Love this place and it's became a regular for us as a family. The food is always lovely, staff couldn't be more helpful and the atmosphere is lovely. Highly recommend a meal here.

A fantastic local pub with a great atmosphere.. Jam at The Inn play every other Thursday and not to be missed

Stayed in the Primer Inn next door and had breakfast. We had a warm welcome, the staff were lovely and it was a relaxed atmosphere. The food was plentiful and cooked to perfection. A lovely way to start our Sunday morning.😀👍

Booked at very short notice after being let down by nearby Crowwood Hotel , what an amazing place , table for 8 of us with no pressure to hurry up and leave the table, in fact no time limit even mentioned , food was amazing , staff lovely to serve us , I will definitely be spending more time and money in here from now on !

Called in for ice cream, (still sell soave, s) and decided to get a take out salad box, assistiant just stuck her hand in lettuce ans started to fill the box, needless to say had to ask should she not b using tongs, she then went and put on gloves not at all impressed with hygiene, OK if u r buy something pre wrapped though it makes u wonder if hygiene is lacking in front of customer what it like where can't see

Absolutely shocking ordered a pick up and the messed full order up forgotten items whoever answered the phone didn’t listen to what I was wanting avoid at all costs also said I’ve to pay for delivery even tho it was there mistake!!!

Avoid this place at all costs, unhelpful staff and disgusting management that are more interested in taking your money than solving issues with customers. It says on the website free breakfast, however I was charged separately for breakfast I was also charged £150 for a night I didn’t stay and was refused a refund even though I had no choice but to leave early due to the unhelpful staff members who refused to make my stay comfortable. View from bedroom was of the overflowing rubbish skips and staff outside smoking. By far the worst place I have ever stayed.

Was flung out of this establishment by a staff member over something that happened 7 years ago regarding my daughter.. 1 of the co-owners knows my daughter and things have been settled years ago! She eats regularly out of this establishment.. for a counter staff member to hold a grudge is damaging for businesses during already hard times!

This was a quick visit, but the night was enjoyed so much by the people I joined. Lovely staff, nice feel about the place.

Abusive PCN: I was not even aware that there was parking restriction in place, went with my 2 young kids under 5s and ended up receiving a very menacing PCN for a third party provider; been somehow of a regular customer attending multiple kids bday parties and taking my family for a nice lunch out, enjoying the soft play facilities, but would think twice moving forward before coming back.
