The best restaurants in East Dunbartonshire Glasgow and Surrounding

I don't know why I haven't used this shop before...I stay just round the corner!!..Anyway I couldn't be bothered cooking anything myself today so fancied a scone/fried egg doubler and a bridie and I'm glad i did....they were delicious...I will definitely be back there soon...

Delicious, freshly cooked food. Loads of options. Realy big portion sizes were good value for money. We tried a variety and adults and kids all happy with everything from chicken wings to nigiri to katsu curry and loaded fries. Really friendly staff. Wheelchair accessible entrance and free on street parking. Will definitely be coming back.

Nice food, good service best in Kirkintilloch. Nice size portions

Order was marked delivered from 9:30 even though food didn’t arrive till after 10. We were unable to eat food as it was time for bed. Don’t know why places continue to take orders when they are unable to fulfil them.

Visited lunchtime so it was a bit quiet. Food was average but not expensive so good value. Really nicely decorated on the inside but looks worn and rough on the outside. Some new signage and a lick of paint would probably boost the image of the pub massively cause it's nice on the inside. The road inland around is bad with potholes but plenty of space round the back for parking.

Really disappointing as I’ve had this pizza when I’ve been in the restaurant. Undercooked to point the base was stuck to pizza box and when you tried to lift a slice it just ripped ☹️

Food was excellent, service was outstanding. Thank you for an excellent meal. Everyone in my party thoroughly enjoyed their meal. The ambience in your restaurant is amazing. Definitely be back.

I loved my stay here recently. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the conservatory is fabulous for relaxing and having dinner, and the garden is pretty and peaceful. Staff were a pleasure to speak with. Thanks for a great stay.

Stop here on the way to Glasgow for the cakes from Bavarian Bakehouse. This trip was a massive croissant for £1.95, an iced pastry and an empire biscuit. Total of £8.20.

Pleasant staff. Good menu. Food fine, not great, have had better Thai restaurant meals. Unfortunately what was the real downside is the temperature, it's very cold in the venue. Yes it's November in Scotland and if course it's very cold as a whole, but the venue is not adequately heated. I won't return due to the cold environment and don't rate the food that highly that I would order a take away.

We opdered 2 coffees and sat outside. We were told u cant use the outside seating if u order takeaway. Also if someone else wants to sit out side, u will have to move. WTF!? There are plenty more options and alternatives to this place in Kirkintilloch. I suggest you try these first. 👍🏼
