poor customer service didn’t receive items in my order and was told i had to go to store if i wanted the items that THEY missed or they couldn’t do anything about it. if i wanted to go to the store i would have done that instead off order in the first place

If you like chicken and chips this is the place. I’d say better than a well known franchise. Well wrapped and presented, i will definitely be ordering again.

My order was ruined and not given to me because juice was spilled all over my food

delivery driver was beyond incompetent, was at my door, turned around and left to go to the WRONG BUILDING and then just gave up and left.

Shop had 2 customers In when we arrived. Multiple tables left with food remains on it. Food hand prints on walls, 2 counter staff standing chatting. Clearly no rush to clean the place.

Half my food was missing and the food I did receive was wet the mash was mostly water the chicken was dry and tasteless £50 for this

Used to love Black Rooster but it’s shocking now. Over an hour waiting for our delivery, just kept getting pushed back. When it eventually turned up, the chips were cold and solid. Like they’d been reheated about 4 times and left sitting out. Wings were freezing and the juice was watered down with melted ice. Ordered a chicken and rice which also turned up cold, quite scary for rice (clearly they don’t care about EHO advice). Won’t be back, £30 absolutely wasted. Should’ve gone to lucky bs

forgot the Ice blast which was 6.20...

it’s the 2 time i order food from them and 10min after finish the meal straight in toilet (diarrhea)

order never arrived at my address. Now have to wait for Just eat to investigate befor I get my money back. so now not able to have the Saturday night takeaway I was looking foward to as I have not got the money to just order something else instead.

I have had a few more great experiences with this black rooster concerning delivery but today's food was all great, super warm when it arrived and the delivery driver was great (my address isn't the easiest to find) - happy!

Food was not good. Burger came cold, didn’t give me the right side (which they did call about so that’s no problem) but also gave me the wrong other side which was a big deal breaker as that’s why I order from there. Food was cold and average. For what I paid for I am not satisfied whatsoever.

Didn’t get the right food and food was meat free burger

Food unfortunately did not arrive after calling restaurant after 1.5 hours to check, was told driver would be collecting from them in 5 mins. Order was then showing as delivered shortly after however it is now 3 hours since order placed

Order took over two hours to come. Chips were hard and cold. Panini was cold. Wrap was lukewarm. Would like a refund.

Delivery did not arrive but was marked delivered. Black rooster were of no fault for this and I will order from them again but go and collect in future. Still waiting for a refund from Just eat

Our order arrived with an incorrect drink, the fries were cold, the chicken was dry and looks like we only got half the portion of chilli cheese bites! Not happy at all. Not for the money it costs.

They either always forget something you ordered or get your meal wrong. The food itself is lovely but its hard to enjoy when the workers never read and get it right. Don't know how many times this has happened now, I've given up on this entirely.

My order hasn’t came and I haven’t received anything at all.

ordered my food before 12 -noon and got my food around 1:40pm the staff i spoke to was just blaming just eat drivers for not picking up the food. the food I received was cold and not their usual standard at all . So disappointed with what I received today .

chips were cold and soggy and wraps were all dry and stale because they had clearly been sitting under a light for ages.

Never provided soft drinks as requested and gave bottles of water without explanation which wasn’t great. Food was nice and tasty.

The staff treatment is very bad

The girl with the glasses introduced someone she knew without asking me. She was so rude that I asked her who came first. She said you, but she didn't apologize or justify what she did. Rather, she raised her voice and said, "Give me your order," without caring. She doesn't even have a name on her uniform so you can distinguish her by a name.

Mozzarella sticks missing from my order. Ruined my full day naturally.

Drive showed up with juice spilled all over the food so had to reject order. Restaurant said they would remake it then when I called for an update just told us they hadn't had the food returned so we had to just ask just eat for a refund. Ridiculous .

An absolute disgrace I ordered this over 3 hours ago it wouldn’t let me cancel, it’s turned up absolutely freezing cold, the bag soaking wet, nothing short of a disgrace

Food shows as delivered and it’s not I have a camera. Car sat outside and drove away. Phoned the shop who told me ‘we have no way of contacting the drivers nothing we can do on our side’ is that not a joke. SHOCKING

Don't usually leave a review . Always order from this Black Rooster actually rhink ots one of the better ones . however ordered at 12.20pm and they said delivery would be 1.05pm . delivery never arrived till 1.35pm freezing . Also the delivery driver was asked for a tip the cheek of him . Maybe if you came quicker and never drove round the full of Paisley to get to my adress u'd of got one .

Mediocre food, confusing menu and you have to order dishes according to fixed deals, you can't freely order anything you want just by itself. The food comes placed (not to say thrown) simply on a paper plasmat on a tray, without a plate or even a plastic or cardboard box or something... just chicken placed on paper. Really terrible, I have never encountered such a thing in my life in any restaurant or fast food chain. A really unpleasant eating experience.

New customer - Delicious food, the corn was so well cooked and has a lovely bite and char, the chicken was succulent and Hot sauce was very moreish! Will be back

The food took 2 and a half hours to be delivered, ice cream was water, wrong drinks were delivered totally rubbish

Delivery time kept changing, took ages to be picked up by driver, once revived the food was absolutely freezing, it was horrible and just not to standard at all. Waste of £35

Food tasted off, food is normally good and think the sauce was off

Got my son to get me mango and lime chicken salad as we stay a ferry trip away , when he got back with the two salads there was no mango and lime sauce for any of them ( the sauce is my fav ) very disappointed with no sauce, but the chicken salad was lovely and fresh even though it took a few hours to get to me .

Got our food and was absolutely freezing threw the bag . Told the courier it was cold and he says “not my problem” obviously is his problem as the restaurant gave him the food warm ! So rude and waited over an hour for this . Absolute joke

Just received my first and last home delivery from this place I have been a chef for 40yrs I would be totally ashamed of myself if I put food of this quality. cold tasteless not well presented

For the driver to be waiting in the restaurant for so long and my food to come cold and late is quite disappointing used to love the food from here but went downhill recently such a shame

Initial delivery time was perfect however it continued to change later and later. Food was delivered cold

Staff are incredibly arrogant, did not care what so ever order of the meal was all wrong didn’t even get a sorry or nothing, will not be back at this place as they don’t appreciate there customers this place is scrubbed, very disappointed the atmosphere was I just don’t care what a horrible place.

Take away, double butterfly chicken ordered. Half a chicken breast and 2 mini chicken fillets delivered. Rock hard chicken with no sauce and chips that have clearly been re cooked serval times. Very disappointing, prices for what you get are extremely shameful

Loved the chicken and rice from this place, they give you plenty and the sauce is always delicious!!! Both the lemon & herb and the mango &lime. We keep ordering often from here and definitely recommend.

The staff(two Girls) was very unprofessional staying on counter. Behaviour was very odd.

Food was not delivered, phoned shop to be told it showed delivered on their screen it never arrived. Food very expensive but,got a full refund from just eat thankfully.

after a wee mix up with the order, the shop were super helpful and sorted it out really quickly. Food was excellent as always.

I don’t wanna take too many stars off because the food is good quality but the ‘extra mild’ is not mild at all it’s really spicy! I couldn’t finish my meal because of how spicy it was. Just a word of warning to anyone ordering that option. Unfortunately probably won’t return because of this which is a shame because the food seems pretty decent and well put together.

Checked the map driver went about 30 mins in opposite direction from where my house is , therefore my food was cold upon arrival!

We were served by Steven, I don't usually leave reviews for fast food but Steven was really a fantastic server. He let us try the dips before we ordered without us needing to ask, and gave us great food recommendations. Even if the food was bad I would have been happy with his service.

First time ordering from here went for the lunchtime Panini, full of flavour and really delicious not enjoyed a takeaway lunch in a long time, I think this will be my new go to spot

Decided to give this place a go after getting a sample from staff walking round Paisley town. Food was actually really nice and the portions are spot on, would recommend tbf and the dips are lovely

Rip off , do not use this place, they take money and deliver nothing

Food was cold. Paid for 4 dips and never got them. Juice was flat. Ordered chicken tenders and they came nearly dry hardly any sauce. Disgraceful considering how much yous charge.
