Cup and cutlery were dirty, had to ask waitress to change it. Macaroni and cheese was tasteless, more like pasta in a white sauce, and couldn't really call it a sauce, as there was more pasta than sauce. We will not be back

It's a shame it's been almost eaten by Sainsbury's, but service and quality still excellent.

If you want to experience food poisoning, this is the place to go.

Had a take away to night and had had a sit meal in a few weeks ago, on both occasions the mains were great. Way better than previous meals, must be a change in the kitchen.

We had a very bad experience at this restaurant. The food is not fresh! And a female manager showed great prejudice towards Chinese people, she treated western people and eastern people so differently, which made us uncomfortable. The food is like pre-made dishes, too salty and not tasty👎

Absolutely terrible service. Tried to serve someone else that was in before me and then my item was £6.50 asked where my change was and she had put the change from £10 in the tip box!!! Was serving lots of people at once not concentrating at all. Definitely will not be back.

Bastante terrible. Pedimos comida directa para la entrega. El repartidor nos dijo que su pedido era de otra parte (¿Clay Inn?) y no para nosotros. Unos 5 minutos después se da cuenta de su error y luego nos cobra £ 4 más de lo que esperábamos. Incluso se confundió con el cambio y quería mantener un extra de £ 10. Comida sabia la pizza era pobre - empapada! ? y tan grasienta. Chips iguales, muy grasosos y empapados. Los nuggets de pollo bien.

Awful.no vegan or vegetarian food.apparently ran out.no hot water.ran out of cups.tables dirty with most tables still having previous diners plates.staff dour faced and not interested.

Really poor service. Slow and then my drink order was wrong and had to be remade. Waited far to long for a coffee. Overly priced.

Chose this place in airport so i could sit down for an hour until my flight, despite being a bit dirty. Four employees looking really demotivated, i got my tea, then at 19.00 one came over and announced’we’re closing this side of the cafe, you’ll all have to move to the other side. ‘ So there is a mass rush to the other side, which is already full. On my complaing, told ‘take it up with the manager, I’m just doing my job.’ Manager nowhere to be seen. They should rename it ‘Cafe Misery’ going by its staff.

Sin duda el peor y definitivamente el chippy más caro de la zona. Yo diría que peor en Edimburgo pero Bar be Que existe. He estado yendo durante 12 años y el pescado, patatas fritas y pudines, etc. siempre son horribles. Las pizzas son bastante buenas para ser justos, pero nunca volveré. Balerno Fry es infinitamente mejor. Nunca cocine papas fritas o pescado anémico pálido allí. Realmente muy mal.

Terible food. I ordered 2 scrambled egg roll's and they had next to nothing on them and was charged £3. Shocking👎👎👎👎👎
