Lovely family run Deli & Cafe. My favourite is the Cinnamon latte.

Great cafe with fantastic choice of food and drink. Staff very friendly. Only 3 stars for 'service' as table service could be faster and poor quality of takeaway coffee cups - think americano is too hot for the cups as they leak after about 5 minutes.

What an amazing cafe! The food was beautiful, the staff went above and beyond, and the atmosphere was great. Thank you so much to the staff for looking after me so well! If I'm in the area I will definitely go back again 😊

Great little artisan deli in the heart of Lenzie. Staff are lovely, service is fast and food is delicious and very reasonably priced. We ordered the lunch special, soup and filled roll for £6.50. Highly recommended.

Had a lovely afternoon tea which was set out beautifully cakes sandwiches and scones with strawberry jam and cream. Could have been a wee bit warmer as we were sitting at the door in a draft but it is a small place. All in all lovely 🥰

This is an excellent deli with a good range of food & drink. The prices are mostly reasonable with the odd item slightly higher than I'd expect. My only real complaint is that their bread loaves aren't especially high quality.

Great atmosphere that combines the feeling of a delicatessen and general store.

Good coffee. A smile from staff or acknowledgement whilst waiting would make experience more pleasant. That said the staff were very busy.

Read some great reviews but been in a few times now and it's not the friendliest place...panni was very good but soup was watery.... Standing by this.... just had bought a take away tea and if was terrible

My 1st visit today Friday 1st April ( I think I was the April Fool) was very happy with the food I sat at a table was told it was reserved I never seen a sign but there was used coffee cups so I assumed the customers left then went to move to another table was told that was reserved which is fine then sat outside then no one came to take my order went inside was told sorry they never had a chance to come outside I seen the person drinking irn bru they had time to do that well I sat outside feeling forgotten about spent £15 in total on other products honestly never again sorry first impressions count😥

A regular haunt for our family for ice creams, coffees and hot chocolates when walking around Lenzie Moss. Good breakfast and lunch menus. The burger with blue cheese and bacon is my favourite. Service is polite and efficient but not rushed. Book ahead

First time ordering an afternoon tea from here. Brown Bread was not fresh on sandwiches. Scones were hard and not fresh. A complete waste of £18.

Coffee etc good, but someone needs to teach the young man on the till yesterday about customer service. Young girls in front of me were waiting near the door and advised me that they had been seen, but ignored. We were waiting for a while outside the window, with a queue forming, while the young man was moving cellotape back and forwards at the till, moving boards, cups etc and studiously ignoring anything going on at the window. When I challenged him on this he said people should just come in, there was a notice. He said he couldn't see any of us because of all the posters on the window. I could see everything and and the other (far more pleasant boy) were doing inside. It was quite clear he was just being bloody minded and he showed no humility at all when questioned. I think a lesson on customer service and the need for less arrogance would not go amiss.

HelloI recently ordered Afternoon Teas to give out to relatives after a funeral during Covid. They were easy to order, collect and give out to relatives after the service as per Covid guidelines. All relatives were really touched and we all had our individual teas and thoughts in safety after the service. Every guest contacted me afterwards to say what a lovely idea it had been, and how much they had enjoyed and appreciate them as a lovely touch to mark the deceased. Thank you so much Mark and his staff for making it possible.

Great deli hope to sit down for lunch soon but hearty soup and sandwiches will do for now. Hot chocolate and ice cream for adults and kids.

Always great service and great coffee. Can't fault it. Took one point off as the deli section seems to have disappeared! Haven't been up for a while, missing it, will be back soon. We've been going to other places lately to try them out as there's nothing else to do these days than go for walks, but you always return to what you know is best!

We have been coming here for years, meeting up for quick meals and snacks and drinks, and we have missed doing this since the COVID restrictions. However the team has done a great job keeping going, even with the tight squeeze. They do really excellent coffee and have the best range of gins, wines and local beers you will find anywhere. Definitely worth a visit!

Popped in unplanned for a takeaway coffee without a mask, covering my face with a cycling glove inside the shop. Staff spotted me, and rather than chastise kindly gave me a mask. Thanks. Coffee was good too.

Over priced for morning rolls not even fresh, sausage is frozen tattie scone not cooked properly waited ages totally not worth the wait or money.

Not bad. Its a hit or miss in here Had the 3 kinda tapas bits tonight was all too samey Bread and salmon bread and halloumi bread and roasted veg. Was just too stodgy

Just had a tea selection and cake selection delivered to my brother and family in the G66 area, who were celebrating lockdown birthdays. They were absolutely delighted with it! It looked fab. Highly recommend this as a nice treat for someone, or even yourself.

Mis pedidos se han entregado el mismo día y las comunicaciones con el propietario Mark han sido instantáneas.Siempre han agregado un extra especial, como una tarjeta escrita a mano en el cumpleaños de mi papá entregada junto con su ginebra Lenzie favorita o envolviendo el pedido en una cesta para regalo.Fantástico negocio local, asegúrate de comprobarlo.

Me encontré con este lugar después de que mi tren fue cancelado. Tomé un café y sándwich de primera clase con jamón de Parma, mozzarella y pesto. Todo recién hecho a pedido para que no haya bordes rizados rancios. El personal fue amable y atento. Luego fue impresionado por la selección de vinos y cervezas. No soy un gran fanático de las ginebras, pero tengo que decir que es la mejor selección que he visto y ¡aparentemente son los dueños de la mejor ginebra de Escocia! Impresionante volveré.

They are not dog friendly, despite having no sign on the door, and the place being very quiet when I visited

It was lovely to see Mark after so long but most importantly the coffee was superb... I'm a Nero and Costa regular but the quality of the flat white at Billington's beats Nero and Costa by miles. Not tried the food as yet but maybe next time. Great place and nice ambiance, will definitely be back.

I genuinely cannot fathom what I personally seem to be missing (in relation to all the excellence in food/service awards added to the seemingly good local reputation) about Billingtons.... I have tried the place many times but the food (and service) has always been substandard. However, I visited for breakfast with my daughter this morning and the food was utterly awful and the service was even worse!! The food was brick hard and completely inedible. When I (politely) returned it, I was eventually refunded, but sadly not without the manager becoming smug and patronising in her attempt to try and belittle me in front of the couple of other customers by raising her voice and saying more than once ‘so sorry YOU didn’t like the food’ and ‘sorry YOU feel that way’ I asked her a couple of times if she would have eaten what she served to me and each time she refused to answer.... I have taken photos of the ‘food’ served to me this morning (which I have posted on Trip Advisor) and they speak for themselves...

He visitado Billingtons unas pocas veces y la comida ha sido deficiente. Sin embargo, parecen tener un buen nombre en el área local, ¡así que seguí tratando de ver lo que obviamente me faltaba! ?Fui con mi hija a desayunar esta mañana y me sirvieron comida que no era comestible, que luego fue respaldada con un servicio deplorable. . . Finalmente me reembolsaron, pero el gerente se volvió engreído y condescendiente cuando su voz se hizo más fuerte (en un intento de avergonzarme frente a la otra pareja de clientes) al decir "lo siento, NO te gustó la comida". . .Así que dejaré que las fotos de la comida hablen por sí mismas. . . .

I wanted something special, for a special Aunt. Billington's fitted the bill. They helped with my selection for her hamper, making sure her likes were catered for. Even when the delivery didn't go according to plan, (my Aunt was out) they phoned to check with me that their solution was acceptable. Lovely company with lovely people. You will not be disappointed.

Really like billingtons, nice coffee and nice to sit and wait for the train. Deli is nice, and the beer and wine selection is funky. Nice to get some gifts. Although can be quite expensive.

Soy cliente habitual de Billington y siempre recibo una cálida y amistosa sonrisa de cada miembro del personal. La selección de comida es genial, menú y comida para llevar. El diseño del restaurante es muy urbano y moderno, y siempre está lleno de gente, lo que demuestra que no debo ser el único con una buena opinión del lugar. Se adapta a cada ocasión, ya sea para un rollo y tocino para llevar para el desayuno del domingo, o para almorzar y ponerse al día con amigos durante la semana, o para cenar con una selección de bebidas para acompañar. Cada miembro del personal está siempre en alerta máxima para asegurarse de que los clientes sean atendidos lo antes posible.

Visité Billingtons para una reunión familiar, solo tengo que comentar sobre lo verdaderamente servicial y amable que fue el personal. no preguntar era demasiado y servían cada vez con una sonrisa.

No pude recomendar el panini de pechuga de pavo lo suficiente! Es uno de los mejores sándwiches que he recibido de una tienda de delicatessen antes. El café era excelente y todo el personal era encantador y era agradable tener servicio con una sonrisa. La conveniencia de estar justo al lado de la estación es excelente si solo tiene unos minutos antes del tren y desea un refrigerio rápido.

Visit fairly regularly and always been good but today ordered a croissant which hadn't been warmed up...the blueberry and lemon cake was a bit stale too.Disappointed today😥

Fuimos a desayunar - un bap con dos rellenos es 3. 50. Mi beicon de tocino y huevo contenía un rasher de tocino y un huevo frito que goteaba, a pesar de que pedí que estuviera bien hecho. El bap había sido 'untado' solo por un lado, aunque dudo que en realidad fuera mantequilla. Hacía mucho frío allí, tenían una de esas cortinas de calor encima de la puerta, pero no estaba puesta y era un día muy frío. El café era muy bueno, pero, sinceramente, comí un bateador en el desayuno del día anterior en Sainsbury's.

Bonita decoración y tiene todas las trampas de una cafetería tradicional con sopa, bocadillos, té, café y sándwiches.
