The worst wings I’ve ever had in my life. Nachos were so stale they weren’t even worth eating. Was ill the next day.

Absolutely shocking. Had basically no food and the portions were tiny, I’ve been to a few of the other Chopstix however this is the worst experience ever. The employees mumble and are so hard to understand, maintain conversation with one another whilst serving you and swear infront of customers. Think it’s really disgusting to sit and eat your dinner whilst employees trail bags of rubbish past you 🤢🤢🤢would give you the absolute boak. Had none of the drinks they were meant to nor had the new spring rolls. Complete shambles.

Popped in for a quick bite before jumping the train, food was lovely.. Jennifer 5 🌟 always helpful and chats away with a smile, great with the kids as always definitely makes each visit a good one

Worst service ever... Especially so as I was served by the manager (Christine?). After explaining that I have not been in the restaurant before she rattled through the process like a machine gun (and with as much customer care as one). Food was ok, for a larger portion wasn't particularly so, but I felt like an inconvenience to her as it seemed she would rather talk to her colleagues at the side of the counter than deal with customers. The place was empty so there isn't even the excuse of the restaurant being busy as an excuse for her really poor customer service skills. Won't return.

Popped in for a take away not sure of what I wanted. The guy with the beard was very helpful going thru the walk in offers. I had a budget in mind to which he was very understanding about. Ended up with starter,main and dessert within my budget and totally enjoyed the food. Thanks for your help

Received 2 pizzas tonight delivered promptly. The pizzas were clearly not large. I phoned to highlight the mistake and was told that they were actually large and then it annoyed me as i was fed some rubbish about shrinkage. I ordered Domino's tonight because the brand imposes standards and quality to every order. These standards where not compliant tonight and customer service was not great either. I still wanted the food and would have been happy with an apology. However, three different team members gave me a concerted line about shrinkage in the oven. So I got out a tape measure to check how much smaller and it was less than 12" . The ordered pizza was 13.5" Next stop trading standards

26/03 before 6pm I asked for a decaff caffè latte at Gordon Street, Glasgow, well it wasn't I couldn't sleep at all. It's 8:15 in the morning and still wide awake. At least I am not working today. Not happy at all.

Tastes good and nice service. Gave me an extra discount with some spare cookies .in conclusion great place to go for a nice and chill place to eat your lunch

best dessert around, the area around the dessert palace set the mood for a great dessert the ice cream was a creamy delight.

Food absolutely shocking cold and horrible food had been reheated pizza and burgers absolutely stone cold will not eat here again waste of my money

I’m a local lass and love going here. Guaranteed a good standard of food and even with a queue sometimes out the door the team are respectful and provide a friendly service to all customers equally. I hove watched them deal with customers who have delusional expectations and a huge sense of entitlement with tact and understanding. Definitely couldn’t do your job as well as the pret team on byres. My dog is always made to feel welcome too.

Booked Silk Road deli for this eve for 4 people. 2 could not manage due to illness. Manager advised by email that there would be a £10 charge per person who had cancelled as I had not given 48hours notice. She said this was clearly stated on their website and Instagram page. This was not the case. When I related this to her I said that I wasn’t happy as this was not made clear. We turned up at the correct time only to find the restaurant had its shutters down. When I called from outside I was told that my booking had been cancelled as they could not absorb the loss of the £20. I was barred in other words. We passed about an two hours later and our table was vacant. Two tables were occupied with customers. I’m sure the food is excellent. I’ll leave the reader to judge the attitude of the manager.

Visité Madlab con amigos en la calle 31 de mayo. Habían estado antes, así que queríamos que experimentáramos el restaurante. No estaba muy ocupado, pero el clima era horrible, ¡tal vez la gente se quedó en casa! Tuvimos un montón de platos ~ al menos 11 ~ y a medida que se traía cada plato se describía. La comida era deliciosa ~ como el vino! Varias copas diferentes de blanco y rojo. También tuvimos postres que eran excelentes. Las porciones son pequeñas pero no pueden fallar nada. El personal era encantador. Caro, pero vale la pena cada centavo ~ ¡bien hecho! ! ! ! !
