Lido in East Dunbartonshire

It's one of my favourite Chinese takeaways in Kirkintilloch, and I will order again and again! Would recommend!

I can confirm that it’s a decent Chinese takeaway. Spicy Thai chicken was class.

Literally THE best food in the entire area. Hardly any grease. Just proper nice. We use them all the time. Superb.

Brilliant portion size and very tasty. We got chicken balls, curry sauce and chicken fried rice which was really well portioned and the curry sauce was amazing. Fried rice wasn't greasy at all. We also got Szechuan vegetables and noodles and it was massive. It was nice and spicy and had a great variety of vegetables. I loved the cashews. We will be back!

Nothing special . It's alright. Bit overpriced for what you get.

Friendly, quick service. Big fan of the ribs and they are always accommodating. Never had a bad meal from them.

What a surprising place. My food as ordered were ready. Unfortunately l was not able to pay because there was no debit or credit or anything accepted. This place is quite isolated and the next door withdrawal was in a closed shop. But lucky l have been this gentleman let me go with paying with the coins l found in my car . He offers me few pennies.

Best Chinese in the entirety of Glasgow imo. I’ve been eating from here with my family for years and it has ALWAYS been excellent. The owner is incredibly friendly and the food is of such an outstanding quality that when we are away anywhere, it’s always missed. Even had a mix up of beef instead of chicken and a staff member was sent with a fresh chicken dish to our house. Never fail to amaze!

Food arrived far to quick and really tasteless even the Satay sauce man it was like boiling water way peanuts.

I absolutely love the Lido Chinese food. Always fresh and delivered on time . Been faithful to Robert and his family's take away food for many years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Best Chinese food in Kirkie in my opinion 👌👍

Placed an order for delivery, when it finally arrived part of it was missing. Called straight away had no answer tried again and got through to a woman who said she was the cleaner asked me what the problem was the persisted to shout over me as I was complaining. Had to go elsewhere and purchase dinner. Terrible service

I've been ordering food from Lido for several years. Although there are many Chinese take-aways in the surrounding areas I've gone out of my way more than a few times to collect food from there. They are excellent and deliver to my village without any hassle. The food is superb and there is a fantastic range. The prices are more than reasonable and most meals come with rice or chips included. Portion sizes are more than enough, with a meal easily split between 2. The staff are fantastic, especially Robert, and will go out if their way to accommodate any requests. Easily the best quality and friendliest Chinese in Kirkintilloch!
