The best restaurants in Inverclyde East Central Inverclyde Glasgow and Surrounding

I had been recommended this place ,,about 11 years ago......FINALLY got round to trying it after far too long. Ordered the 'Dragons fire' Welsh Chicken and Shrimp Curry,and can honestly say it's one of,if not THE best I've ever eaten (I've had a lot!). Definitely on the spicier side,but I was warned,but for me,it was perfect. My work buddy got the brisket fries and also agreed,they were superb. Absolutely delicious food,wish I had a bigger stomach to try more,but I'll be making plenty more trips to here.....it definitely lives up to the hype! 🏆

Have eaten from this takeaway on many occasions and found the food lovely and fresh! Would reccomend manzil for Indian food , and they also do burgers fish and chips etc so plenty of choice. Good quick service sometimes a bit busier at weekends and may have a wait.

Huge selection of amazing tasting food. Staff are always helpful and friendly. Been several times and highly recommend.

Food was awful, badly cooked and seemed to have been kept hot for a long time. Asked for no chips but 3 stale chips under the chicken, why? No care. Bathroom was not clean,room carpet full of stains. Beer garden falling to bits, gate off hinges, broken lamps on the ground, wooden tables rotten. Doesn't instill much confidence in kitchen hygiene if place is this rundown and dirty.

Every time placed order in shop went home with wrong order

Very good fish suppers in a small town. Usually a queue, but worth the wait. Perhaps go over to the park to consume! Great views.

Had a mixup with my order and they were very accommodating, food was also great!

I didn't eat this kind of tastless food in my life.Me and my friends Tried Chicken and lamb biriyani from this restaurant, and it doesn't have any taste of Biriyani and we didn't eat atleast half of the portion. I tried a lot of indian restaurants unfortunately this one is the worst taste of Biriyani. I will not suggest this Restaurant to anyone who is on hungry and wish to try a good taste of Biriyani flavour.

Such an absolute gem of a find for us. Staff are so friendly and accommodating. Food is absolutely beautiful. Food presentation beyond fault. Spotlessly clean. Warm and cosy, with a beautiful calm, relaxing and welcoming ambience. I have Agoraphobia, and food issues due to an eating disorder, and the staff took such great care of me.

Very disappointed in both meals curry sauce had no flavour didnt smell or taste like curry sauce the satay sauce was watery did not taste nutty at all the fried rice for both dishes was soggy and tasteless considering the one container was fried rice with chicken no sauce rice was ztill soggy .prawn crackers were also below par greasy and tasteless had ordered from ben and sues previously although not recently and the meals then were excellent again extremely disappointed and will not order from ben and sues again .

Ordered from here yesterday, fish supper was terrible the batter on the fish was so hard you couldn’t chew it had to break it with my hands to get into the fish , the fish wasn’t any better it was like rubber and so dry l did ask for it to be fresh but l think it’s was from the night before was terrible. I do go here from time to time that’s the worst meal l’ve ever had. Wouldn’t give it to a dog .
