Pizza Hut in Edinburgh, City of

My partner placed an order that wasn’t delivered to the correct address. At first while I was on the phone the driver admitted he had relied on his sat nav rather than his common sense and delivered it to the wrong address but then wimped out of taking responsibility. I can’t blame the drivers wimpish behaviour as the manager is pretty vile. When I tried to explain the drivers mix up to the manager it was impossible as he was unable to listen without shouting. Had I given the wrong address why would I be using the exact same address for the redelivery? Unprofessional, disgusting behaviour.

Horrible customer service The manager.. if you can called like that was very rude again.. his approach was absolutely horrible he was upset Every time you got a question… Never again the guy replied to me shouting actually., This county with this employees with this management are going down and down NEVER AGAIN

Having used this restaurant semi-regularly for for deliveries for well over a decade we decided to use an offer booklet we received in the post. Phoned up only to be told that phone orders were no longer accepted and had to be done via the app as they were no longer accepting cash. The managers customer service manner also left a lot to be desired for. Disgraceful that they are not accepting a legal form of currency.

I've lived in leith for around 20 years now and this pizza hut has been there since I can remember. They keep making the same mistakes time and time again. The delivery base is often soggy by cause they don't vetilitate the pizza properly. I just tried phoning in because I was craving a pizza hut and there the only one that delivers to me and nobody answered the phone at 6 pm. Honestly, it's like they don't want to make money. If you have a car I recommend you collect
