I’m a local lass and love going here. Guaranteed a good standard of food and even with a queue sometimes out the door the team are respectful and provide a friendly service to all customers equally. I hove watched them deal with customers who have delusional expectations and a huge sense of entitlement with tact and understanding. Definitely couldn’t do your job as well as the pret team on byres. My dog is always made to feel welcome too.

Visiting from London I visit pret regularly abs always rave about the coffee, food and friend stafe. Today was the worst experience I have had. Absolutely no food left on the shelves and worst coffee. I ask for an extra strong flat white and came out like a latte. I went up and said this is too milky abs he grabbed it off of me, put a shot in my existing watery coffee, heated it in the existing cup. I was too intimated to say anything so binnned it and left. Won’t be back
