Subway in Glasgow City

Tastes good and nice service. Gave me an extra discount with some spare cookies .in conclusion great place to go for a nice and chill place to eat your lunch

The boy who was working tonight 30rth March 2023 @ 7.50pm was great very helpful and very accommodating. Would visit again down to this experience.

Grim! Once getting to the salad part of the order, there was an obvious number of flies all around the food and the server still continued to process the order. Stupidly, we still paid before considering the fact that the flies would’ve been around the meat and salad and not just on the sauces, and decided against the thought of eating the food still, threw it away and if I could get a refund, I would! Disgusting!

Popped in to this Subway for a 6” baguette for lunch with a colleague, BIG mistake! When we arrived there was a welcoming sign on the door that said 'Only 3 people in the shop at any one time', which was sensible, however; there were already 5 people in the shop when we arrived so we waited outside until one of the people left. Entered to find there were 3 people (delivery persons) waiting, standing, doing nothing waiting on their order to deliver, so total of 5 in shop at one time, followed by another customer behind me and my colleague, total 6!!! To qualify this review, I would like to say that I have probably had between 10 and 12 Subways in my life from different locations and with different fillings, all of which have been delicious, filling, and without fault. The Subways I have been to before have been clean and well presented. Back to Subway (PRW). I ordered a 6” steak baguette with a mix of filling and a chilli sauce. The 6” was more like a 5” baguette so was quite disappointed in that respect, however; it was also completely tasteless, it was heated so I was expecting something special with the steak and melted cheese and the chilli sauce, but nothing, it was just bland. Customer service was non existent, the staff behind the counter spent more time talking amongst themselves instead of interacting with the customers. The shop also looks like it could do with a bit of a clean? Odd behaviour . . . when my order was ready, I wasn't given it to pay for so I could leave the shop, it was left on the counter until my colleagues order was complete, even though they were separate orders and they were put through at the same time, and paid for separately?!? I have tried to find something positive to say, however; I can't! Won't be back, won't recommend, don't know if I'll have another Subway again?
