Best fish and chips in Glasgow - always fresh and never too heavy on your stomach. Amazing!

Usually this is a great place but had a bad experience. Fish was overcooked and difficult to chew. I had upset stomach

Bought a portion of chips I had to throw them in the bin . They were luke warm, dry and had obviously been sitting there for ages . And they charged me 2 pounds the 30 p . So definitely not fresh and should never had been served

Very disappointed ! Large bag of chips costing £4.20 were cold and dry . We threw half of them in the bin

We had king rib suppers. King rib was perfect.. chips were absolutely the best chips I have tasted. The service was great. Definitely recommend you visit here. 👍

Best chippy and take away pizzas in the area.

A staple of the area, perhaps one of the best takeaways in Bishopbriggs and surrounding areas. Great chippy but the star of the show is the pizzas. Simply awesome. Don’t live in the area anymore but whenever I’m back I always attempt to get a Frank’s.

The batter was nice and crispy and the fish was lovely and fresh. Piping hot also. Quantity - 4/5 - Above Average, was more than expected but not much more due to the size of the container. Value for money - Good compared to similar places. Additional - it's difficult finding a good chippy in bishopbriggs but this is a must try. Very nice food at a reasonable price although the delivery time could be quicker. Try it!

Got 2 fish suppers (2 fish in each supper), one fish was OK in each ...the other fish was dried up and rubbery ...luckily I was stuffed with one fish but I tried to eat some of the second fish and it was rank rotten.....chips were good though

Franks is a firm favourite! Been going here for years. It’s local to us, however I would travel if it wasn’t. The chippy stuff is great. Chips always taste fresh and nothing is too greasy! The pizza are fabulous tho! Amazing and taste like they’re from somewhere far more up market then a chippy! I recommend! They also do some great meal deal options! Very generous portions so a meal deal for 1 does 3 people!

Well Frank wasn't personally dishing fish chips or.. well anything out... Maybe it's just called that as I ask d personally for Frank... BUT the food was as described. And if you love saturated food you'll love this place. Who doesn't give in to sin once while?????

OMG.....the best pizzas anywhere. I used to go here often, then moved to England. A few weeks ago, i was back in Glasgow to see friends and went up to Frank's especially for the pizza, an hours return drive from my friends. Well worth the effort though.....the pizza was amazing!

Battered sausages are disgusting.chips taste as if theyve been fried along with everything else at same time.only decent thing was the smoked sausage.

Frank's is by a mile the best chip shop in Bishopbriggs. Their pizza is incredible. The best pizza I've ever had.

Pizzas used to be good but now rather rank the Bottom base was burnet the ham tasted like,mush the chips weren’t that good the fish was rather small franks was a total let down years ago it was really good but now worst chippy in bishopbriggs
