26/03 before 6pm I asked for a decaff caffè latte at Gordon Street, Glasgow, well it wasn't I couldn't sleep at all. It's 8:15 in the morning and still wide awake. At least I am not working today. Not happy at all.

This is in a great location near the Glasgow Central station. The service is always great and the coffee is amazing. Caramel Latte and Caramel Cortado with a Salted Caramel Billionaire cake. I always prefer the coffee in Caffè Nero as opposed to Costa and Starbucks. The staff are always friendly and pleasant.

Bel locale situato a fianco della stazione centrale. Arredato in stile, pulito (toilette compresa), ordinato e bene organizzato tra i tavoli. Vasta proposta per una ricca ed energetica colazione. Ottima cioccolata. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Due to am emergency I was unable to be with my Mum on her 80th birthday. I thought sending a cake for her small party would mean I was taking part in some way. I didn't notice until after I had ordered that the cake needs to defrost for 6 hours. I immediately emailed and ask to switch to a next day delivery. I was relieved when this was confirmed. However the day before and no cake. My Mum will now have a cake that will arrive on the day of her party so cannot be eaten.

268 Byres Road, Glasgow G12 8SH ScotlandI’m a local lass and love going here. Guaranteed a good standard of food and even with a queue sometimes out the door the team are respectful and provide a friendly service to all customers equally. I hove watched them deal with customers who have delusional expectations and a huge sense of entitlement with tact and understanding. Definitely couldn’t do your job as well as the pret team on byres. My dog is always made to feel welcome too.
