Creaseless in Glasgow City

Wanted to try for service wash as local. They only seem to open at random times, and come to find out they actually use King's Park laundry! Ended up contacting them to find out they status Bypass this lot, and use KP directly!

Still waiting for them to collect my curtains from yesterday. No phone call. No apology.

Ironing collected and returned promptly, well done with good prices friendly staff. 🌞

Honest, quick and efficient. Very helpful on a number of times, and even advised us to machine-wash an item at home that we had put in for dry-cleaning.

I have bern using Creaseless services fir two years now and i find there service to be exellent. They always call before ironing large items like curtains to advise price goid value and exellent as they pick up and drop off

Staff that don't know prices and lost items. Put in a duvet for a wash but the employee couldn't tell me how much it was. When I collected the duvet they'd lost the bag I gave the duvet to them in. The second employee didn't seem to care or try and fix it.

Decided to use despite poor reviews based in how close it is to home. It took 3 days and they didn't have enough change, but that could have been a one off. £16 for 3 items which seems reasonable (although they do offer 4 items for £16 so I was hoping it'd be a little bit cheaper) and I'm pleased with the service. I've added opening hours seeing as others have mentioned that being a problem

Decided to use despite bad reviews because of the free delivery. Dropped off 20 shirts and trousers and was told delivery would be two days later after 6pm but no delivery. Phoned the next day to be told that my shirts had been included in another customers wash. And didn't know whose was who so I had to describe over the phone. Didn't even get an apology. Got my clothes later that day. I've ironed my shirts better. Avoid.

Never open to collect, no reasons on front shutter for closures. Won't be using it again.
