Delivery was very late, spilled and I had to come to his car to collect as he wouldn’t do the stairs in my flat

Ordered pizza and two sides on 8/3/25. When it came only had one side. Called store and was told they didn't have what I'd ordered, yet they'd still charged for it and no contact made to explain. The guy on the phone was very hard to understand and kept saying they couldn't give a refund. My partner insisted on speaking to manager who apologised and offered refund of £10 for both sides, which we accepted. However I have never received this refund. Payed through PayPal and raised dispute with them which is still sitting as awaiting reply from seller. Have now raised it as a claim through PayPal so will hopefully get this missing item refunded this way. I've been a regular customer of Papa John's since they opened but this has put me off ever using them again. I realise mistakes do happen but expect them to be resolved in a timely manner and don't expect to give them money for nothing.

Owners/staff are great, open late

Came in today staff were very friendly place was clean food was good service a bit slow but really good (added bonus free coffee as mechine was broken)

I am a pregnant woman. I was desperate for the toilet so I went to the loo in the cafe as it was the closest one in the shopping centre. I came out and I received a very dirty look from the staff saying “that toilet is for staff only… the customers is the other way” very abruptly and a dismissive attitude. There was no sign to say it was staff only and the customer toilets were very poorly signed. I apologised and said I didn’t realise. The member of staff then turned her head and said “yeah well it’s private only” This was only because I used the wrong toilet by mistake. I will not be back. The muffin display is also full of flies and they still serve customers the food. One word?? DISGUSTING.

My favourite Chinese takeaway and chips shop in Perth. Always excellent food. Just Eat can be used. Also got own drivers for delivering and van phone and collect orders. Excellent.

Phoned an order and received something I didn't ask for and the thing I asked for I never got. Phoned back to ask about it and got told I didn't order the 12in pizza and it was an nan I ordered.. I specifically said 12in cheese and onion pizza. He told me I only ordered a cheese and onion nan. Waited 2 hours for this..
