Ellangowan Social Club in East Dunbartonshire

Was looking for somewhere to eat when we came across a sign advertising food. It was this social club and it was welcoming. non members. We found the blue door and in we went. We found seats ans were given menus and ordered drinks. We had to give our details as per Covid 19 regulations.We ordered drinks, you pay for these separate to food. Surprised at the prices very reasonable and no rip off here. The food menu is limited but for there is enough on the menu to have a choice and again very reasonably priced. The portions were excellent and well presented, the kids were stuffed after their meal. A nice find while just walking around,

Found this social club by chance when out shopping and glad I did. it's a nice friendly place, good service and lovely food at reasonable price. Be back when it opens up again due to lockdown.

Ate here with friends and have to say the Macaroni was to die for, the best I've had I ages. Not plush dining but everybody in our group really enjoyed the food. The only down side is they stop serving at 7pm but the upside is the drinks are so much cheaper and the lady serving was so cheery and helpful. We will definitely be back
