Premier Inn Glasgow Stepps (M80, J3) hotel in North Lanarkshire

I love Premier Inn but this is possibly the worst I have ever experienced. Here's why: STAFF: Generally unprofessional and no signs of a manager/leader in sight. Staff were observed eating breakfast at the bar and playing on mobile phones in full view of customers whilst dressed in their own coats. Generally slow to keep up with the food demands at breakfast. No beans. No pancakes. Eggs looked like they were taken from my daughters kitchen playset, bacon looked like dogs ears, and the sausages appeared to be the unfortunate victims of a blazing house fire. Came back from a long day out to find that the restaurant kitchen had been closed and was not serving food - instead they served me up a three course meal of crap about staff shortages. BUILDING: The building needs some fair TLC. The exterior render looks horrendous and dirty. Overgrown moss on the roof was blown all over the entrance patio causing a possible slip hazard for elderly visitors. ROOM: Stunk of cigarettes on arrival. On inspection it was found to have ash and used cigarette butts all over the outer window ledge. All in all, not a great stay 😕

Everything about it is perfect. The rooms were clean, the breakfast buffet was good , the service was nice and the best part is their pricing. I will always book a premier inn if I am anywhere in the UK or Ireland.

Hotel is very good service food is nice but not much choice the staff are very friendly and very helpful

The Staff are driendly, the rooms are spacious, and clean. The abbility to choose room temperature was welcoming. In the morning, the breakfasts have choices you would expect, but good. Evening, we ŵere served without any delay, and the atmosphere was relaxing. The food choice was good, the food itself was excellent and satisfying, All ithings said, a good trip. I will be back

Fantastic hotel always stay here when in Glasgow visiting. Reception staff so nice and helpful.

Went for a long weekend away with my family, I am so dissapointed as 2 weeks after l got a parking tickert for parking there. I had registered the car when we entrered the hotel. I have never had this problem before with any premier Inn. Please be mindful of this as it can happen to you.

Very clean hotel in the right location. Only drawback was as an accessible room there was a shortage of electric points for equipment.

No food and no drinks the pub has closed down its a hotel with no food and drinks

Stayed for 2 nights. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice Manageress was there to meet and great with a big smile The other staff where on hand and nothing was a problem My stay was great but a bit short would definitely return Thanks guys

Service from the reception and restaurant staff was excellent, especially Brooke who was very helpful and chatty when we went for breakfast. Location is perfect if you're driving into Glasgow as it's not far from the motorways. The rooms are ok. We had a problem with the bathroom extractor fan in one room, plus it was baking hot even though it was cool outside, so moved to a better room in the newer annex.

We as a family stayed here overnight on our way to our final destination. The stay was comfortable with absolute smooth checkin and check out. The facilities were amazing and in good condition. We loved it and I would highly recommend it.

View of the hills and it's quiet. Beds are really comfortable.

Ok but room was quite dusty. Staff was quite nice. Location is meh not very close to centre. But if you want to go to centre I recommend a more central hotel. Overall it's ok, would come again.😀

Clean and great sized room. Friendly and helpful staff but no other eating establishments locally or shops for essentials. All shops were a drive away

Good price. Close from the airport. Decent rooms. Very confortable bed. Bathroom ok but toilet smells like urine. Plenty of parking space. 3 min by car you can find an ASDA gas station and supermarket. It was a good stop before heading north. Next door there is a restaurant with descent food.
