Pizza’s were good but not those we had ordered and delivery late with no response to initial text

Best pizza I’ve eat in Glasgow! Great crispy undercarriage so no flop, perfect thickness and great taste! Highly recommend.

Visited on a Sunday evening just for a bite to eat however the dynamic of the venue is quite strange. We were sat on a table at the back away from the bar where it was absolutely freezing, some views of TVs but no music or even the sound of the football that was playing, but there was sound in the bar? I am not sure if it was down to the staff that were on, there didn't seem to be anyone over the age of 20 working or look like anyone was in charge, maybe that was the contribution to the sound/coldness that there wasn't any awareness. On the other hand, the food was delicious. We shared a pizza and the ribs and was very good value for money. I think if the whole music/sound situation is resolved, it'd have been a better visit.

We ate here yesterday, and I couldn't be more in love with the pizza that this place cooks. The sauce, cheese, and toppings were all fantastic. I was especially a fan of the dough they use . The crusts, usually the most lackluster part of the 'za, was almost the highlight. The gent who did the table service was a a cracking chap too. We were in with our toddler, and we ended up sharing parenting/uncle stories for a moment. We had a great meal, and I will never be too soon to try another pizza from here. I hope to grab another next week.

My wife won the Facebook competition for a table of 6 at one of the Christmas party nights. We went on the 6th December. The prize was a 3 coarse Christmas meal and 3 bottles of house prosseco. The food was really good. I had the charcuterie board as a starter and was very tasty and well presented. Then the full turkey dinner. That was very tasty also. Had the churros for desert. Found them a bit chewy and the chocolate sause was nice. I dont drink prosseco but the wife and daughters siad it was lovely The bar had an exellent choice of continental beers and were all reasonably priced. They also have Guinness Zero alcohol which was a bonus as my son was doing the driving. He said it was nice. The staff were very nice and very professional and nothing was too much trouble. The place had a really good christmas party atmosphere with a singer / DJ. She got the place rocking and kept folk on the dance floor all night. Overall we really enjoyed ourselves and would recommend this place for your christman party night out.

Second time visiting. Pizzas were great but took over an hour to come out. Table that arrived long after us got their order before. As they were getting served, we were told that ours was just going into the oven. Seemed to be priority for takeaway orders. No reason was given for the food taking so long. Same experience with a long wait on the first visit so wouldn’t sit in again.

Great place We Absolutely love that it’s dog friendly too .. staff are so lovely especially Codi great service from her as always. We go through the week for the great food deals HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Best bar in Milngavie. Cody and Linda where the best looking and funniest barmaids ever!

We come here so regularly as locals, and every single time they out do themselves. The food is consistently great, we leave happy, well looked after and they are nothing short of incredible with our kids. I often mean to leave a review but tonight set time aside purposefully because Effie and her colleagues were even more kind, professional and thoughtful than usual which is saying something. So grateful to have such a great restaurant in the community. Thank you so much gang.

1/2 pizzas were fine… ordered 2 of the same NO cheese pizzas and got 1 with cheese, which also had added toppings on so extra £2 wasted on a pizza I couldn’t eat

Food is usually great but delivery time has been poor the last couple of times so I won’t be ordering for delivery again.

Nice pints but service could be better. Some of the bar staff seemed more interested in checking their reflection in the mirror behind the bar than serving drinks

I had the salt and chilli burger For too generous of the salt and fairly mean on the chilli. It is basically a pub but I'd expect a better selection of drinks for drivers.

Very good freshly made pizza at a reasonable price. Looking forward to trying more of the menu in the future.

Hi in reponse to fullbacks manager account of the events in my previous review to which this reply appears to have been blocked, I was never threatening and we could prove we won the quiz through corroberation with witnesses who drink regularly in the pub and to state that i was aggressive is not correct and borders on slander. I was asked if by Aidy if i was threatening him for stating i would post a review which is a right of reply when treated with distain in your venue as Aidy was not prepaired to discuss anything. No person or staff member was abused or a young staff member taken advantage of and when approached by Aidy (and i think it may be you who wrote the reply but am unsure as it was written anonymously) was threatened to leave the pub or else, to which I replied for what winning the quiz to which he said i was barred. As stated in the anonymous review reply posted I was wrongly barred previously for an incident where a previous quiz person verbally abused me and billy later apologised to me for this incident and i was re admitted. Also the statement that you reviewed cctv can be used to look back at the date two weeks before then to counter the part that said we took advantage of staff and you did not know who won the quiz this will prove that we did. Also if you review this you will see i sat calmiy at the bar while Aidy stood over me and shouteded. My reaction was to laugh and ask him to say please to which he did and i left. To be honest i voluntarily wont be back in the pub but would like a face to face meeting with billy to discuss how we were treated and how the quiz rules changed without explanation. I was with Geo Locke on Sunday and take great offence at your comments. You accused us of being threatening and essentially thieving drinks, this is nonsense. We are in that bar most Sundays, we even get a table reserved for us. We have won the quiz on a number of occasions and usually spend a lot more than the £50 prize, always leaving a tip for the barstaff who are great. If you bothered to do some research you'll know we won 2 weeks ago. As for being threatening the only perceived threat was a review on tripadvisor! I understand that you (aidy) are new in this job and trying to make your mark but there's a right way to do things. This isn't it.

Tried the buffalo chicken burger & the Finsbay burger, with a side of shrimp & mac&cheese. Didn't read the menu well enough - but the burgers also come with fries. Very well priced, arrived super quick and was superb. Will definitely be back!

Great pizzas and burgers, family friendly at the back, tho weekends during football can be bit busy for smaller kids.

Within 10 minutes of ordering, the app said food had been dispatched. thought that was great, expect it then took 50 minutes for food to arrive by which point it was cold.

Food arrived more than half hour late. Received an update saying delivered. Had not arrived. Had to call restaurant to chase. Food was cold on arrival. Have used this restaurant in past and service and quality has been better. Very disappointed. Will not return and cannot recommend.

The item that they call "focaccia" is a piece of bread with tomatoes and basil next to it. They charge £6 for this. Unbelievable.

Went here with a bunch of friends for some food and drinks. Great service from the staff, friendly and helpful. Food was excellent, I can recommend any of the pizzas (we all had different) and the burgers are great too. Also drinks were very reasonably priced compared to the city centre. Will definitely be back.

Really amazing pizza. Gives Paesano, the gold standard for pizza in Glasgow, a run for its money! Updated 12/2023: pizza standard seems to have slipped somewhat. No longer at Paesano quality, though still a good pizza.

Fullbacks is a decent local sports bar, formerly F Pizza, Fullbacks has a decent pizza and burger menu. The quality of the pizza's has dropped a bit since they opened, but they're still not bad. They have a good selection of beers on draft and in cans/bottles. Staff are really friendly, but always seem under pressure with wait times for food getting long when it's busy. Overall decent service and staff, and the food is decent too.

First time ordering from here and could not fault anything. Pizzas were amazing and delivered early which was good news for the hungry household. 5/5

Great wee place fab food and friendly staff the meat balls are great.and fab chicken wings

A small pizza bar hidden behind milnagavie cross. Do really good pizzas (not quite paesano/celino level), and they have Asahi on tap. People are very friendly. Only wish the katsu sauce were a bit more diluted. It's usually made with root veg, etc which dilutes the flavor of the paste (these can be blended if you only want a homogenous paste). When only the paste cubes are used katsu curry can be very cumin heavy, which comes off as being bitter. The fries they made are perfect though. Very unusual to find a pub that cooks burgers perfectly. Will definitely be coming back.

Really tasty food, good portion sizes, will be ordering again! Beside the lovely food, the customer service is top notch. There was a mix up with my order and when I called to get the right stuff sent out, I spoke to a really lovely girl who quickly sorted the issue, and offered us a wee freebie to apologise for the mixup. It was most appreciated and made my delayed dinner less annoying!

One of the better wood fired pizzas with a fairly thin crust that was not overly burnt and decent amount of toppings. This place is lively even mid-week with a full house by 7pm.

Food quality was great but 1.5 hours is too long to wait for a food delivery, especially when the delivery slot given was 30=60 mins after ordering. Hardly any heat left in our dishes. Disappointing

Food is generally great but the last several deliveries have been well over half an hour late and then cold on arrival. Tonight's was over an hour late, chips cold and not even fully cooked.

Love a Fullbacks pizza! Had an empty, thought I’d treat myself to a pizza and a few Tennents whilst watching some Netflix. Pizza was hot and fresh, cut nicely. Fries were also hot. And as always, lovely. 10/10.

Very disappointed to receive our ‘garlic and mozzarella bread’ which was essential orange plastic looking cheese on bread. At £5 per portion, this was extremely disappointing and inedible.

Would not return, garish red lights meaning none of us could see what we were eating properly, lots of wrong orders and items/drinks forgotten. Open mic was okay for entertainment though.

It was okay. Arrived with my husband and 2 boys to an almost empty restaurant and was told there was a large group coming shortly and no room for us. The other group never arrived and we spent over £60 to feel most unwelcome. Won't return. The red lights are baffling. Food less than average.

I was reccomended by Linda a number 8 ~ aubergine, artichoke, courgette) with vegan cheese and it’s so delicious. I couldn’t have imagined these awesome flavours. I never eat these vegetables but somehow it just works! I really recommend it:) I’ll definitely be back, and will definitely be ordering the same thing! Linda and her team also resolved a wee miscommunication (not a fault on their end!) very quickly. I’m very happy. Thanks so much!

They allow customers' dogs to sit on bar stools at the bar and on the seats in the food area, DISGUSTING. YUK!!! I wouldn,t eat food in this place.

Good food and atmosphere. Girls serving were helpful and pleasant, however when it came to the bill that was different. Asked a young man when he cleared our table for the bill. While we waited he cleared a few other tables and served a few drinks. Fed up waiting we went to bar to at bar. Paid and walked out and discussed that it was a lot for 2 main courses and 3 drinks £79.00. Decided to go back and question the bill but the young man was rude and kept asking what we had and where we were sitting even although it was him that we asked in the first place. He was reluctant to give us a look at the bill and was asking us what we had. Upshot was he over charged us by 32.05 quite a lot, he was not happy with us for questioning him about our bill and mumbled something about someone not paying who had been sitting at the table before us. Not our problem if someone has not paid their bill you don’t put it on other customers bill .

Food cold pizza burn and Mac n cheese dry. Driver took 20 min for 3 min drive I don’t know how even after many calls

Ordered 3 pizza but order incorrect Again! 2 tom and moz instead of a salami. Paid £3 more for the salami option. Constant problem with fullbacks last time it was cheese on a non cheese focaccia very frustrating

I'm not a clue why somebody say is not good enough. Is absolutely delicious food and coctails. I been there few times and always i was full and enjoyed. Atmosphere and staff is gr8.

Was in after a day out with All our friends and kids, hired small function room, food was really good and the service from Adi was spot on he was very attentive and even had ran to the shop to get kids apple juice as they had none in stock! Top guy will be back again

Pizzas arrived quite a bit later than the latest estimated time. We have had F Pizzas before. They looked good but a little bit salty for our taste this time.

Great service! A young man Adi made us feel very welcome, he cracked jokes allnight & the overall atmosphere was buzzing as they have live sports everynight & two for one pizzas on a Tuesday, great place with friendly staff, place deserves five stars definitely pop by if your in the area ❤️

Great food and good place to watch live football. Different options on if different parts of the bar. Staff worked hard to keep everyone happy.

Great burger and best chilli I had for a really long time!

Worst service I’ve experienced in a restaurant ever. Staff uninterested and slow service. Manager apologised explaining that our servers were new, but that’s no excuse for leaving a table of 12 to be served by two new servers the whole night.

Phoned the restaurant after delivery window had passed, they said the order hadn’t gone through, wasn’t their problem and to contact Just Eat for a refund. Ordered from somewhere else instead, then our order from Fullbacks turned up (cold). Good food but a bit of a shambles.

Great vibe - loads of screens & space and the staff are first class, not to mention the pizza! Great all round - probably the best place to watch sport in Glasgow.

Great wee place considering not much open late in the area. My review is regarding the “DJ” what an arrogant small little man. Pals with the owner?? You need up your social skills it’s not about you it’s about what the people are paying for…. And if people put in the odd request that’s not up to your standards… just deal with it and play that tune! I and many others will not be back…. To management you need to up your game and find someone else.

Forgot to include blue cheese sauce, but burger was tasty.

We were at Charlie’s loft entertainment venue upstairs. Food was terrible. It was a theme night and cost £35.00 each. The food came 2 hours after ordering and none of the order was correct. They said that there was a problem with the main courses so put pizzas on our table instead. Not everyone in the party likes pizza so some people ate nothing. We were offered a dessert at midnight by which time no one was hungry anymore. We were overcharged for drinks too. We won’t be going back on a theme night. Poor staff were trying their best but it was poorly managed. On a positive note the music was good.

It was quite a good atmosphere for the boxing, but I think security need to step up their game, 4 lads kept going into the cubicle together. Not exactly subtle.

Food arrived in good time. Burgers were delicious, hot bites were very tasty as well. Only thing I’d say is menu doesn’t include juice but can’t fault the food
