My normal go to Chinese takeaway always on time an food always good with good size portions

The prawn balls were over cooked

rice very bland no taste at all

chicken was dry and crispy round it ,batter was over cooked and not covering the chicken well with batter which did make it tough and dry .usually when I order a meal, it's been good.so don't no what or who cooked it but tonight I didn't enjoy it

Meal cold Prawn curry congealed. Dont want to reheat since its prawns. Disappointed

chips were over done and spoilt a good meal

Perfect service and perfect food

I would like to thank the manager and staff. I put in an order through just eat and I thought I put no onions in the comment. the meal came and I did not even look and put in on a plate and this is when I noticed the onions. I phoned eatmore and to tell the truth I did thought I put no onions but on checking I did not. the staff phoned me back after speaking with the manager and they replaced my full meal at no extra cost I would like to thank eatmore and the manager great service great meal

The rice was not freshly cooked. It had been refrigerated and reheated at least once maybe after it had been fried. It looked like cous cous

was delivered to the wrong house and left outside, didnt get my bottle of coke either.

Disgusting ordered 2 salt n pepper munchy boxes, both tasteless no seasoning whats so ever! All food were chewy like been reheated barely edible!

The owner is lovely, always polite with great banter that makes you feel so welcome. The food is absolutely excellent, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! The portion sizes are huge, just like the name Eatmore suggests, and everything is always fresh, hot, and full of flavor – never a disappointment. The chicken satay skewers are my favorite, perfectly cooked and paired with the best satay sauce I’ve ever tasted. I always end up asking for an extra tub because it’s that good!

Food was great, delivery not so much. Left on the doorstep in a storm without knocking and by the time I checked for it some of the food was cool.

The chicken curry I had was awful by that I mean the sauce not the chicken as such ,the rice was okay and the chips weren’t too great usually the meals from here are better than that .

Been ordering from here for years and never had an issue. Food always hot and delicious. People complaining of long delivery times probably ordered in a Saturday dinner time so what do they expect?

Brilliant food as always, delivery was on time and delivery person was really lovely and polite. Couple of items missing (which has never happened before and we’ve been here often - this was a busy Friday night so I get that it happens), phoned up and manager was extremely apologetic, missing items then were delivered within 20 mins by the same delivery driver who couldn’t apologise enough even though it wasn’t their fault. Good food and great service, always extremely reliable and consistent. ✅

Absolutely fantastic, hot , tasty , crispy , I’m more often than not left underwhelmed with a Chinese in Kirkcaldy but tonight I was delighted and satisfied would highly recommend. The salt and pepper shredded chicken was ace . Thank you 🙏

Bit later than time stated but it is a Saturday and was definitely worth the wait! superb food!

The delivery person brought a completely different order, I hadn't realised until bag was opened then one item opened. 20m later the delivery driver phoned me being extremely nasty for THEIR mistake.

Never received food and app states delivered, I want a refund. Won't use again

Must have changed their chef. Ordered salt and pepper chicken wings and pieces like I do most weeks. Absolutely terrible!! Zero flavour. I know it’s sometimes a hit or miss but never this bad. Time for a change! Shame really, we have been going here for the last 5 years, almost every week.

The BBQ spare ribs looked extremely iffy not appetising at all. Actually didn’t eat them because of this. Everything else very good.

This was by far the worst meal we have had all the times we’ve ordered from here.

Ordered from here last week and the food was outstanding. Ordered today and the quality was poor. Reheated chips fire start so they went in the bin. Cold and lumpy curry sauce and soggy batter on the chicken. Maybe a one off as it’s usually very good

I have been a regular customer for a few years and the Chinese we got tonight was not good atall. The food was cold & spare ribs were a ridiculous size of portion & tasteless & the meals we got were not enjoyable so went in the bin. First time l can say that l didn’t enjoy it and it’s always been my no 1 Chinese but tonight was very disappointing.

Good was only 10 minutes late but it was cold and part of the order was missing. I called the takeaway straight away but they could not get the missing food to me so I had to settle for a refund. Disappointed!

Well it was as I expected. note I sent. I wanted a a real Chinese meal told them up front if I got chopped up chicken in gravy I'd make it ma self. Also told you If it happens again I'd never ordered from you again. Well you don't give a.. So same here never ordering again.

not sure what happened tonight but it was Late by over 40 mins. they said they delivered it and then had to wait an extra ten mins for order to arrive. was lukewarm/ kinda of cold. verry unusual for this Chinese cause usually they are great.

Absolutely vile - Cold un-cooked. Chicken wings I have never seen worse in my life , bbq chicken wings is sloppy bbq sause over it. I legit can’t even it eat neither can my children. A waste of money -

I always order from here because it’s always amazing. So much food and great quality. The delivery drivers are all so lovely too!

Quick delivery, food came hot and was good only downside id say is the salt and pepper box was not seasoned chips and chicken were quite plain.

The ribs were lovely and the curry sauce was delicious, but the main course and the chips were stone cold.

I would eve have fed it to the dog dusting

Phoned us to ask if early delivery was acceptable and it was so all good. Quality was very good so as this was our first order from them we agreed that we will use again. My wife particularly liked the King prawns
