Chopstix Noodle Bar in Glasgow City

Mi comida fue un desperdicio de dinero. La porción de arroz era pequeña y muy seca. Apenas había salsa. Me avergonzaría enviar la porción que tengo. ¿Acabas de enviar lo que sea porque esto fue entrega? Definitivamente me ha pospuesto el pedido de nuevo, lo cual es una pena, ya que a mi socio le encanta el lugar y ahora has perdido dos clientes.

Die Chopstix Noodle Bar ist eine sehr empfehlenswerte Adresse für Mittag- und Abendessen in Schottland. Es gibt mehrere Filialen in verschiedenen Städten in Schottland. Das Restaurant serviert Nudeln oder Reis; dazu kann man bis zu drei verschiedene Hähnchensorten wählen. Je nach dem, ob man es süß/sauer oder auch sehr scharf nach Thai Chicken Curry Art mag. Es ist alles kombinierbar. Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich sowie hilfsbereit. Kreditkartenzahlung ist auch möglich. In allen Restaurants in Schottland gibt es sehr schöne Sitzgelegenheiten drinnen. Es gibt auch Speisen zum Mitnehmen (Take away). Natürlich sind auch Frühlingsrollen erhältlich. Verschiedene Soßen verfeinern noch den Geschmack. Das Angebot wird abgerundet durch verschiedene Getränke von Softdrinks, Wasser, Ice Tee und vieles mehr. Sehr empfehlenswertes Restaurant!

El peor servicio de la historia... Especialmente porque me atendió el gerente (Christine?). Después de explicar que no he estado en el restaurante antes de que ella sacudiera a través del proceso como una ametralladora (y con tanto cuidado al cliente como uno). La comida estaba bien, porque una porción más grande no lo estaba, pero sentí como un inconveniente para ella, ya que parecía que prefería hablar con sus colegas al lado del mostrador que tratar con los clientes. El lugar estaba vacío, así que ni siquiera hay la excusa de que el restaurante esté ocupado como excusa para sus habilidades de servicio al cliente realmente pobres. No volverá.

It was inedible muck. The sauce tasted extremely unhealthy, the chicken wasn’t real chicken, the noodles were dry, the portions were small and we still couldn’t eat it because it was terribly disgusting.

Busy when I visited here but still some seating left. Friendly welcome, quick service, food looked hot and fresh and what I ordered tasted really good. Recommended!

Popped in here at the start of my commute back to Anniesland. In all honesty, it was a bit of a revelation given that I’ve passed it many times before and never really been drawn in or tempted. However, my wife signed me up for their free Birthday treat and, being Scottish, a freebie is something not to shy away from! It was a very simple small box containing five Spring Rolls. I was expecting a nice snack to keep me going on my walk but I was actually blown away by the quality of the food. Packed with filling, they had a crispy but Buttery pastry with no need for any dipping Sauce. Within five minutes (probably half of that) I was binning the empty box. Friendly staff, great (free) food - a worthy 4/5 rating. I’m sure I’ll be back at some point, possibly delving into more of the menu!

From the moment I walked in I was greeted with smiles and welcomes from all of the staff. I have never been in to chopstick before and when I mentioned this, my server Penny perfectly explained to me how it all worked all in a very positive and warm manor. This was in peak lunch hour and the store was clearly busy but I really felt like she had taken that little bit extra time just to talk me all through it. Once I had made my choices I was handed over to Chelsea who also served with a smile, something that cant always be said nowadays, and continued to provide the same level of service as Penny. The food was great too thanks to Erin the chef. This will certainly become a new regular visit for myself as I work at most 100m away from the shop. As someone who works as a customer experience manager, the level of customer service I was given is one that I aim for all of my own staff to try and achieve, simply could not fault a thing. I am not usually one to write reviews but I really was impressed with the level of customer care all three of the girls showed. Many thanks to you all, I will for sure be back for a lunch again soon.
