Terrible, crepe was so hard to cut like cardboard and Lotus biscoff waffle was so plain hardly any sauce or topping. Terrible portions of ice cream too after paying more for extra scoop! What happened? this place use to be amazing?? Waste of almost 20 quid.

quality is always great, fantastic portions in the sundaes and the doughnuts do not miss. An hours prep is very long to wait but I can't say it's not worth it

The waffle was okay, but having to pay extra to get a second ice cream without choice then only getting one is a joke, as well as paying extra for Fanta lemon and getting sent the cheaper orange. Wouldn't order again

Donuts were squashed and just majorly over cooked bottle of coke I was charged for a 2ltr but instead got a 1.5ltr there were no straws for the boba teas either! Shocking

The only reason I give this a one is because the icecream was decent. However, the waffle tasted like bleach. Absolutely disgusting and waited forever for it aswell when there was only one other person in the shop…

Honestly nothing special. Ice cream was not too bad but the sundae was just raspberry ripple ice cream, some sauce and sprinkles. Also the donuts and strawberries are just tonight’s and maybe on strawberry very finely cut. Not what I was expecting at all

Not happy with our latest order due to the banana not being fresh in the crepe or the banana split , over ripe and soggy , colour was black round edges and inner part - my little girl spat it straight back out. it’s never been like that before it’s always fresh seemed rushed & chucked together as the crepe also arrived with 0 flake on it which is advertised to come with crushed flake?frustrating especially with the prices paid on top for extra toppings & the standard toppings which come with the dessert aren’t even on it.

THATS TWICE IN ONE WEEK THAT I HAVE BEEN CHARGED FOR BOTTLES OF JUICE AND RECEIVED CANS OF JUICE. THE BOTTLES ARE MORE EXPENSIVE THAN THE CANS SO IVE BEEN CHARGED FULL PRICE FOR 500mlbBUT ONLY RECEIVED 330ml! ALSO RECEIVED OUT OF DATE FOOD AGAIN BUT JUST EAT WONT GIVE ME A REFUND BECAUSE IVE ALREADY RECEIVED A REFUND FOR A DIFFERENT ORDER! I THOUGHT IT WAS A ONE OFF BUT FOR IT TO HAPPEN TWICE IN ONE WEEK IS NOT GOOD.

Ordered at 9.30pm. Was due 10.15pm. It’s now 11.22pm and I have phoned that shop of the dinger to ask what is going on?? No answer to advise me of a delay and they haven’t even had the decency to deliver? Shameful! Now 11.30pm. 2 hours of waiting around, not how to run Buisness. Takes 2 seconds to take our money but a WW3 fight to get it back in 14 days… if we are lucky!! Con 😂😂😂😂!

Food was stone cold and had to re heat in the microwave. Phoned up to see if I could get another one delivered and was left on hold for about 5 minutes.

the waffle advertises ice cream to come with the waffle and even selecting no ice cream you're then forced to pay an extra £1.50 to get ice cream because it won't let you select no ice cream in the supposed extras.

Horrible, my crepe was cold and rubbery couldn’t even eat it but the worst thing was the bubble tea tasted so out of date and I couldn’t even get one sip, the smell was revolting

Order incorrect. When we called they asked us to come and return the incorrect item before we got our correct order.

Out of date juice delivered ! Got to question what else may be out of date if the juice is out of date.

Delivery driver was rude and disrespectful. I’m in a wheelchair and cannot go outside alone. If they called before leaving to deliver my carers would be aware to look out

I ordered 2 tubs of ice cream 2 different flavours but they were lumped into 1 tub & it was too full it was impossible to open and the delivery took 30 mins from Dunearn to Dysart, so it was no longer ice cream but runny warm cream so went everywhere & the bag of hot food had been in a plastic bag so long it was soaking with condensation and the food was wet! £15 was supposed to be a treat but it definitely wasn’t

Slush was not a slush when arrived. All melted n just liquid. Disappointed

got the 12 donuts and a waffle, the donuts were rock solid on the outside and mushy inside i mean close to not even cooked properly, waffle barely ate it as i wasn’t trusting it tasted a wee bit like metal annaw been up aw last night throwing my guts up no happy defo no be getting from here again or recommending it

Milkshake & Sundae always amazing

I love paradise desserts however I just can’t believe how much they have upped their prices recently, I understand times are difficult right now but massively is putting me off buying unfortunately. On the app you are forced to buy an additional ice cream scoop which adds an additional £1.50 to an already £6-9 waffle which is insane to me considering in the past you didn’t even need to get the additional scoop.

It was hard and poor quality will not be ordering from here again 🤨

My crepe was cold and started to go hard! They sent the wrong ice cream and forgot to deliver the chips I ordered, when I phoned back they offered a discount for the next time, I refused and grateful they delivered the chips but over quality was poor!

Food was piping Hot and of high Quality, except the ice cream it was cold but very tasty lol

Delivery time wasn't as long as originally stated but I think there's a few errors on their menu as it forces you to choose "no sauce" or "no salad" on some burgers so basically I just ended up with chicken and bread...

Everything tasted amazing, got delivered the wrong waffle but was more than happy to eat it anyway as the ice cream was correct, everything was nice and warm and cant fault it at all taste wise

There is no option to say no to the optional extras and the order will not let you proceed without it. I added ice cream to the order, put a note on saying that I didn't want it and asked for my money back for them. Never got the ice cream and never got any money back

Food was terrible, half of it missing and what was received inedible. Straight to the bin.

Half the donuts were undercooked and the other half were extremely over cooked. Collection time was 20.40 and it took to 20.50 until I received it.

Ordered a large bag of Takis, received two smaller bags - it's nowhere near the equivalent size. I was also to receive a 2.5L of Diet Coke which I didn't receive last time I ordered. Left out of pocket twice in a row by this place.

Second time in a row that our order was wrong. Disappointing, especially when we only ordered 2-3 items and nothing too fancy or complicated.

Great food and lovely Ice Cream

I was once disappointed way back when it was first opened but the place has gone from strength to strength. Great variety, lovely delivery driver and the kids are always happy in anticipation of treat night. Highly recommended. The waffles are to die for but I miss the homemade truffles! All the best for future endeavours.

Some of my order was wrong. I ordered 2 sour cherry medium slushes and got 2 different ones can’t tell the flavour and I ordered 3 scoops of ice cream - lemon sorbet, raspberry sorbet and mango sorbet but only got raspberry sorbet and 2 mango sorbet obviously not what I ordered.

Fairly regular customer, usually place the order and have it within 30-40mins, placed the order this time around and 2 1/2 hours later the driver appeared. 23:15 to eat a dessert…tried to call restaurant but the phone was off the hook about an hour before they closed. No way to get a hold of them.

We waited an hour and a half and when it finally came the ice cream was soft/ melted!

The cost was incredibly high for the quality of food delivered. The toppings were great but the waffles were very rubbery and chemical tasting

To be honest first time delivery and won’t be back. Not worth the money if I’m honest for £8.50 I expected more plus it looked like it had been thrown in the tub and all the sauce was on the lid I had to scrape it off and it was quite watery and it wasn’t just more melted ice cream it was watery, mixed with melted cream. Not nice at all and the banana tasted funny. As I said not worth the money and I don’t mind the price if it’s worth it but this wasn’t at all.

We ordered a crepe with ice cream the crepe was like rubber and no ice cream. We did get a refund and our ice cream after a phone call to the store.

the delivery driver came to the door and i gave him the money nicely and asked for my change and he shouted saying i just chucked him the change and said did you not give me the right amount i said no i would like my change so he threw my change at me not ordering from here again

Ordered banana split and waffle , the banana split was good but the waffle was awful. The taste of the waffle itself was like if the batter was off. If it wasn’t the case they need to change the ingredients up. Not enjoyable at all.

Excellent service and good quality food

2 sundaes arrived fairly promptly but a little soft. Other similar dessert parlours I’ve used (probably a little too regularly) seem to use some kind of temperature controlled delivery so the ice cream stays frozen which I assume wasn’t the case here. I’m not sure if this was because I don’t live too far from the business and they thought they’d chance it or if this is standard. Value for money wise the quality was fair enough but there are a couple of other dessert parlours locally who’s value for money is better. I’d order again but it would probably be my third option.

Order tonight and there was a crepe missing and you put cinnamon on the doughnuts phoned up at 20 passed 11 to be told they will bring the missing item never got it. Definitely won't be ordering from here again

Order from here all the time sundaes milkshakes etc love it usually. Got food tonight and received it absolutely freezing cold after my time being changed once or twice. Asked for chilli sauce on it and got the tiniest dot of it. Called up to say about this to be told I’d need to wait another 40 mins after already waiting long enough Joke

It was delicious the kids couldn't finish it (it was enormous) so we used an ice cube tray to freeze the left overs for another day. Well worth the money and a great service.

Waffles were cold and tasteless and the ice cream was melted, I’ll never order from this place again!

Ordered a donner kebab with chips kebab came wrapped in paper and was cold also looked like someone played football with it on the way here asked for chilli n garlic sauce and was dryer than ghandis flip flop chips were cremated was really fast delivery but that was about it.

I did not get the milkshake I asked for instead I got a slush. Was alright but not the point.

I tried paradise desserts instead of my usual treat choc stop in Kirkcaldy. The crepe was awful - cold, soggy, inedible. The milkshake was horrible & they couldn’t even get the juice right delivering irn bru instead of diet juice. Will not order from here again and would not recommend paying for this - waste of money for inedible food 😠

Waffle was dry paid for extra Nutella but never got it, forgot juice and ice cream, phoned them and told them they forgot it and they still never delivered them

Left items off the order (bear in mind I ordered one things with extras as I’m a loner) Called to rectify and they offered to send the extra bits with the next delivery run. At that point I’d already started eating so it wouldn’t go cold and hard. Asked for a refund for the extras and was told to just contact just eat. So I did Never understand when a restaurant misses items off . Especially when the printed receipt shows it all.
