We're at Costa in kdy with my 2 friends today very nice friendly staff good service from Ashliegh always asking if everything OK and keeping tables cleared for customers

I love coming in here after shopping at the retail park. It’s clean and cosy and the staff are so nice. It’s basic Costa fare, nothing special, but it’s to have a sit down and watch the world go by after a hot, busy trawl round the shops

This is a prime example of why I prefer to support independent coffee shops. The tables are filthy! No real care is taken to wipe/ wash them properly never mind sanitise! I had to ask for my table to be cleaned and was appalled at how it was done. Will never return. Costa need to look hard at their business. They obviously put the pound before the customer.

This Costa used to be one of my favourites but the poor organisation during the COVID-19 situation really shows. Too many people sitting in and too many people waiting around on tables causing social distancing issues. Unfortunately did not enjoy the experience and not overly sure i'll be back in a hurry.

Went here with my friend for a wee catch up, only to be greeted with a pleasant young lass Leanne. A table we wanted to sit at was dirty (couple were just leaving)and she couldnt have been more helpful getting it cleaned for us. We got 2 flat whites (made by a young guy named Allan) and they were the best flat whites I’ve had in a long time. Hats of to you all, very pleasant team and also got a free muffin to take home. We will most certainly be back 😁

Visited costa coffee inside next at the retail park Kirkcaldy on the 11th March 2020 to have coffee with my mum and a friend. My mum had went to ask for 3 lattes and was holding her bank card in her hand . A staff member Leanne totally snapped at my mum saying it’s cash only . My mums friend asked for her name and she replied Leanne ! And then turned to my mum Saying what’s she wanting my name for and my mum said because your attitude stinks and Leanne said back to my mum my attitude stinks then turned to another staff member to gossip about my mum saying that . We had taken my friend out as she had recently lost her dad and needed some cheering up. Leanne’s attitude was absolutely stinking and she has no right to speak to customers the way she did . We will certainly not be back she put a dampener on the visit and is defiantly bringing your costa team down . We spoke to a younger team member who confirmed she is like this to everyone including staff . I felt so sorry for this team member because she was lovely and so apologetic to us asking if she could do anything for us.

Overpriced coffee and snacks, seating ok. Just decide what you want order and pay at the check out area and collect you coffee at the end of the counter.

Absolutely excellent staff and restaurant. Very clean and well taken care of. I have a son with special needs and the staff were so attentive , helpful and so friendly with him aswell as catering for his needs. Thank you to all staff Elaine Shane

Very lovely staff always have time to for you, I am in with my father 2/3times a week, coffee is amazing and cakes are a extra bonus, coffe is always hot and tea cakes,bacon rolls,toasties are amazing. Always clean and welcoming

Not impressed. My husband and I were eating at a table near the window when a staff member started sweeping around the tables directly across from us. I asked her to stop and explained she was stirring up dust that could end up on our food. Her response was "I have to clean some time". The shop only had about an hour until closing! WAIT UNTIL NOBODY IS EATING PLEASE!!

We visit this branch at Next on a regular basis 3-4 times a week particularly in the evenings. The service is always first class. The coffee is always spot on and never varies in taste and quality. The staff are always polite and welcoming and tables regularly kept clean and clear. Would recommend most definitely. I read a review about staff cleaning whilst they were there as a form of complaint. I would rather it is kept clean than be an untidy and dirty coffee shop like some others you can visit.

I went into Costa this month with my family and one of the staff members Leanne was being extremely rude to a customer telling the customer that she can speak to the customers however she wants to speak to her, i was very unhappy to see somebody speak to someone like that. I don't think I'll be back after seeing that.

Great coffee ,Toasted teacakes well up to standard . Light bright seating , Clean toilets with plenty of car parking space if you are in a hurry ,The staff cope well under pressure .

I meet a friend occasionally in this store and realised why I now prefer independent coffee shops rather than Costa. Went in at 5.20. Thursday 30th May Staff mopping floors, cleaning while people were trying to enjoy coffee. Spoiled the experience Wont be back I am afraid!

Dropped in at 9.00 when the store opened . First ones in and the pick of the seating . Great coffee and we particularily liked the toasted teacakes . Lovely friendly and helpful staff and a great seat at the window . It did not take long to fill up with customers

Costa Coffee is the best in town staff are welcoming and very helpful. Always clean and tidy no dishes get left on tables. They are just so nice .

Friendly staff and good drinks- the usual selection for a Costa. Pretty small and busy. It's upstairs in the Next store. Plenty of parking as you'd expect at a retail park!

Coffee,staff,atmosphere good. However every time my friends and I visit in the evening it is sooooo cold as air conditioning is on! ! Do not like having to sit with coat and scarf on whilst having coffee. Have asked staff to turn it off sometimes...

Ah costa! Love a costa coffee. Tried the gingerbread muffin which was lovely although very sweet and washed it down with a flat white. Very yummy!

I regulary come to costa for a toastie and a cake. The ham and cheese toasties are my favourite. Although I do think it is quite expensive at costa the food is always fresh and nice. The staff have always been really nice especially Alex.
