Hice un pedido de 2 comidas de pollo deshuesadas y entregaron las comidas sin las papas fritas Quiero decir, ¿qué tan difícil es comprobar un pedido antes de que salga para la entrega? Es responsabilidad de la gerencia asegurarse de que el restaurante está funcionando eficientemente y este claramente no está a juzgar por las críticas.

No me impresiona el hecho de que vendan pollo halal y me he preguntado por qué el pollo sabía diferente. Simplemente el sabor no es mi gusto y definitivamente no lo volveré a comprar y seleccionar mis comestibles y llevar con mucho, mucho cuidado.

Fabulosa comida. Gran servicio de mesa. Veo que todo el mundo está tratando de conseguir a todos su comida rápidamente para nosotros. Estaba muy ocupado, pero la comida todavía rápido! Gracias equipo de KFC!

2 x adults and 2 x children. Ordered using the electronic ordering station inside the building. Chose a table and had cold slopes delivered to us. Immediately upon opening we discovered the food was cold. I returned the cold drop to the counter to have it replaced with hot food which would be edible. A few minutes later the staff member returned to our table with more cold dlop as the replacement. I took the food back to the counter. The rather cheeky lady informed me that 'it is hot, its just off the grill' I then asked for a temperature probe. She obliged. The temperature of the chicken was 43 degrees C This is absolutely NEVER acceptable. A very nervous looking supervisor then assured me she would cook my meal fresh and it would take 6 minutes. The meal eventually arrived HOT but this type of service and poor quality of food is simply NOT ACCEPTABLE. £40 FOR COLD SLOP. DISGUSTING

We had dinner here was there was little open on Christmas Eve when we arrived at the nearby Novotel on our Expat Explore tour. Great service, delicious food and quick too. Couldn’t fault it.

We waited 30 minutes on our order. As we were waiting deliveroo and just eat drivers were arriving, flashing their phones and getting their orders to take away almost immediately. When the order did arrive, even though I had placed it at the till point with an employee, the order was not correct. She had put in the wrong type of wrap I wanted, ignored my request for non seasoned fries and our snack boxes did not come in a snack box. We just got a small box of popcorn chicken and fries separately. The staff were not apologetic and were rude about the time we waited and the order being wrong. Will never be back.

A 1/5 rating for so many reasons, both outlet and company related. Focusing on the outlet, this was undoubtedly a bad night at the office. Firstly, we had to abandon the drive thru due to no-one speaking to us through the microphone (for ages), only to find our car stuck in a stagnant queue of dissatisfied customers. I walked in from the queue, where my family waited, to put our order in on the internal touchscreens - things did not improve. I stood for over 30 minutes (with a wife and two tired, hungry children sitting in our car). On receipt, the children’s drinks were wrong, I was given no cup holder (which made carrying the items near impossible) and the food, compared to other experiences, was lukewarm and mediocre. The manager was having to tell the delivery guys that the online orders weren’t ready and to be honest, this is where the problem lies for me. This specific outlet has bitten off more than it can chew - dealing with drive-thru, internal and online customers is clearly too much. More orders = more profit but customer satisfaction has well and truly been sacrificed. You only had to be in there to feel the tension. Looking at the company menu as a whole, the prices have increased significantly (disgracefully if you ask me). Having to order Fries as an extra to the Vegan Burger and Kids box (which should be included, as they are in pretty much every other fast food retailer) was shocking. For a meal that would usually cost £17 to £20, it was about £27. Honestly, i’m a big advocate for KFC. But after this experience, i’ll find it difficult to line the pockets of this company ever again. I’m actually shaking my head as I right this - complete disbelief at how poor our visit was!

Rude, Rude, Rude!!! Visit 01/08/23 Wow KFC get your staff on customer service training courses as they have a lot to learn! Rude, rude, rude to say the least! 3 members of staff ignored me when trying to pick up an order - I caught the eye of one of the girls on three occasions and was deliberately ignored as she was too busy reprimanding a peer on what he was doing wrong (shame she didn’t have a mirror to see her own failings). When I eventually got her attention and received my order she apparently had not been versed on the basics of customer service such as please, thank you and have a nice day! So KFC at Hermistom Gait - take some pride in how you deliver customer service as if it wasn’t for your customers you wouldn’t have a job!!!

Food itself wasn’t too bad but the guy on the drive thru was totally robotic and disinterested. Then he started sighing when we asked a question. We then waited 26 mins for our food apparently they had run out of fillets. No customer service at all. Won’t be back.

Chicken was not cooked staff were disrespectful and , changed chicken twice it was still uncooked,asked to manager to change chicken and was given the same piece again so was lied to and this was by the manager on 20/05/2023eorse

Good deals on which was great and we got exactly what we asked for and timing wise didn’t have to wait too long

On Thursday 19th January 2023, I visited KFC Hermiston Gait for a drive thru lunch. I ordered a rice box meal, with a corn on the cob on the side. Paid for the meal and then waited over 20 minutes in the queue as traffic wasn’t moving. I eventually got to the window to receive the meal to be told that they didn’t have any rice boxes. Frustrated, I asked why they would sell me something they do not have and then make me wait over 20 minutes for it. The member of staff apologised and offered me a salad box. This was not what I was looking forward to, so I asked for a Boneless Banquet to then be told that they didn’t have any fillets - absolutely ridiculous from a chicken restaurant. I asked for a refund and was given money back for the rice box meal. I was then asked if I wanted the refund for the corn on the cob - of course I did! While they retrieved the east of my money, this was another unnecessary delay to add to my long wait. I was offered my drink, but made the point of telling the staff that there was no point, as I would have to drive to Costa for my lunch which would have included a drink. This took up my entire lunch break. With the length of the queue and the fact that it was not moving, I’d imagine that others experienced this as well on that day. Completely unacceptable. If a chicken restaurant can’t manage the basic provision of chicken, just close up for the day and don’t waste people’s time. I won’t be back.

Place was quiet but still chaos no one seemed to be in charge staff arguing loads of people complaining. Had to wait ages and food was pretty cold. Place was also dirty and untidy

Ordered a banquet meal with Pepsi. Chap said Pepsi max I said no I want regular Pepsi. He said ok. I then asked again if it was regular Pepsi and he said it was. Actually disgusting waited over a hour on my delivery and when it came was cold and wet so when I phoned to complain she told me that it was not her fault or kfcs fault and I would not be getting a refund was just a very rude way of saying it will not be coming back worst service every single time I have been there

Awful service from start to finish. Girl taking orders on drive thru couldn’t get her head set to work so couldn’t hear orders. She was flustered at the window. Paid and waited and waited and waited and waited and waited for a simple order. Queues of cars behind. One member of staff inside dealing with drive thru and walk ins. So it’s not FAST FOOD. Won’t rush back there. You can’t expect service when you employ 2 staff to run your empire. Unfair on staff. Mr Kentucky would not be impressed. Management clearly non existent. The norm then.

I have been to this KFC quite a few times, each time hoping it wouldn’t be a repeat of the last. I have never received the right order, ever! Recently, I had ordered and paid for something in the drive thru, only to be told at the collection window they didn’t have it, and that I had to go inside to get a refund. I parked up and waited for 40 minutes to get a refund, whilst the queue was huge and people were shouting at staff to hurry.

Upon seeing someone blatantly bring in their own food and proceed to eat it, prompted me to enquire with a server what their pokicy was on eating their own food....." As long as I dont see it!" Went here as a last resort as restaurant in the hotel was full and too far back into town. Total pandemonium. Orders taking 40+ minutes to be ready, no explanation, bins overflowing, just awful. Really wish we’d just gone to the nearby Tesco’s instead

Got a mixed bucket that was rather tasty and we almost managed to finish it. Chips are absolute rubbish though. Not cheap either but it was quick to buy and rather greasy to eat. Lovely Jubbly.

Ever since this place has been opened there has always been an issue with the service. From drive through being closed the majority of my visits to wrong orders being given. The drive through staff do not listen to what you say or what questions are asked. Slow service and disgusting level of hygiene inside. By far the worst KFC I’ve been to. Has put me off KFC forever.

Just back from the worst service ever,first of all I waited 15mins at the drive through and nothing so reversed out and went inside then to wait a further 40 before getting my meal so as you can imagine I and many other were getting irate,there was no apology for the wait or any please or thank from the staff it’s totally unacceptable I work in the service industry and would never have behaved in this way plus the place was a mess.One customer wanted to see the manager but surprise surprise he didn’t show face never again will I be back.

Went in for some dinner and was horribly disappointed. The shop wasn't very clean, the service was slow and the food was poor. Some of the chicken pieces were soggy and others overcooked. You would be far better going to McDonald's than this kick!

I had a Zinger tower meal here, it was very nice and really filled me up. They have a handy drive through window that really saves time.

No es suficiente el esfuerzo en la parte de limpieza y, a diferencia de tal vez macdonald's parece que no hay nadie dedicado a limpiar. La naturaleza misma de pollo frito es que en todas partes se convertirá en grasienta y resbaladizo muy rápidamente si no limpiaban regularmente. Promedio típica del KFC. Obtienes lo que esperas de KFC con nada más y nada menos. Los niveles aceptables de limpieza y editoriales con todos los demás establecimientos de comida rápida. El personal muy agradable y atento.

Response was the coffee machine broke this morning. We are waiting for an engineer. We had to stop here for food as we were due a flight early hours of the morning when we entered it was busy with people. Staff do not care with what is going on they do not like to be clean they sure be pulled up by health and safety and environmental health need to give them a visit. No one was clearing tables. floors an absolute disgrace. pigeons every where leaving their droppings behind trust me go buy a sandwich than eat in this place makes me wonder what happened behind the counter the place is just disgusting!
