Food came out cold sauce was disgusting and got a parking ticket for the pleasure, don't go ! Better off going to MacDonalds !!!

Popped in for lunch last week to find the place closed. The only thing I was served was a £100 parking ticket

Christmas day was a bad dream waited 2 hours for some cold food to arrive,a lot of people were just leaving, no senior staff to Offer explanation serving staff (very young) clearly distressed at all the complaints, I've had worse experiences but this is definitely in the top 10, this is my 3rd letter, no reply.pauline 073057917775.

Really cold restaurant, service was terrible, only had half the menu on, and had to do a bank transfer to someone in the kitchen to pay. Was a real disappointment compared to when it was beefeater.

Twice i have arrived at lunchtime to find it was not open even though the site says it opens at 12o'clock. Just a note on the door to say closed. Tried phoning no reply. Certainly won't try again.

This was a birthday meal for my partners son-in-law, I have to say it was the worst meal I have ever eaten. The sizzling chicken fajita was no more sizzling than cold turkey……. I could actually count on one hand the measly amount of chicken on the sizzling (NOT) plate, the rest of the dish was pitiful to say the least…… the waiting staff consisted of one young man who did not appear to be very competent in what he was doing and the choices on the menu was very reduced and of poor quality….. I have to say, avoid this restaurant at all costs, I shall never be back that’s for sure.

Only complaint would be tables far too close together. We were a family of 8 and had difficulty moving due to the closeness of tables

The most horrible meal and experience. Firstly when we walked in we got a very rude waitress who told us we never booked our son in as we had apparently only booked a table of 2 which was a lie as how would we forget our own son and the book was right infront of us and could clearly see it said plus a highchair. Was sat at a tiny table and was told there were no other table they could move us too even though there were loads. The peppercorn sauce with our started was congealed. Waited for our drinks (2 diet cokes and a fruit shoot) for 45 minutes (our main meal had came out at this point) to be told that the gas was broken and they were fixing it. Surely we could’ve been told that when it happened and offered an alternative? On main meal curry sauce was also congealed, burger was dry and veg was rock hard. We weren’t the only ones to complain other tables around us were complaining and another table walked out due to staff attitude and horrible food. Could understand if the restaurant was packed but there were loads of free tables. Most definitely won’t be back🤢

Will not be back. Dreadful service, the waitress that was on duty had the attitude of a disgruntled child.

Visited this evening for dinner and was not disappointed. We opted for the Indian buffet rather than anything from the menu and the food was absolutely delicious. There was an amazing selection of food and really there was something for everyone. The staff were so attentive and couldn’t do more for us. I would highly recommend and will definitely return in the near future for another visit

No vegan options for meals service extremely slow. Dispite asking for no salad and coleslaw on one of the meals it came with it.

We had a super meal. The quality of the food was superb. We received a warm welcome, and the staff were helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable about the menu. We will definitely return the next time we are in Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Great service and attention given from our waiter. My meal not the best but 2 friends meals were very good.

Food was of a poor quality. I Said no rice or salad but chips instead. So they brought rice and salad told server and said he would bring the chips. Never saw him again so about 1hr later when I tracked him down I told him to just forget the chips. Servers were no where to be seen all night. Lots of tables not cleared.

Warm welcome great service staff are excellent, would definitely be back ,highly recommended, breakfast was out of this world lovely freshly cooked yummy

Loved this place! We came down from Aberdeen to visit nephew in Dundee and he suggested going here for food. We had a lovely welcome and both servers were very knowledgeable about the menu. Fabulous menu and special shout out to Harry, who tempted us with the cookie dough pudding! It was my nephews birthday and it was no trouble for them to give him cake and helped us sing happy birthday! Wish they'd open in Aberdeen!

Worst dinning experience ever. Booked a table for Sunday 18th September for 4 adults & 2 children under 5yrs. Arrived slightly early & were shown to out table. There was one table of 4 already seated & a table of 2. After we received our drinks order the waitress took our food order. The 4 adults ordered starters & we all opted for the Sunday roast buffet for our main. Quite a simple order, so you would think. However, after 40mins waiting for our starters my daughter went to ask where they were to be told that they were coming. Another 10mins later she went to ask again to be told the chefs were busy with the buffet & we would get them soon. Role on another 10 mins & my son inlaw went to ask again, the head waitress came to apologize & said we would get them in the next 10mins. Our order was not difficult, 1 soup which was tepid, bread was part warm & part cold, 1 garlic mushroom served with a hair, 1 taccos, not too bad & 1 king prawns which were good. Onwards to the buffet. Roast beef although sitting in gravy was at most tepid & tough, chicken & other meat tepid too. Roast potatoes tasted as if they were out of a frozen bag. Vegetables ie: mashed potatoes, cauliflower cheese, broccoli & Brussels sprouts were all mushy & tasteless. Carrots, parsnips were not any better. All sauces, salt & pepper in little bags you expect from fast food places, not a restaurant. Sweets were a joke too, tiny miniatures with a jug of cold custard beside them. Even with a 10% discount after complaining we will not be back, our first & last time & would not recommend it to anyone. Sign on disabled toilet read " Our exceptional accessible toilet" however there was no hand drying machine & no paper towels to dry your hands, only toilet paper. Hardly exceptional. 0

I stopped off to get a snack n cuppa as i though it looked nice... not a very inviting response when I asked if they did tea, as I'd been driving for a few hours... I was told "There might be some water in the urn from breakfast but that's about it....." so left to find elsewhere....

Lovely food at very reasonable prices. 2 young kids were made welcome and got good kids choices too. Staff were all great and decor,atmosphere grand. We'll be back.

Had Indian menu food made to order very happy with the quality of the food and the service was excellent, hard working young team .

Exceptional. Had the mixed grill, couldn't eat anymore if I tried. Pity I live miles away...

The food was okay, they had a very large menu with lots of different things to choose from. We were in right after breakfast and it was a bit messy. The staff were very accommodating and very nice.

4 adults 2 children wonderful home made pizza dough and homemade nan bread for Grandad's curry. Highly recommend staff and drinks prices. Thankyou.

Attentive staff but kitchen very slow. On a not so busy Saturday afternoon there was a long long await for food to arrive. The food itself was tasty and well presented.

Warm welcome, great service and good food. Will visit again!
