Strawberry sundaes sent instead of chocolate without being advised in advance by restaurant or delivery driver to check an acceptable substitute. Disappointing.

Didn’t give a time on my email, but it did take about 45 minutes so was a good bit longer than you normally deliver but food was nice and hot and very enjoyable.

It's an okay chip shop with convenient location in Muirhead. I've been a few times with the kids. They do a great white pudding! I'd say the chips are okay, I prefer firmer chips. The fish is average. Cooked fresh but the two fish can be a bit scrawny and boney at the ends compared to others I've had. Friendly and fun staff. Kids are welcome. Clean and smart interior. It's a decent chippy but not the best. I'd rate it maybe 2nd or 3rd of the chippys in my home area.

Food was a bit dry. Delivery was late so I had to request how long. Would have been nice to be told food would be late instead of customer checking and running outside at time stated as it’s hard for some ppl to find address. But once out looking for no show driver. Please inform customers if delivery is gonna be late.

very disappointing tonight as if some other place cooked it.not the usual standard at all. not the same volume of chips and a lot were little scrappy bits. the sausages are usually well battered crispy & fresh but tonight these were soggy I had to put them in my air fryer. didnt enjoy the food tonoght at all, hopefully its a one off

Order took 11 minutes from placing order to arriving at our door - no wonder the pizza wasn’t cooked! . £21 for uncooked pizza and overdone chips. Disappointing as we order regularly and food is normally good but 👎 this time

To start we had the fastest Delivery of all time, I ordered and within 10 minutes food was in my lap 😅 2 x sausage suppers where hot and delicious 😋 Thank you Usain Bolt 😅😅

Order was an hour late. In total 1 hour 40 mins for rolls in a Tuesday night is ridiculous. I usually order in shop and like the food but staff lied when I rang shop and obv hadn’t even sent order as food was piping hot when finally arrived

Food was great, order was wrong. Ordered chicken and onion pizza but got olives - just picked them off and was good but annoying. Also asked for salt and vinegar on the chips which I didn’t get - chips were good though. Food was ready in 15 mins.

Very quick delivery. Steak pie and sausage excellent. Chips were not up to usual standard, very dry !! Fish was just OK, again not up to usual standard . Maybe just a bad night ?

Pre ordered the night before and was able to collect 30 minutes before I had originally intended to pick up. 2 quality Fish Suppers were hot tasty and thoroughly enjoyed.

Asked for salt and vinegar on everything, received it on nothing….why ask if you ignore it? Roll and chips / chips and kebab meat was very good. Pizza crunch was like a coping stone - dry and solid….inedible. Please can you get back to usual standards….this wasnt great…

Only issue was I received a sausage supper instead of a smoked sausage supper.

I ordered this for my Dad as I was heading out to a gig in Glasgow. He was absolutely delighted with the quality of the fish. the portion size was excellent and it was hot fresh and delicious. I'm now determined to try it with him next weekend.

This chippy is hands down one of the best in the area staff are so friendly and the food is amazing the crunchy box are a must try

Really disappointed with our order delivery was almost 30 minutes late with no update through the website , a small pizza must have been on its side as the cheese had slide off,curry sauce really runny and rock hard fishcakes. I get its Saturday and busy but turn off orders rather than be this disappointing

The clue is in the name. Quite simply the best fish and chips in the area. The staff are always friendly and the food is excellent and reasonably priced.

Utterly divine experience for myself and the family. Everyone at the table held hands and banged our knifes forks and other cutleries on the table again and again until the driver arrived. We were so happy to see the driver deliver our gorgeous food and it was imminently transported to the dinner table. Each of my family members were quick to sink their teeth into the delectable meal - we adored every bite. Rest assured Shirley & the family will return.

I ordered chips, cheese and kebab meat and my husband had a sausage supper. Food was good as usual and we usually go in store and order but decided to order online. Never had a bad meal fr here and when I get fish they make it fresh and chips are always nice and fresh too
