Lo siento, pero el tamaño de la porción para el precio / calidad simplemente no es lo suficientemente bueno. Tenía pollo Tikka Masala y se fue sintiendo hambre, seis tenedores plato claro. Tampoco hay indicación de qué artículos son de autoservicio y cuáles son traídos a usted.

No sé por qué sigo ordenando esto. Nunca pueden encontrar la casa, siempre llega tarde y la mayoría de las veces hace frío.

À éviter! Nous avons attendu 20-25mn pour que quelqu’un nous prenne la commande. Et sans blaguer, au bout d’une heure, la commande n’était toujours pas arrivée. Aucun serveur ne s’est inquiété. Tous les clients arrivés 40mn après nous ont eu leurs plats… Bref, l’accueil est glacial et le service n’est pas professionnel du tout! Au moment où j’écris cet avis, nous ne sommes toujours pas servis. Mon mari a dû se lever pour aller voir le responsable. On est obligés d’attendre car il n’y a rien autour de l’hôtel, mais on a bien envie de partir!!! Je n’ai jamais connu ça! C’est honteux

We ate some fish and chips. It was a fast service and the food was okay. Just like you expect from a takeway. Beside of fish and chips there is pakora or doner.

Dreadful place. Sky high prices for what are the cheapest synthetic ingredients. Plus everything you order generates tonnes of plastic single use waste. Avoid and head to Oscars Gelato. At least there you are paying for a quality. Friendly service hence 2*

Ordered various items for three people which included veg pakora, they phoned and said it wasn't available and offered chicken pakora which was like chewing rubber, onion bagi not much better chewy too, mushroom rice very sparce with the mushrooms, veg korma was OK but nothing special, dipping sauce with pakora had a chunk of broken plastic in it. Overall very disappointed in a takeaway for three which cost over 50 quid from somewhere that's rated so highly. I think am being generous with one star

2 x adults and 2 x children. Ordered using the electronic ordering station inside the building. Chose a table and had cold slopes delivered to us. Immediately upon opening we discovered the food was cold. I returned the cold drop to the counter to have it replaced with hot food which would be edible. A few minutes later the staff member returned to our table with more cold dlop as the replacement. I took the food back to the counter. The rather cheeky lady informed me that 'it is hot, its just off the grill' I then asked for a temperature probe. She obliged. The temperature of the chicken was 43 degrees C This is absolutely NEVER acceptable. A very nervous looking supervisor then assured me she would cook my meal fresh and it would take 6 minutes. The meal eventually arrived HOT but this type of service and poor quality of food is simply NOT ACCEPTABLE. £40 FOR COLD SLOP. DISGUSTING

I am genuinely so disgusted, I order a burger and take a bite out of it, I realise it tastes a bit odd I flip it over. there is a circle of mould on the bottom of my burger, I ask for a refund but the workers refuse and tell me to just buy another one, also not to mention I had waited 30 minutes for a damn burger just for it to be mouldy. I would not recommend. Absolutely rank

Experiencia decepcionante debido al personal homofóbico de la puerta Recientemente visité Subway y desafortunadamente, mi experiencia se vio empañada por el comportamiento del personal de la puerta. Si bien el club ya había hecho un movimiento positivo al despedir a personal de seguridad homofóbico, parece que la historia se está repitiendo. El nuevo personal de la puerta ha comenzado a mostrar el mismo comportamiento inaceptable, apuntando y expulsando a los clientes simplemente por parecer gay. Me sorprendió y me entristeció profundamente observar una discriminación tan flagrante en lo que debería ser un entorno acogedor e inclusivo. Es desalentador ver un lugar que alguna vez había dado pasos en la dirección correcta caer en viejos patrones. Este tipo de comportamiento no solo arruina la noche para los afectados, sino que también crea un ambiente inseguro y desagradable para todos. Insto a la administración a que aborde esta cuestión de inmediato. La reputación del club está en juego, y lo más importante, la seguridad y dignidad de sus clientes. Hasta que no se hagan cambios significativos, no puedo recomendar Subway a nadie que busque un lugar inclusivo y aceptable para disfrutar de su salida nocturna. ** Valoración: 1 / 5 **

Large Cafe with dirty tables and left over food waited 30 mins for my order which was egg on toast hardly something that takes a while too prepare, girl on the till seems to do every job and done her best grossly understaffed, won't be back management need to get this sorted disgraceful.

Very poor service - no apology for cold late food. Not even a huge amount of food for cost. Don’t bother ordering from here as not worth the effort.
