The best restaurants in Kirkcaldy North Fife Central Scotland

After the mystery tour trying to find the tea shoppe, it was such a surprise that the quality of the food was SO good. We went because we had been recommended to go. Surroundings a bit bizarre and there are not many tables but it is excellent. Will definitely find an excuse to return. The ham lentil soup was delicious and the sandwich was amazing. All fresh - perfect. Could have shared a sandwich between us they were so big.

A return visit with my friend to indulge in their delights. We have our all time favourites such as ham hock soup full of flavour and loaded with ham bursting with flavour I also have a lockerbie cheese and onion toastie, my friend has a BLT. We generally finish off with a piece of home baking and a coffee from their machine as fresh as if it was straight from italy.. We would not hesitate to recommend this eaterie to anyone and will definetely keep coming back.

usual place i order from was too busy so ordered from here. big mistake salt and pepper chicken tasted STALE, curry sauce had zero taste and the food was warm at best when it was delivered, stone cold in 2 minutes. rice was fine. way too expensive too. never ordering from here again

A few friends an I spent an enjoyable Saturday afternoon, a few beers, watched the footie, some more beers, dinner, a good yap solving world problems, and another beer for the road. A very warm and friendly atmosphere, good beer and good food.

Went in for a doner kebab. Asked if I wanted salad separately. I said yes that's fine as I thought it would go soggy and make food cold taking it home I'd it was added. Wasn't told it's and extra £1 (it does say on board but only noticed I once ordered) Reason for two stars is 1/Waited 25 minutes for a doner kebab! 2/ Paying an extra £1 for salad (or even if it was just standard) I expect to receive cabbage, lettuce, tomato and onion like most Kebab shops. They did have cabbage but my salad came with lettuce and onion only. Also the chilli sauce pot is tiny. For £10 I expect more.

Great atmosphere, everyone so pleasant and friendly

Bought a calzone when I got home I realised it was just meat in it. I phoned and they did replace but unfortunately was just the same with a few peppers. I specifically asked for peppers, onions and mushrooms in it but failed to provide this. Used this shop loads of times and found their chippy's really good, but if you want a calzone im afraid I cannot recommend. Very disappointed 😞

When we ordered we got an oreo and kinder crepe and biscoff, they sent the wrong order and tried blaming us!!! so we got a replacement and this is the replacement. it’s ridiculous the amount of filling, no sauce, cold and rubbery . For £8 it’s atrocious what they are selling. Phoned back saying we aren’t happy about the way this has been handled and they basically said they didn’t care which is not a way to run a business whatsoever, so rude and unfriendly wouldn’t recommend we are regular customers and the way we have been treated is awful, delivery driver said he’d been getting complaints all night so can’t only be us.

My husband and I took our 2 year old grand daughter to the soft play area at lunchtime last Saturday. A lovely guy showed us in and got us seated with a high chair. We both had macaroni cheese with chips ( I asked for garlic bread but they had run out). The mac cheese was from the adult menu but our grand daughter had nuggets, chips and corn on the cob from kids menu. The mac cheese wasn't the best I've ever had but it was OK. Didn't like the chips. The salad was nice. I was back last night, 3 adults and 4 kids. I had the kids mac cheese as I wasn't overly hungry. 2 of the children had this aswell. They're 11 years old and the portion was tiny. Basically a table spoon in a small ashit type plate and 2 tiny bits of garlic bread! It was also nasty and stodgy. We eat out a lot and for the same price, we could have had 10 times better meals anywhere else but chose here for the soft play area. The other 2 adults had the nashville chicken burger but again said it was just ok. The restuarant was quite cold, floors were dirty, main toilets were disgusting, very short staffed, and we waited 25 minutes to order our 1st drink, then another 15 minutes to order food. Will give this place a miss from now on.

We were here to do the archery and air rifles, and the the clay shooting. What a fun morning. We were put in a group of 6 the instructors were both excellent. The gentleman on the clays and the young man on the arrows and air rifles. We had a tea and a cake before driving home. Excellent morning.

We're at Costa in kdy with my 2 friends today very nice friendly staff good service from Ashliegh always asking if everything OK and keeping tables cleared for customers

We went here for our Christmas lunch,there were twenty five of us and we had a lovely time. The place is beautiful,the food is good and the staff very attentive. We had no complaints from any of our group and I would recommend this hotel. The tables were stunningly set special thanks to Ryan .
