Food came out cold sauce was disgusting and got a parking ticket for the pleasure, don't go ! Better off going to MacDonalds !!!

Good wee place to stop for filled roll or a coffee , staff friendly and polite , worth a stop for a munch on the go

Wanted to go on a romantic night out but was instead treated really badly by the staff who were completely rude and obnoxious. I wanted a steak bake but we had to wait 20 minutes it was also empty and had to go back to get another one, talk about doing your job!!! Never coming back here!!

My sandwich and nachos were freezing cold and very soggy. shame i had to wait an hour to get them

Staff have a disgusting attitude walked out without ordering due to the way you are spoke to as you enter like your a inconvenience to them.

My partner and I came so we could have a last meal before it closed. We arrived at 12 because we reckoned it would be busy with it being the final day. We were told the kitchen didn't open until 12.30 so as we had found a seat, opted to have a drink. We ordered food at 12.30 (pie & chips and a burger) and over an hour later it eventually arrived. Also people that came in after us got served before us. No apologies for our long wait. It is maybe a good think that it has closed now.

Took the money but our order didn’t arrive, tried to contact and all phone numbers were not recognised and can’t get hold of them for a refund, will not be returning

It’s a solid option for breakfast and lunch, excellent service by all the staff. The hot items are hot the sandwiches and rolls are fresh. This does the second best bacon roll in Perth

Food lukewarm tea semi cold had to ask staff to replace they were not happy all seemed to have a sour disposition not what your looking for as representing Tesco

Respondí en su página de fans de 5 a 6 am y recibí un mensaje grosero diciendo que los desperté y que no están respondiendo al cliente en estos momentos y que este pastel no es tan importante. ¿Pero quién dijo que quería su respuesta de inmediato? ¡No me importaría esperar unas buenas horas! Es el siglo XXI, por lo que escribir en los primeros tiempos en Facebook no debería ser un problema. No estaba llamando ni enviando mensajes de texto a su número, sino simplemente respondiendo a un mensaje en su sitio web de Facebook. Soy un trabajador clave muy ocupado y ese fue el mejor momento para responder. No volveré a utilizar su servicio. Muy mala comunicación: ¡no saben cómo hablar con los clientes! ¡Estoy tremendamente decepcionado!

Freezing cold, very dark and non of the starters or main meals we wanted were available. This place isn’t cheap but I wouldn’t return if it was free,,,

Visited the other day for the promotional bacon roll and coffee - food was good but premises need a "spruce up" - lower seating needed rather than the "high" breakfast bar chairs - manageress seemed harassed at the time of visit - noted premises will be shut for refit - perhaps my comments will be addressed

Room was ok except there was a rip in each side of the quilt cover, and bathroom really small, couldn't have 2 people in at same time and could hear a lot of general noise from the hallway Also my room faced onto main street so when the buses stopped at lights everyone could see in my window so had to keep curtains shut

Very salty chicken wrap, delivery time 1 hour 35 minutes!!! Never again! Not recommended :/
