my delivery was left outside the apartment building on the wet ground.

Good cold not that great for nearly a £50 order thought would treat family instead of cooking due to bad weather what a regret would of saved maself a small fortune kids hardly ate anything

Food was cold and order took hour and a half to come.

Guy named SHAHID argued with me for around five minutes about the order HE got wrong as we had ordered large peri chips and as he never listened the first time he had to redo the meal resulting in him not adding the peri to the fries, been a few times and this is the first time I have been made to feel this way.

The app tells you the food is delivered when it’s 1hrs late and you’ve received nothing

First time ordering from Pepes, used the 50% off deal, all food arrived roasting hot and delivered 45mins after i placed order, chicken and cheese quesadilla is top notch 🔥 aswell as the chicken n rice boxes. will definitly use again in the future

Worst Pepe’s in whole of Scotland. This is my second bad experience at this Pepe’s. Placed a collection order for sit in and specifically asked the staff to make chicken well done and extra sauce. Repeated 3x time on the phone to make sure. Turn out chicken wasn’t well done nor extra sauce on it. Food was handed over packed in a bag on a tray. Food was cold as well. With little to no Piri salt on chips. As this was 2nd time I won’t be coming back. I rather drive to westend for Pepe’s.

Foods is very rarely hot love pepes but not when it’s cold

very disappointed. Barely any peri salt on chips. The chicken strips were tough and got about one bite of meat off each chicken wing. The chicken wings are tiny for the price. Won't be ordering again

Full chicken meal costs 20£, absolutely atrocious. This is more than nandos with quality thats far below nandos. Be careful with this place.

Serious lack of peri salt on the chips and the chicken in the wrap was quite tough. usually a major fan of Pepes but the meal wasn't great this time

Absolutely shocked at the quality my order was thrown together in, with missing items too and watery sauce that smelled awful and tasted disgusting, seeming almost out of date, understandable we ordered an hour before closing but this was an absolute joke.

The Chicken and Rice meal was great as usual. Shame I paid for Peri fries and got plain ones. I also asked for one peri mayo and one garlic mayo but got two garlic mayo. Overall great meal.

Multiple times when ordering from here my food has shown up as delivered, when it hasn’t been, not to mention it is usually delivered after the estimated time. Very frustrating when other companies can use just eat’s delivery updates properly.

I ordered 3 times and paid extra for peri peri but they sent normal chips without peri peri! The price is much more expensive than other branches in Glasgow 👎

Food is all right, I guess, but the place smells like a toilet for whatever reason. Speaking of the toilet, it's shut and you can't wash your hands or use the lose.

Called as the food was late told it had left shop, 30mins later we phone and they said only just left, the operator said he never told us that it left. Very rude, poor customer service.

The customer service of this place is an absolute joke. The rudeness of the staff when you phone to explain the situation that it says your order has been delivered when it actually hasnt been.

Unfortunately one of the dishes had not been packed well. This resulted in the packaging of other dishes being covered in sauce.

Waited an hour and a half only to be told once I called them that an issue happened in the store that delayed the order. Instead of calling me to ask if the delay was ok, I was left waiting and have somewhere to be. I have had to cancel the order though the cold food refund process. Horrible experience

Simply the best Pepe's we have ever had.. chicken and rice box meal every time. The mango and lime flavour tastes better than ever 😁 love this place.. highly recommend.

Ordered a mild chicken and rice box and was given a plain box with no sauce at all just dry chicken and rice. Ordered 2 portions of chips they gave us a bag of chips that were stone cold and tried to say that was 2 portions. Chicken in the bbq sizzler was so tough and order was 20 minutes late. Won’t be back

Ordered on just eat and the food was late cold and inedible. The chicken was pink and the chips were just thrown into a bag not in any packet or anything and there were two portions as well. The mozzarella sticks were cold and just not nice at all will not be ordering again

i m having very bad experience i call for collection order the manager lady glasses 👓 lady idk her name they said we can’t take order on phone first of al denay my order i reached after half hour im store was empty around 6:30 i there check ur camera see whats going on she not doimg anything only show off lady telling new staff not doing her self anything than i was watching no one prepare my order only delivery and online order they getting ready for big order after me i was first online big orders came they prepare first 40 chips or alot food they prepare not giving me only 2 chicken rice meals i hav to face long time 40 mins for waiting in store they should serve me first bec online order been place after my order she dnt know how to manage she not even working if busy only talk

If you like Pepes, DO NOT go to the 1 in Paisley, waiting ages to be hit with this. Zero interest in providing over priced food. Was awful, the quesadilla was half filled. The chicken wings had no meat and were dry.

Absolute chefs kiss! As usual I got extra sauce on my chicken, and yet again my man pulled through and sent the best meal I've had yet!!!

Absolutely delicious burritos as usual. However I would recommend that you double up on your portion of peri peri fries, they are amazing!

Surprise this place doesn't have a higher rating, the portion sizing is great and everything was really tasty. The hot sauce is the best kind and the sauce covered pita bread is amazing! Cheese bites are great too. Will definitely come back.

Waited nearly 2hrs for delivery. Just as 1hr past i got a phone call to say the driver was in a crash so they need to make the order again 🤥 (heard that whopper before ) and it would be with me in 15 mins. Then waited another hr and it came freezin cold.

I went to paisley Glasgow Pepe. I sat down and waited for around 30 mins until the food came. The chips were great but when my mum cut the chicken it wasn’t even cooked properly. We told a lady at a counter and she told us that the chicken was properly cooked but it wasn’t cooked properly. Instead of saying sorry she kept on speaking until a man came and gave us a proper chicken. He also said sorry for the chicken.I don’t recommend that you go to this Pepe, instead you should go to the city centre one, never coming back to this Pepe.

I love Pepes. Its the best food in town. I ordered and call the store to tell them not to put salsa in wrap as i forgot to write in notes and they followed it perfectly. Love you guys.
