, Banana slices and real strawberry slices, mix of flavours of ice cream, nice and messy. They made sure we weren't still hungry on the way out. Very satisfied thanks guys 😍🤣

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! Got a delivery from this place on just eat, paid over £30 then a £6 delivery charge on top of that. It came an hour and 20 minutes past the delivery period ended. It came with drinks missing. My cookie dough was freezing cold and all the sauce and toppings were off the dish it should be in and scattered all over the box and bag it came in. Severely disappointed and won’t be ordering again.

Giving up on this place. Delivery is always a joke. Ordered at 12:30 this afternoon, said it would be about 12:55. Rang them at 1:30 to find out where it was, was told they it would arrive in 10 mins. Didn’t turn up until 2:25pm. 90 mins late and the food was dry as a bone

Order delayed then when arrives food is wrong asked for no salad or sauce on burger came with salad and sauce plus chips are embarrassing.

Omg we love dessert kings .there is so much choice. The food is amazing thanks everyone and the delivery service is Brill very polite and on time .Will feffo be ordering again.

Took a while to arrive but completely satisfied when it did, delivery driver was nice and polite. A tad expensive but well worth it, delivery price quite high but again they deliver nearly 12 hours per day so worth it.

Milkshakes are the best. Foods 11/10. Had cajun chicken loaded fries, very spicy but so good!. Bbq chicken wings presented beautiful and very tasty & sweet chilli chicken tacos were a big thumbs up also! waiting times was a tad long although worth it. staff are very friendly and accommodating. Place is lovley and clean. Just over £40 for 3 milkshakes, 2 portions of chicken wings, loaded fries and tacos. reasonable. Always visit when we are in the area.

Ordered a delivery , prices were expensive and £6 delivery meaning MUCH more than other similar places, however thought it must be good to justify the price.... NOPE , Nothing was as described on their menu , After eight Sundae ... No after eight pieces or mint sauce. Chocolate and strawberry sundae ... No strawberries ? Plus the after eight Sundae was around 2 thirds of the cup full. Deffo not worth the cost , look elsewhere if I was you.

Use this place all the time my daughter ordered tonight just after 9 as there opened till 11 no delivery and now not answering your phone fair to say l won’t be ordering from dessert kings Johnstone again absolute joke. As times get harder you might want to treat your customers better 🤬🤬

Ordered a veggie burger and fries . Cost me £8.70. burger was tiny and had no cheese. Value for money is absolutely disgraceful. Should've went to mcdonalds

Nice place cakes And coffee nice. Definetely need hand dryer or handroll to dry your hands as they never have any of these in especially ladies toilets
