My sandwich and nachos were freezing cold and very soggy. shame i had to wait an hour to get them

Costumer service haven't been polite. They are so nasty and moody spoke to us very nasty way with no reason at all . Menager is rude .

Wasn’t toasted nachos was not correct either

Our order was delivered to the wrong house clearly didn’t ask for the delivery code waited 30 minutes to not even receive food

Called the shop to make a small change as i added wrong sauce, donna took the call and was undestanding and also made sure correct sauce was applied, Hot food was still nice and hot, and fresh

I ordered a foot long with nacho chicken bites, a Fanta orange and a double chocolate cookie and it was £19.96 but it only came with the foot long and the nacho bites with no sauce no Fanta and no cookie.

Wrong toppings. Asked for tomato got red peppers and random crispy onions added. Requested vegan cheese due an intolerance and now have no guarantee it's the correct cheese so cannot even eat my order.

Order missing Sprite Zero bottle from Footlong Meal. Called store and was advised that they couldn’t sent someone out with the Sprite and just to process a refund request. Problem is you can only request a refund for the whole meal and not for the bottle of juice only. Girl at store just advised to go ahead and do that so I’m guessing I’ll be getting a £17.59 refund for a missing bottle of Sprite Zero

Missing 3 chic chip cookies and sauce for footlong wrap. Disappointing.

Just got my food, pre-emptively ordered my lunch at 9:30 was still 35 mins late, also im missing my drink, and when i went to report it, i only had the option of reporting the whole meal deal. On the flip side the sandwich is as good as in the shop.

Delivery was perfect. Food wasn’t. There was barely any meat in my salad and equivalent to a teaspoon of sauce. Very poor!

I am gutted, i ordered my subway like any other average weekend for me and my bairn turns out theirs a tomato in his footloong sub sadly he is allergic so we couldn’t even just pick it off so he didint eat any of it please refund me.

Women at the till did not even give me my meal deal she charged me for the sub drink and crisps shocking

I have been to this subway many times before but my experience today was particularly poor I ordered a meatball sub but I was told that they didn’t have any meatballs I then asked for a breakfast sub and was told I would only get half the amount of eggs I then got to the veg and sauce and was told there was not ketchup as I went to pay the lady counted my change wrong and made me pay an extra £1. The person behind me in line proceeded to get ketchup. A truly awefull experience. Bit the man was nice. The ladies name is Vicky.

I usually enjoy subway but the lady at the counter ruined my experience, she was rude, overcharged me by £2 and got my order wrong , The guy was very nice though.

Order was “with the driver” within about half an hour of ordering. No tracker on the map - fast forward 2 hours and it’s still not arrived. Had to get a refund, what a joke.

It’s been a while since going to a branch of Subway. We had some questions to ask about the menu. They were politely answered by the server. We then consumed our footlong veggie delight on the banks of the silvery Tay.

Food delivers 10mins late. Ordered 1 hearty Italian bmt footlong and 1 gluten free bmt footlong. The gluten free footlong was sent as a 6 inch which I already had to pay extra for it to be made on gluten free bread so I effectively paid almost £12 for a 6 inch sub. Not happy at all

food was less than lukewarm, there was no updates during the time, driver date say there was a fault with the system .

Didnt receive my order, but was 'delivered' and still charged, shocking.

Was disgusted with the service, on arriving we were the only people standing to be served he asked us to wait as he had orders to make up, time went on and I asked how long he was going to be. His attitude was poling and he told me to wait again as he was making up orders. I got annoyed this is not good customer service. In the end I had to walk out with anything. They need to learn how to treat a customer. I found him very unprofessional.

Ordered 9 hashrbrowns only got 5. Food was room temp and waffle fries were extremely soggy

My sandwich was perfect. My partner's sandwich was missing the cheese, sauce and salad, so was essentially a piece of bread with some veggie steak pieces on it. I don't understand how so many elements could have been missed. That is apparently £7 worth of sandwich...

the sauce for my cheesey bites was not with delivery

There was cheese on my sandwich and I didn’t order cheese. I am now unable to eat my sandwich and have wasted my money. Not happy.

Ordered 2 x meal deals from here. Did not receive the cookies which are included in the meal deal. Called shop to say that we had not received the cookies and was told to complain to Uber Eats however they were not the ones who made and packed the order so they are not at fault. The fault lies entirely with the staff in the shop. Was told by staff in the shop that there was nothing they could do!! Very disappointed to have paid nearly £30 and not to receive what I paid for and for the staff not to try to rectify their mistake.

Spent time here during my quick visit to Perth. Tried the Saver menu (half sandwich), it's really worth it and taste good. Spent only 4£ include with a soft drink and a sweet snack. It also quiet space during lunch time, good for me to have a call during my remote work time.

The delivery driver called me and asked me to meet him on the street in pouring rain because he couldn't find my flat, despite giving very clear instructions on how to find me flat. When he came to my flat, he was very rude

This driver was Horrible! Called me to tell me to come find her. I tried to explain where my entry was. She Would not even try to come to my flat. I did not pay for delivery to go searching for this person. After a few minutes a man came to my door and basically threw my food at me. it’s been smashed and messed up. I am absolutely appalled.

it was cold bred was really hard didnt taste good at all

the wedges were half cooked and near enough inedible. There was no dip with them, instead there were cold caramelised onions in a pot, that should have been in one of the subs.

The “ stacked bacon and cheese”could of done with a lot more bacon, was not stacked with bacon by any means. Better off getting bacon roll from greggs, baines bakery or anywhere else that does them

Avoid at all cost, items were all wrong, so phoned shop and they couldn’t help. Useless is an understatement.

Food was the usual Subway standard but the service was very good and kind. We needed hot water for two Lemsip drinks and the lady didn't hesitate whereas across the road in Greggs they refused to give us hot water, I was prepared to pay but no, apparently they're not allowed.

Food was fine but driver was awful. Specifically stated in the instructions that I have Covid and just to leave the food at the door without knocking. He knocked, waited and handed the food to me. Nice going, idiot.

I was sent the wrong order. Subway Perth said they couldn't help and the fact that the refund would take 48 hours was not their fault. Very bad customer service, Unhelpful staff.

The crinkly chips were soggy barely even seasoned? So coudint eat them what a waste! The sub was covered in some horrible sauce like drowned in it just wasn’t nice what so ever what a complete waste I normally love this place never again
