Very poor service - no apology for cold late food. Not even a huge amount of food for cost. Don’t bother ordering from here as not worth the effort.

Diabolical service. Got my entire order wrong and refused to refund or redeliver the items. No apology offered for this either. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Food is seriously overpriced and just not nice. Ordered a cheese and pickle wrap and was given plastic cheese with lots of bare wrap at the bottom . Wish this place has competition because it would have to up its standards

Food was not bad but interaction with person preparing it left a bitter taste in the mouth. If you have no passion for what you do and it’s ruins a special day out.

Experiencia decepcionante debido al personal homofóbico de la puerta Recientemente visité Subway y desafortunadamente, mi experiencia se vio empañada por el comportamiento del personal de la puerta. Si bien el club ya había hecho un movimiento positivo al despedir a personal de seguridad homofóbico, parece que la historia se está repitiendo. El nuevo personal de la puerta ha comenzado a mostrar el mismo comportamiento inaceptable, apuntando y expulsando a los clientes simplemente por parecer gay. Me sorprendió y me entristeció profundamente observar una discriminación tan flagrante en lo que debería ser un entorno acogedor e inclusivo. Es desalentador ver un lugar que alguna vez había dado pasos en la dirección correcta caer en viejos patrones. Este tipo de comportamiento no solo arruina la noche para los afectados, sino que también crea un ambiente inseguro y desagradable para todos. Horrible staff and service. Refused to heat a sub and next to no food left. As a regular subway customer this is by far the worst subway I’ve ever been to or had. Staff were rude and swearing and talking down to customers. Ewan specifically was extremely uninterested and seemed like we were just bothering them by giving them our service.

Gran comida local para llevar. Comida siempre caliente y fresca. Tenía varios platos y siempre encantador! Chicos de reparto amable y rápido!

My partner placed an order that wasn’t delivered to the correct address. At first while I was on the phone the driver admitted he had relied on his sat nav rather than his common sense and delivered it to the wrong address but then wimped out of taking responsibility. I can’t blame the drivers wimpish behaviour as the manager is pretty vile. When I tried to explain the drivers mix up to the manager it was impossible as he was unable to listen without shouting. Had I given the wrong address why would I be using the exact same address for the redelivery? Unprofessional, disgusting behaviour.

Total rip off similar as last, got charge for overlapping white line, way to stop your customers coming back, will avoid hermiston gait in future.

Estaba desorganizado y me quedé esperando 20 minutos para un rollo de tocino y huevo, el café está ocupado con solo la entrega y no hay suficiente personal para hacer todo. Terminé por irme sin mi comida. Pregunté cuánto tiempo pasaría porque tenía prisa y las chicas dijeron que estaban a punto de ponerlo, pero no podía esperar más.
