The best restaurants in Strathkelvin North Lanarkshire Glasgow and Surrounding

Este es un café de estilo británico. Hacen una buena variedad de prácticamente todo lo que esperarías de un café británico, como fritos, etc. Fui con el rollo de huevos revueltos y un capuchino. El rollo era genial, agradable y cremoso con una buena cucharada de mantequilla. El capuchino era normal, demasiada agua y poca leche. El café tiene algunos procedimientos de higiene adicionales como lavado de manos y mascarillas, etc., pero lamentablemente solo se paga en efectivo.

Pie beans and chips were good. Chips are excellent. I think pie and beans were microwaved. Pie had no crunch at all on edge. Still tasted very good though. Macaroni cheese was on par with other places. Good size portion. Will 100% shop here again.

Was really disappointed with here. Ordered two small afternoon teas, weed told when we ordered that we could pick two cakes from the cabinet and then told that it was two random cakes instead. Then was asked what kind of coffee we would like so we ordered two lattes, when we went to pay I noticed that the price was more and then told that it was more because we ordered lattes? Why ask what kind of coffee we’d like if you’re just going to charge us more? Staff didn’t seem to have a clue what was part of the afternoon tea, possibly a training issue. Food wasn’t great, cakes and scone were going pretty stale. Wouldn’t recommend to a friend.

We went here for my son's birthday, it's great to have such a nice Italian restaurant in our town. We hadn't booked but were welcomed in, and I'll say they could not do enough for us. Genuinely such a warm welcome and my little boy really appreciated it. Food wise my daughter enjoyed her pepperoni pizza, my son loved his cheese pizza, I thought my arrabiata was pretty good and my wife's tagliatelle was okay. I recommend the focaccia which was amazing, although my wife thought her arancini was just fine. I'd probably rate it as a 4 but we left it to the birthday boy who rated it a 5, and I was happy to rate it as a 5 because everyone was so welcoming. They do have a 2 course meal deal between 5 and 6 on certain days so I'd definitely recommend.

First visit to this lovely tea house. Beautiful setting and although they were busy and my husband and I hadn’t booked they found us a table No fuss, no problem. We had lovely homemade soup (nicest I’ve had in a while when eating out). Finished off with a great proper cup of coffee and some lovely home baking. Well worth a visit and we will definitely be back when we are next in the area.

Hemos sido clientes habituales durante años y disfrutamos de la comida, pero cada vez que venimos la actitud del mismo miembro del personal que en realidad creo que puede ser el propietario / gerente es impactante. No tiene habilidades de servicio al cliente. Parece que la estás molestando por estar allí. Todos los demás miembros del personal siempre han sido geniales y como se dijo anteriormente la comida es encantadora, por lo que seguimos visitando, pero desafortunadamente la experiencia que recibimos con la misma mujer en nuestra última visita significa que ya no volveremos. No somos las únicas personas que tienen las mismas quejas sobre la misma persona, parece un problema que no se está solucionando.

We did not stay in the hotel but booked into the restaurant. The menu wasn't huge but there was plenty to choose from. I had the chicken starter and the steak pie which were both very good. My partner had the pate and the shin of beef. Clean plates all round. Good service and friendly staff.

Had a Groupon voucher to use, took my 2 granddaughters today. Staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Food was really good too, thoroughly enjoyed my curry, as did girls with their choice of food. Definitely be back! Oh and excellent value for money. 😁

The restaurant at my hotel nearby was closed so I ordered the food to be delivered. The service was quick and the food was amazing, as good as any I've had elsewhere and a lot cheaper. I will definitely be ordering from here again.

I love Premier Inn but this is possibly the worst I have ever experienced. Here's why: STAFF: Generally unprofessional and no signs of a manager/leader in sight. Staff were observed eating breakfast at the bar and playing on mobile phones in full view of customers whilst dressed in their own coats. Generally slow to keep up with the food demands at breakfast. No beans. No pancakes. Eggs looked like they were taken from my daughters kitchen playset, bacon looked like dogs ears, and the sausages appeared to be the unfortunate victims of a blazing house fire. Came back from a long day out to find that the restaurant kitchen had been closed and was not serving food - instead they served me up a three course meal of crap about staff shortages. BUILDING: The building needs some fair TLC. The exterior render looks horrendous and dirty. Overgrown moss on the roof was blown all over the entrance patio causing a possible slip hazard for elderly visitors. ROOM: Stunk of cigarettes on arrival. On inspection it was found to have ash and used cigarette butts all over the outer window ledge. All in all, not a great stay 😕

We popped in as we were passing and we are glad. Sat in the restaurant as a family of 3, thankfully they had a table, but most of these were booked already. Staff were very friendly and we never felt under pressure at all. Food was 5 star! Big portions for the price. We would happily come back again due to the great experience.
