The best restaurants in Milngavie East Dunbartonshire Glasgow and Surrounding

This is the best place if you want a really tasty coffee, friendly chat from the owners and great customer service, I usually come here twice a week and the coffee is better than any other place I've went in Costa and Starbucks, if your passing through milngavie station is 100% recommend a visit there.10/10

Very good ice cream, a good range of various flavours. Indoor and outside seating, but I get it to take-away.

Visited on a Saturday morning. This place is very popular but they manage to turn over the tables quite efficiently. I had the big breakfast which was fantastic, warm and hearty and filling. I don't normally fancy bacon but this was done really well at Cafe Alba - crisp in all the right places without being too dessicated. Good coffee too. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Milngavie.

Came across this lovely place by accident whilst walking through Milngavie on Saturday afternoon and so glad we did. Food was amazing with excellent service. So many lovely things to choose from on the menu that we will definitely be back. The seafood lasagne was amazing. Nice vibe to the place and loved the music. Huge thanks to our waiter, super friendly.

Visited on an unseasonably cold Sunday morning in October. It was slightly cold in the indoor seating area and some people had their coats on whilst eating. Staff were really friendly and served up a warm hearty soup with delicious sandwiches and fresh bread. Coffee was excellent. The food was slightly expensive but I think it's worth paying a bit more to support an independent business. Would definitely return and recommend this place to anyone.

We ordered a bespoke cake for a special celebration. The ordering process was simple, the uploading of photos was easy and the staff were very friendly. The cake was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. The victoria sponge moist, the buttercream was excellent and the icing was a work of art. Keep up the good work.

Ordered via JustEat. One of two subs was made with the wrong bread and the bread for both was stale and hard. It was hard to tell if there was any cheese in them at all. Worst subway experience to date.

Was looking for somewhere to eat when we came across a sign advertising food. It was this social club and it was welcoming. non members. We found the blue door and in we went. We found seats ans were given menus and ordered drinks. We had to give our details as per Covid 19 regulations.We ordered drinks, you pay for these separate to food. Surprised at the prices very reasonable and no rip off here. The food menu is limited but for there is enough on the menu to have a choice and again very reasonably priced. The portions were excellent and well presented, the kids were stuffed after their meal. A nice find while just walking around,

My wife won the Facebook competition for a table of 6 at one of the Christmas party nights. We went on the 6th December. The prize was a 3 coarse Christmas meal and 3 bottles of house prosseco. The food was really good. I had the charcuterie board as a starter and was very tasty and well presented. Then the full turkey dinner. That was very tasty also. Had the churros for desert. Found them a bit chewy and the chocolate sause was nice. I dont drink prosseco but the wife and daughters siad it was lovely The bar had an exellent choice of continental beers and were all reasonably priced. They also have Guinness Zero alcohol which was a bonus as my son was doing the driving. He said it was nice. The staff were very nice and very professional and nothing was too much trouble. The place had a really good christmas party atmosphere with a singer / DJ. She got the place rocking and kept folk on the dance floor all night. Overall we really enjoyed ourselves and would recommend this place for your christman party night out.

Charging £2 for email delivery of a voucher is just greedy
