I was over the moon with our birthday trip to Bananamoon. The lady serving us was incredibly friendly, chatty and made our group have the best time. She was able to memorize 7 different drinks each time without evening having to write anything down, She was also very good at helping the fussier side of the group decide on cocktails that they’d enjoy due to their preferences. Will definitely be back for some more vanilla panther milkshakes!!!

This place used to be so nice when it opened but it is a total heap of a place now. Outside furniture inside, outside furniture falling to pieces, toilets falling to pieces and you can always see drug residue. Staff aloof and too busy chatting to their mates to serve. Should be shut down

Booked a table at 1745 and ordered mains fairly quickly. Food wasn't served until 1828. Threatened to leave and actually had coats on and were ready to go as the food turned up. Food wasn't terrible, but "below average" and basic. Staff weren't overly helpful, though they did give us 1 of our 3 mains for free as an apology. Would have left, but had limited options, given our concert at the Hydro started at 1840. Noted several other customers walking out.
