1- arrived 75 minutes before closing - very limited offerings. Pizza lukewarm and hard. Vegan sausage roll dry and lukewarm- both obviously been lying around for a while. Table covered in crumbs and coffee stains, had to wipe it clean by ourselves. By far the biggest issue was disgraceful state of the toilet. Rim of grime around toilet bowl, outside and inside toilet bowl plus cistern covered in dirt and dust, floor sticky- absolutely disgusting. Told young boy with dark hair who was serving, he just shrugged his shoulders- totally disinterested. So disappointing and worrying hygiene standards. I would advise don’t drive thru or go in to this place, keep safe and DRIVE PAST 👎

I was over the moon with our birthday trip to Bananamoon. The lady serving us was incredibly friendly, chatty and made our group have the best time. She was able to memorize 7 different drinks each time without evening having to write anything down, She was also very good at helping the fussier side of the group decide on cocktails that they’d enjoy due to their preferences. Will definitely be back for some more vanilla panther milkshakes!!!

Went for my daughter with my husband. Waited 45 mins on food, only one girl serving. Asked to bring coffee with churros...said she couldn't it would just come when it comes. Gave us drinks within 20mins then the churros after 45mins. When churros did come she said there was no ice cream of the flavour I asked for left so just gave me vanilla which I don't like. I was extremely hungry by this point and just took it. Then we seen there was the flavour i asked for behind counter and she apologised and gave me a tub...by this time i had ate my churros. Very disappointing, a complete mess from start to finish.

This Costa is housed in Auldhouse Retail Park and not surprisingly looks like a converted warehouse. The inside is a bright coffee shop with lots of lighting. The staff are nice, the coffee and food is to the usual Costa standard. The same can't be said for the furnishing though. There's more cheap wooden chairs than is usual for Costa, so the place feels a lot less "upmarket" compared to the average Costa Coffee.

First time in for a quick bite. The food was okay, I got a pie that I though would be hot but it was barely warm. I had to eat it with a spoon, there were no knives or forks. It tasted fine. The seating are was not clean. Most of the tables had evidence of the previous customer and the floor badly needed swept.

Ordered 45 quid worth of food from this branch. Man came to the door with 1 item which he took back once discovered was wrong when I checked at the door. He went away to sort it and never came back. Left with no food at all and 45 quid out of pocket no one to contact and branch don't answer the phone. Utterly gutted about this whole experience. Had to order from elsewhere. Won't be getting KFC again unless in a branch.
