Ordered food for delivery, after a 2 hour wait and we are 10 minutes away, eventually had to go and get it. Still charged delivery fee. Never again

Been waiting for food for 3 quarters of an hour! Still here... shops dead, clearly a new guy on the desk clearly has no idea what he's doing... GET HIM SAKED! 4 people came and went before me girlfriend and I including 2 men who ordered 2 kebabs and 2 bottles of juice who he charged £4 just minutes after charging me £8 for a single kebab and a can... I only have you to because the normal staff in the place were so good previously before this nonse..

I went in with my girlfriend after been out for a few drinks and they double charged us for a pizza,even the other customers noticed this and the pizza was tiny and very salty. I also got chicken nuggets and chips, the chips where burned. Definitely not worth the money I won't be back am sticking with marmaris definitely better quality.

I baught a pizza from here last night and it arrived cold I phoned up about this and they were like what do u want us to do about this had a real attitude I said well when I order a takeaway I want my food hot not cold they sent me another pizza and that one was hot but it came as tho it had been battered I would not eat here again and I would not tell my friends and family to go only to stay away from here

Usually really like this takeaway but service tonight was shocking. Took nearly 2 hours to arrive ordered 2 kebabs only 1 arrived and never had salad on it. Also ordered an extra portion of salad but that never arrived either. Only thing that was right was the 2 mixed calzone. So disappointed.

Pedimos comida para llevar desde aquí en año nuevo, llegó en menos de una hora, lo cual fue muy inesperado en una noche tan bulliciosa llevar. Pedí un donner calzone y fue de lejos el mejor calzone que he tenido. Precios super bajos también, así que me impresionó bastante. No puedo esperar para pedir de nuevo!

Was greeted by a friendly staff member when I entered the shop tonight. I asked for a kebab and was served very quickly and in a friendly manner. The servings were very large and offered excellent value for money. Will definitely be visiting again!

Pedimos un cordero Sheesh kebab y se quemó dieron una segunda enviado y que estaba cruda. Me hicieron sentir como fue mi culpa cuando me llamó por teléfono y la segunda vez me llamó y me devolviesen el dinero del hombre colgaron en mí. No pedir desde aquí de nuevo

17 Scott StreetOrdered pizza and two sides on 8/3/25. When it came only had one side. Called store and was told they didn't have what I'd ordered, yet they'd still charged for it and no contact made to explain. The guy on the phone was very hard to understand and kept saying they couldn't give a refund. My partner insisted on speaking to manager who apologised and offered refund of £10 for both sides, which we accepted. However I have never received this refund. Payed through PayPal and raised dispute with them which is still sitting as awaiting reply from seller. Have now raised it as a claim through PayPal so will hopefully get this missing item refunded this way. I've been a regular customer of Papa John's since they opened but this has put me off ever using them again. I realise mistakes do happen but expect them to be resolved in a timely manner and don't expect to give them money for nothing.
