Fantastic food and great service. Will definitely be back.

Had a lovley burger, huge portions of Halloumi in the salad also lovley.

Wee bit pricey but can't fault the food or service- £9 for baguette and can coke

Myself husband and daughter went to Inn on the green had booked the table for Mother’s Day a treat for myself n my daughter along with my 4yr old grandson Table was booked for 4.30 we arrived at 4.25 sat at our table was told someone would come and take a drinks order after 30 mins still no one had came to take a drinks order from us had to stop a member of staff and let them know we hadn’t had any staff member take our drinks order, placed our order of drinks 2 cola 2 gin 2 ciders as thought we would double up as we had waited so long another 10/15 mins no drinks yet our grandson was becoming restless by now and after 40/45 mins of being there with very poor service we decided to leave as were unsure how much longer we would have to wait for a three course meal that was booked a week ago and for a special occasion will definitely not be back thought we would try this place out as saw so many great reviews but we we’re definitely given the worst service we have ever had or should I say no service at all disappointed

If I could select zero stars I would. This place is so poorly run by the owner. They leave staff without support, the chef without ingredients, overbook tables leaving customers disappointed and are generally an awful business and inconsiderate employer. Steer clear!!

Great food at reasonable prices. They provide a free shuttle service that takes you from and to your home. Seats are a little uncomfortable in the area we dined in due to our large group.

A hidden gem ...booked table for 6pm but got back from town early phoned to ask if we could come earlier no problem....staff very professional and courteous....very wide variety of menu ...all freshly cooked ...added bonus was some meals on menu were 50 per cent off ..fish n chips were great as was the Scottish burger....Will we be back most definitely Wishing the staff all the best for 2023

Just had Christmas afternoon meal Place is amazing... food brilliant... Portion was enough to feed two . Pate as a starter was delicious not course or rough just smooth ...garnish very tasty. Had the beef dinner. Plate was not big enough for it all...it was out standing . Christmas pudding and ice-cream was to die for. Highly recommended it . Having a return visit very soon. Staff very friendly nothing is a problem first visit won't be my last.

Hidden gem! Our 2 criteria's were: - dog friendly & steak pie on the menu. The Inn on the Green is linked to the golf course and is very welcoming. The menu is great and the food is fabulous with very generous portion sizes. Staff are friendly without being intrusive. Fabulous!

Couldn’t recommend the place enough, friendly staff, reasonable prices and they offer a free shuttle bus which is an absolute touch of class. A hidden gem in Lennoxtown (Campsie) that other businesses should be looking to follow

Very poor service and very poor food

Very pleasent staff and fair prices. We came from Campsie Glen holiday park and they offered a bus service. I will definitely be back. I would recommend contacting the bar and see of there are any offers or transport options for other locations.

Unexpected wee hideaway. Food was amazing, and although venue was practical, the outdoor space in the backdrop of the Campsie Fells is very much refreshing.

I got confused as I thought I had booked the Inn on the Green in Glasgow but turned out to be in Lennoxtown. After a journey from Paisley lasting 75 minutes we got to the car park which is not tarmaced. The Inn itself is a glorified garden shed with artificial grass on the floor, wooden walls and a polycarbonate roof. The place was freezing as they had the AC on and the doors open. The tables had seen better days too. The lady who took our order was very pleasant and attentive and the afternoon tea was very nice. Due to my wife feeling so cold it was all a bit rushed so she could get back to the car for a heat.

Fantastic food, lovely friendly staff and great atmosphere, there is also a good private room upstairs and the staff are very attentive.

I had a lovely time enjoying afternoon tea at the In On The Green. The staff were lovely, it was very quiet, the food was delicious andcwas morecthan enough for all if us.

Very nice lunch here today, good menu, something for everyone. I had the steak pie with chips, lovely. Friend had fish n chips, lovely. Sticky toffee pud lovely. What more can I say. There are menu options re set, lunch, a la carte etc. good food & good value. Service excellent.friendly staff. One thing I would maybe ask is the add a Chardonnay to the wine list please. 😊

I recently visited the Inn on the green with my family. on arriving, their was no one to greet us and show us to our table, we had to walk around to the bar to be pointed to our table. unfortuantely, the table was in front of the door and being a conservatory it was cold. They have a heater but we were told it switches off and turns to cold air from time to time. The place was busy and after waiting a few minutes our waiter came to take our drinks order but we had to ask for menus. It wasnt long before we got our drinks and our menus and we were able to order. the Waiter took our order and read it back to us. the food took what seemed like an eternity to arrive and we were reminded that the food is cooked from scratch hence why the delay. when the food did finally arrive we all got ours except my youngest son who got his side of onion rings and not his mac n cheese. After asking staff twice for it and given apologies and reminded that it was all cooked fresh, it finally arrived 10 minutes later. my beefburger was dry and came with a slither of blue cheese, a few salad leaves and nothing else not even a sauce.( at least it was chargrilled as stated in the menu) it arrived with a small side of coleslaw (about a table spoon) and french fries too uniformed to be made from scratch and the coleslaw tasted like it was bought in. my son after waiting for his mac n cheese was disappointed by his meal and did not eat it all. It lacked seasoning and any cheese flavour despite drowning in cheese ( not extra strength mature cheese that is required for a good mac n cheese). After our meals the kids ordered desert but my youngest son ordered his ice cream later at which point he was told that the kitchen was closed. the kitchen shuts at 8.45pm not staffs fault just just passing information from managment. i got up and complained recived an apology from the waitress who remedied the problem by bringing an ice cream. no sooner had i raised my complaint that a customer at another table got a chocolate cake with ice cream and 10 minutes or so after being told the kitchen was closed two young lady customer recived a bowl of French fries. the staff were really proffesional and had the right attitude for the job just lacking experince and guidance. One important person who was missing was the restuarant manager / supervisor. in general not impressed and very disappointed.

Everything was very fresh but no butter for the lovely scones , jam nice, but it was scooshy cream - not good. We had upgraded to prosecco it was only half a glass although quite nice. Coffee was good and sandwiches very soft and nice. Will I be back mmm maybe

I had a wonderful time while there with my partner. He took me out for a birthday treat of afternoon tea and it was lovely surprise, I had been wanting to go out for afternoon tea and I wasn't disappointed with it

Food was great in a lovely setting. No better place to sit and have a beer and some food than at the bottom of the campsies in autumn. 👌
