The Redbrae in East Dunbartonshire

Visited here on impulse, was only looking for a coffee, but perused the menu and ordered lunch instead, the chicken tempura batter was so light and delicious, steak pie was tender, chips and peas included very tasty and a good size portion .Staff friendly, nothing was any trouble orders arrived promptly, and all reasonably priced.

Had an amazing meal. Macaroni and cheese must be the best ever..... can't wait for more. Great night with brilliant food and entertainment

Visited here for breakfast and it was awesome, had heard so many great things about it and if I'm honest was a bit wary, last time I was in here was 1981, service and food was outstanding, thank you

We were in on Wednesday 22nd September and we were served by Suzie who was lovely, really helpful and couldn't do enough for us. Food was great too.

Fantastic nite with Billy Porter ... show was fantastic. Food was amazing as usual and table service was an excellent added bonus. Look forward to my next visit.

Went down tonight with the Grandchildren for dinner, our food was delicious, service was first class, great value for money, i would highly recommend a visit.

Great value for money! £34 for sharing platter to start, 2 mains and 2 alcoholic drink can’t be beaten! Is it 5 star dining no but what do you expect for that price! Quality is better than a lot of the pubs around Glasgow that I’ve eaten in! Definitely be back to try the Sunday lunch

The Redbrae is a pub that was traditionally just a drinking place without food and yet the design was always spacious but never really used to its full potential,it has a reputation if you like but not as much recently. Over the last year or so its has introduced a food menu that is in keeping with most pubs BUT the quality is very good and the choices again same as most pubs. I went with a friend on a quiet Monday I started with the haggis fritters which were filled with haggis and a large portion along with peppercorn sauce,my friend had the soup which was hot , tasty and very filling,I had the steak and chicken with chips.onion rings again a good portion and my friend had the mixed grill again large portions we both finished off with the cheesecake and cream,faultless. The pub offers deals it also offers free hall lets for birthdays etc,I would certainly recommend a visit,the prices were very reasonable and the waiter and service was fantastic.Hope its kept up

This place serves excellent food at fantastic prices the staff are very friendly and will bend over backwards to make your visit enjoyable after your meal you can go into the bar next door for a wee bit of karaoke and a laugh. I would highly recommend this place.
