I’m a local lass and love going here. Guaranteed a good standard of food and even with a queue sometimes out the door the team are respectful and provide a friendly service to all customers equally. I hove watched them deal with customers who have delusional expectations and a huge sense of entitlement with tact and understanding. Definitely couldn’t do your job as well as the pret team on byres. My dog is always made to feel welcome too.

Visiting from London I visit pret regularly abs always rave about the coffee, food and friend stafe. Today was the worst experience I have had. Absolutely no food left on the shelves and worst coffee. I ask for an extra strong flat white and came out like a latte. I went up and said this is too milky abs he grabbed it off of me, put a shot in my existing watery coffee, heated it in the existing cup. I was too intimated to say anything so binnned it and left. Won’t be back

763 Barrhead Road Silverburn Shopping CentreDue to am emergency I was unable to be with my Mum on her 80th birthday. I thought sending a cake for her small party would mean I was taking part in some way. I didn't notice until after I had ordered that the cake needs to defrost for 6 hours. I immediately emailed and ask to switch to a next day delivery. I was relieved when this was confirmed. However the day before and no cake. My Mum will now have a cake that will arrive on the day of her party so cannot be eaten.

Buchanan GalleriesStopped by for lunch and had the lentil soup which was great. Decided to treat myself to the £5 raspberry pistachio traybake cake- which does not taste of either. It is lemon loaf traybake with cerise fondant and a few pistachios sprinkled on top. Looks better than it tastes, very disappointing. Far too sweet.
